Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低压气管的安全阀。更具体地,本发明涉及一种能够安装在大规模管线中并能够减小维护/管理成本的低压气管安全阀,其中的管线供大规模工厂例如轧钢厂中产生的废气流过。
背景技术
通常,在工厂例如轧钢厂的操作过程中产生大量的废气。这些废气可能包含各种有害物质、水汽和石油组分。废气可沿着连接到废气处理设备的大规模管线流动以被处理。
用于排出冷凝水的大约几千种阀可连接到废气流过其中的大规模管线。管线是弯曲的,因而由废气产生的冷凝水可以在管线中停滞后逐渐地从这些冷凝水排出阀中排出。冷凝水排出阀能够调节可能发生于废气流经的管线中的迅速压力变化。
即,如图3所示,每个冷凝水排出阀可连接到大规模主废气管线101的底部表面,并可被构造使得冷凝水排出阀同时面向下地向上弯曲,且接着再次向下弯曲(此构型被称作S收集器装置,其通常以类S形状弯曲两次,从而液体能够一直停滞在装置中以防止气体的反向流动)。
停滞于冷凝水排出阀105中的冷凝水用于阻止当流经大规模管线的废气保持在合适压力时可能泄露到外部的废气。
过程中,在废气沿着大规模管线流动的地方,可能发生气压的局部增加。在此情形下,废气推动停止在冷凝水排出阀中的冷凝水排到外部。废气经过其中的管线的压力通过此过程调节。
在此情形下,在大量废气经过冷凝水排出阀连续排到外部时,可能发生气爆事故或气体中毒事故。
冷凝水可借助于废气的压力从废气从中泄漏的冷凝水排出阀中排出,因此废气可能连续地泄漏,这需要迅速地废气泄漏阻止操作。
当废气泄漏时,操作员复查并发现冷凝水排出阀出现问题,并恰当地引入水或代替排出冷凝水的液体以阻止废气的排出。从而增加了用于管理、维护和修复设置在大规模管线中的多个冷凝水排出阀的成本,这是不利的。

技术方案
本发明的示例性实施方式提供安装在废气管线中的低压气管的安全阀以排出冷凝水,包括:第一管线,其连接到废气管线的底部表面,在其一侧的内壁上具有废气出口;第二管线,其从第一管线延伸以被弯曲并在平行于第一管线的方向上延伸;以及打开/关闭单元,其用于打开或关闭废气出口。
打开/关闭单元可包括:打开/关闭部件,其在其一侧铰接地结合到第一管线的内壁以阻塞废气出口;连接到打开/关闭部件的连接部件;以及漂浮物,其连接到连接部件以在压力作用下在该连接部件打开废气出口的方向上沿着第一管线移动,以及在第一管线中的冷凝水的浮力作用下回到初始位置。
连接部件可以是线缆,且连接部件可以由弹性材料形成。
废气出口可设置在高于第一管线中冷凝水水表面的位置处。
有益效果
根据本发明的示例性实施方式,当在大规模废气管线中发生气压的局部增加时,漂浮物被废气的压力移动,从而废气能够通过打开的废气出口被排出,由此当废气压力降低时,漂浮物回到初始位置,阻塞废气出口,从而能在安全阀中一直保留适当量的冷凝水,消除了操作员单独地补充液体例如水的需要。相应地,过程的数量能够减小且维护/管理成本能够降低。

低压气管的安全阀设置在废气经过的废气管线1的底部表面上。低压管的安全阀包括第一管线3,第一管线3连接到废气管线1的底部表面,并且冷凝水经过其中被引向停滞,从第一管线3延伸的第二管线5以U形形状弯曲且然后在平行于第一管线3的方向上延伸,且从第二管线5延伸的第三管线7再次弯曲并在平行于第二管线5的方向上延伸。
低压气管的安全阀还包括在其一侧设置在第一管线3的内壁上的废气出口9,以及用于打开和关闭废气出口9的打开/关闭单元。
废气出口9是排出管线11连接到第一管线3的侧表面位置处的部分,其中废气能够通过排出管线11被排出。
废气出口9可设置在高于第一管线3中冷凝水w的水表面的位置处。此构型适于当发生废气管线1内压的临时局部增加时,通过废气出口9仅排出废气,同时,预定量的冷凝水保持在第一管线3的内部。
打开/关闭单元包括用于锁定废气出口9的打开/关闭部件13、连接到打开/关闭部件13的连接部件15,以及连接到连接部件15的漂浮物17。
打开/关闭部件13可在其一侧被铰接地结合到第一管线3的内壁,以打开或关闭废气出口9。连接部件15连接到打开/关闭部件13的一侧。连接部件15可以是缆线或金属缆线且可以被设置以拉动或推动打开/关闭部件13,用于打开或关闭废气出口9。
漂浮物17可以沿着第一管线3的内部上下移动。漂浮物17连接到连接部件15的一侧,以当漂浮物17移动时拉动或推动连接部件15。漂浮物17可通过废气的压力向下移动,且当废气管线1的压力保持恒定时,可通过浮力回到其初始位置。
即,冷凝水w填充在第一管线3的内部中,以阻止废气管线1中的废气排到外部。冷凝水w向漂浮物17提供有浮力。从而,漂浮物17能够一直回到初始位置。
连接部件15可以由弹性材料形成,在此情形下,连接部件15可用于在漂浮物17移动期间吸收漂浮物17的过量移动。即,即便在打开/关闭部件13已经关闭废气出口9之后,当漂浮物17继续向上移动时,具有弹性的连接部件15能够变形以吸收漂浮物17的移动。
以下将参照图2详细描述根据本发明的示例性实施方式的安全阀的操作。
如果冷凝水w是由经过废气管线1的废气产生的,则冷凝水w收集在第一管线3中。在此情形下,如果冷凝水w的量大于预定的数值,则另外产生的冷凝水w借助于第二管线5经过第三管线7被排到外部。从而,冷凝水w的量一直被恰当地保持。相应地,经过废气管线1的废气能够被引入废气处理装置中,同时不泄露到外部。
在此情形下,如果废气管线1的压力局部地增加,则废气的压力被作用于漂浮物17,从而漂浮物17能够如图2所示向下移动(虚箭头的方向)。
如果漂浮物17向下移动,则连接部件15被拉动。当连接部件15被拉动且打开/关闭部件13被拉动时,废气出口9被打开。然后,废气管线1中的废气经过废气出口9流向废气排出管线11。废气排出管线11可连接到单独处理装置并可延伸到外部。
当然,在此情形下,一些冷凝水w可通过第二管线5和第三管线7被排出,但是合适量的冷凝水w仍然留在第一管线3中。
另外,如果废气管线1中的压力被减小到合适的压力,则第一管线3中冷凝水w的水表面再次升高,并由于浮力而导致漂浮物17升高。
然后,连接部件15被推向初始位置。连接部件15推动打开/关闭部件13以关闭废气出口9。
从而,合适量的冷凝水w保持在第一管线3和第二管线5之间,使其可能阻止废气被持续地从废气管线1中排出。
另外,在此情形下,由于合适量的冷凝水w保持在第一管线3和第二管线5之间,对于操作员来说没有必要在第一管线3或第二管线5中另外填充液体,例如水。
从而,根据本发明的示例性实施方式,用于管理安全阀需要的步骤数量能够明显地减小,同时保持了现有低压管道的阀的性能。相应地,根据本发明的示例性实施方式,用于维护和管理设置在废气管线1中的冷凝阀的成本可以被减小。

Claims (5)
1.一种低压气管的安全阀,安装在废气管线中以排出冷凝水,包括:
第一管线,所述第一管线连接到所述废气管线的底部表面且具有在其一侧的内壁上的废气出口;
第二管线,所述第二管线从所述第一管线延伸以被弯曲并在平行于所述第一管线的方向上延伸;以及
打开/关闭单元,所述打开/关闭单元用于打开或关闭所述废气出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀,其中
所述打开/关闭单元包括:
打开/关闭部件,所述打开/关闭部件在所述第一管线的一侧铰接地结合到所述第一管线的内壁以阻塞所述废气出口;
连接部件,所述连接部件连接到所述打开/关闭部件;以及
漂浮物,所述漂浮物连接到所述连接部件,以在压力作用下在所述连接部件打开所述废气出口的方向上沿着所述第一管线移动,以及在所述第一管线中的所述冷凝水的浮力作用下回到初始位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀,其中
