Abstract

一种轴承式行星齿轮,包括内环、外环、双列滚柱、挡圈、卡簧,内环的外周表面上有双列内滚道,内环和外环之间的双列滚柱通过卡簧卡在外环的卡簧槽上。由于本实用新型采用上述结构,该轴承式行星齿轮结构简单、紧凑,承载能力强,对行星轴的综合性能要求较低,特别适合与悬臂式行星轴匹配使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工程机械行星传动的行星齿轮,尤其是与悬臂式行星轴匹配使用的行星齿轮。
背景技术
目前,在国内工程机械行星传动系中,行星齿轮与行星轴之间常通过安装阵列滚针或独立轴承的结构模式以实现行星齿轮绕轴自由旋转。前者装配难度大承载能力相对不足,后者对空间要求大布置不够紧凑,而两者又对轴的综合性能要求较高,都无法与悬臂式行星轴匹配使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构紧凑承载能力强,且能够与悬臂式行星轴匹配使用的轴承式行星齿轮。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括内环、外环、双列滚柱、挡圈、卡簧,内环的外周表面上有双列内滚道,内环和外环之间的双列滚柱通过卡簧卡在外环的卡簧槽上。
由于本实用新型采用上述结构,该轴承式行星齿轮结构简单、紧凑,承载能力强,对行星轴的综合性能要求较低,特别适合与悬臂式行星轴匹配使用。

具体实施方式
实施例:该行星齿轮包括内环7、外环1、双列滚柱3、挡圈4、卡簧6,内环7的外周表面上有双列内滚道2,内环7和外环1之间的双列滚柱3通过卡簧6卡在外环1的卡簧槽5上。外环1在其外周表面形成轮齿,内周表面上形成有双列外滚道表面,其中间设卡簧槽5;内环7外周表面上形成与双列外滚道表面相对布置的双列内滚道2表面。首先将双列滚柱3用黄油粘固于内环7双列内滚道2表面上;然后将两挡圈4夹一卡簧6套于内环7上并粘固于双列滚柱3中间;最后将其组件沿轴向方向压入外环1内,当听到“咔”的一声时,此时卡簧6恰好进入外环1内周的卡簧槽内,完成安装。
该轴承式行星齿轮结构紧凑承载能力强,对行星轴的综合性能要求较低,特别适用于悬臂式行星轴结构。
