本实用新型公开了一种加强型轧机专用圆柱滚子轴承,外圈(01)是由两个形状完全一致的外圈环组成的分体结构;外圈环外径中间有一圆弧槽,圆弧槽中均匀分布有指向圆心的注油孔;外圈环内孔有两个滚子滚道,每个滚道靠近外圈环中部有一个圆弧槽;内圈是由两个形状完全一致的内圈环组成的分体结构;内圈环内孔两边倒角;内圈环两侧均匀的分布着半圆孔,内圈中部有由左右两内圈环的半圆孔构成的注油孔。本轴承结构合理,造价低廉,维修、安装方便,可以最大限度地增加滚子数量,能够承受较重的径向载荷,可以避免传统轴承从外环缺口打入滚子的装配方法,从根本上消除滚道划伤的现象,是一种理想的加强型轧机专用圆柱滚子轴承。

本发明涉及一种圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前的轧机轴承,由于保持架要占据大量的空间,给增加滚子的数量带来了难度,从而不能保证质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种加强型轧机专用圆柱滚子轴承,采用内悬梁保持架结构,可以最大限度地增加滚子的数量,甚至可以装满滚子,直接把滚子装入保持架兜孔内,用以克服现用轧机轴承的不足。
本发明构造了一种加强型轧机专用四列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、圆柱滚子和保持架。外圈由两个形状完全一致的外圈环并置构成;每一外圈环两侧倒角,外圈环的柱面中间有一环状圆弧槽,圆弧槽中均匀分布有指向外圈轴心的注油孔;每一外圈环中部设置有两列滚子滚道,两列滚道之间形成用于间隔两列滚子的凸台,每列滚道靠近凸台底部设有一个圆弧槽。内圈是由两个形状完全一致的内圈环并置组成;内圈环内孔两边倒角;内圈环两侧圆周上均匀分布有半圆形槽孔,内圈中部有由左右两内圈环的半圆形槽孔拼接而成的注油孔。本发明加强型轧机专用圆柱滚子轴承,其改进在于,外圈中部设置有凸环,用于限定两列圆柱滚子间的轴向位置。
本发明结构的优点是:轴承结构合理,造价低廉,维修、安装方便,可以最大限度地增加滚子数量,能够承受较重的径向载荷,可以避免传统轴承从外环缺口打入滚子的装配方法,从根本上消除滚道划伤的现象,是一种理想的长寿命的加强型轧机专用圆柱滚子轴承。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本轴承由外圈01、滚子04、保持架06和内圈02组成。外圈01其内壁中间有凸环,外圈01有两件,外圈01形状相同,外圈01内壁和滚子04接触。滚子04为圆柱滚子。保持架为圆筒,一侧设有外卷边;滚子04装在保持架06兜孔内。滚子04、保持架06装在外圈01和内圈02之间,内圈02为圆筒形。其保持架06为钢制件,可节约铜材,降低成本。此外,外圈01上设置有润滑孔,以便装配和润滑脂的添加。

1、一种加强型轧机专用圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于,包括外圈(01)、内圈(02)、圆柱滚子(04)和保持架(06);其中:
所述外圈(01)由两个形状完全一致的外圈环并置构成;每一所述外圈环两侧倒角,所述外圈环的柱面中间有一环状圆弧槽,圆弧槽中均匀分布有指向所述外圈轴心的注油孔;每一所述外圈环中部设置有两列滚子滚道,两列滚道之间形成用于间隔两列滚子的凸台,每列滚道靠近凸台底部设有一个圆弧槽;
所述内圈(02)是由两个形状完全一致的内圈环并置组成;所述内圈环内孔两边倒角;内圈环两侧圆周上均匀分布有半圆形槽孔,内圈(02)中部有由左右两内圈环的半圆形槽孔拼接而成的注油孔。
