本发明属一种电机定子嵌线、整形设备上用于定子托盘步进送入的装置。其特征是:在机架上对称设有两个纵向导向板,在两个导向板对应位置上对称均布设有若干个导向轴承支撑托盘;步进送入气缸通过气缸支座固定于导向板上;与固连,在导向板上设直线导轨进送入气缸活塞杆通过浮动接头与滑块支座固连;滑块支座与前卡爪通过导向键滑动相连;前卡爪与前卡爪导向板相扣;前卡爪导向板与压入气缸的活塞杆相连,压入气缸固定于导向板上,滑块支座上设有托盘定位插入机构。该装置具有结构简单,步进送入精度高,速度快的优点。

技术领域:本发明涉及电工机械设备,具体涉及一种电机定子嵌线、整形设备上用于定子托盘步进送入的装置。
背景技术:在电机的生产制造过程中,传统的制造工艺为半自动、半手工流水作业,由于需要大量的人工进行各工序间的定子传送,整个生产过程有其不可避免的缺点:人为因素影响定子的产品质量,产品一致性差,生产效率低。
发明内容:本发明的目的是为定子自动生产线提供一种安全可靠、生产效率高的定子托盘步进送入装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种定子托盘步进送入装置,其特征是:在机架上对称设有两个纵向导向板,在两个导向板对应位置上对称均布设有若干个导向轴承支撑托盘;步进送入气缸通过气缸支座固定于导向板上;与固连,在导向板上设直线导轨进送入气缸活塞杆通过浮动接头与滑块支座固连;滑块支座与前卡爪通过导向键滑动相连;前卡爪与前卡爪导向板相扣;前卡爪导向板与压入气缸的活塞杆相连,压入气缸固定于导向板上,滑块支座上设有托盘定位插入机构。
所述的托盘定位插入机构是在滑块支座上设气缸固定座支撑插销气缸;气缸固定座上还套装有插销导套;插销气缸活塞杆与送入插销固连;送入插销通过插销导套与托盘上的定位孔配合。
由于采用了上述技术方案,保证了定子托盘依次步进送入嵌、整线设备,大幅度提高了整个电机定子生产流程的自动化程度,具有生产效率高,动作稳定的优点。

具体实施方式:参考图1、图2。一种定子托盘步进送入装置,在机架上对称设有两个纵向导向板16,在两个导向板16对应位置上对称均布设有若干个导向轴承15支撑托盘;步进送入气缸14通过气缸支座13固定于导向板16上;与固连,在导向板16上设直线导轨4支撑导轨滑座5,滑块支座11固定在导轨滑座5上;步进送入气缸14活塞杆通过浮动接头12与滑块支座11固连;滑块支座11与前卡爪1通过导向键10滑动相连;前卡爪1与前卡爪导向板2相扣;前卡爪导向板2与压入气缸3的活塞杆相连,压入气缸3固定于导向板16上,滑块支座11上设有托盘定位插入机构。所述的托盘定位插入机构是在滑块支座11上设气缸固定座7支撑插销气缸8;气缸固定座7上还套装有插销导套9;插销气缸8活塞杆与送入插销6固连;送入插销6通过插销导套9与托盘上的定位孔配合。
使用时,将托盘步进送入装置安装于定子托盘传送线上,在控制系统的操纵下,插销气缸动作,将插销插入后一定子托盘的定位销孔中,同时,导向板压入气缸动作,推动前卡爪将前一定子托盘固定住,完成送入机构对两托盘的同时抓紧;随后步进送入气缸动作,将后一托盘送入到前一托盘位置,前一托盘送至下一指定工作位置,各气缸依次复位,完成一次托盘的步进送入。

1.一种定子托盘步进送入装置,其特征是:在机架上对称设有两个纵向导向板(16),在两个纵向导向板(16)对应位置上对称均布设有若干个导向轴承(15)支撑托盘;步进送入气缸(14)通过气缸支座(13)固定于纵向导向板(16)上;在纵向导向板(16)上设直线导轨(4)支撑导轨滑座(5),滑块支座(11)固定在导轨滑座(5)上;步进送入气缸(14)活塞杆通过浮动接头(12)与滑块支座(11)固连;滑块支座(11)与前卡爪(1)通过导向键(10)滑动相连;前卡爪(1)与前卡爪导向板(2)相扣;前卡爪导向板(2)与压入气缸(3)的活塞杆相连,压入气缸(3)固定于纵向导向板(16)上,滑块支座(11)上设有托盘定位插入机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定子托盘步进送入装置,其特征是,所述的托盘定位插入机构是在滑块支座(11)上设气缸固定座(7)支撑插销气缸(8);气缸固定座(7)上还套装有插销导套(9);插销气缸(8)活塞杆与送入插销(6)固连;送入插销(6)通过插销导套(9)与托盘上的定位孔配合。
