本发明公开了一种双列圆锥滚子轴承及其安装结构,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括有内圈、外圈以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架上;所述的外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面。所述的外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面,实质上是作为关节轴承的内圈使用,起到调心作用;该轴承提高了径向轴向承载能力,在振动冲击载荷环境下性能更加优越、更加明显;该轴承对整机的装配精度要求降低,易装配、结构简单、通用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于轴承结构领域,具体涉及一种用于搅拌车减速机等工程机械的非标外球面双列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
轴承(bearing)是一种应用在转动机构上,用来支撑,减少摩擦以及承受负载的部件。该产品主要为用于搅拌车减速机等工程机械而设计,由于可以承受较大径向载荷和轴向载荷、冲击载荷,装拆简单,承载能力很强,因而广泛应用于搅拌车减速机等工程机械。目前国内均采用一套调心滚子轴承或一对圆锥滚子轴承,使用调心滚子轴承在振动载荷下可靠性较低,使用一对圆锥滚子轴承无法满足轴有偏心情况下轴承寿命,安装难度较大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简洁、通用性好、摩擦小、润滑好的双列圆锥滚子轴承及其安装结构。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种能承受轴、径向联合载荷的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括有内圈、外圈以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架上;所述的外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面。
本发明还提供一种能承受轴、径向联合载荷的双列圆锥滚子轴承的安装结构,
包括有机壳、双列圆锥滚子轴承和输出轴;
所述双列圆锥滚子轴承包括有内圈、外圈以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架上;所述外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面,所述机壳上成型有与外圈外壁配合滑动连接的内凹球形面;所述输出轴与内圈连接。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:所述的外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面,实质上是作为关节轴承的内圈使用,起到调心作用;该轴承提高了径向轴向承载能力,在振动冲击载荷环境下性能更加优越、更加明显;该轴承对整机的装配精度要求降低,易装配、结构简单、通用性强。

下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。

根据图1所示,本实施例所述的一种能承受轴、径向联合载荷的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括有内圈1、外圈2以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子3,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架4上;所述的外圈的外壁21为外凸的球形面。

根据图1和图2所示,本实施例所述的一种能承受轴、径向联合载荷的双列圆锥滚子轴承的安装结构,
包括有机壳5、双列圆锥滚子轴承P和输出轴6。
所述双列圆锥滚子轴承包括有内圈1、外圈2以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子3,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架4上;所述的外圈的外壁21为外凸的球形面;所述机壳上成型有与外圈外壁配合滑动连接的内凹球形面;所述输出轴与内圈连接。

1.一种能承受轴、径向联合载荷的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括有内圈、外圈以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架上;其特征在于:所述的外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面。
2.一种能承受轴、径向联合载荷的双列圆锥滚子轴承的安装结构,其特征在于:
包括有机壳、双列圆锥滚子轴承和输出轴;
所述双列圆锥滚子轴承包括有内圈、外圈以及安装在内圈、外圈之间的两组滚子,每组所述滚子分别安装在一个保持架上;所述外圈的外壁为外凸的球形面,所述机壳上成型有与外圈外壁配合滑动连接的内凹球形面;所述输出轴与内圈连接。
