Description

淋浴担架床
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于卧床不起的患者的沐浴或淋浴设备，特定来说，涉及用于医院、疗养院或类似机构中的淋浴担架床。
背景技术
淋浴担架床一般具有可将患者转移到其上的平台，且水槽或类似布置围绕所述患者设置以提供水容器及挡板两者。由所述平台支撑的患者可接着淋浴。排水道位于所述平台内的凹处中以排出水。
在淋浴前及淋浴后，当从患者的床或轮椅转移患者时，所述淋浴担架床为护士及护理人员省去很多的沉重的提升。所述淋浴担架床还允许护理人员在比常规沐浴更方便的工作高度为患者沐浴。所述淋浴担架床因此对外科、内科及整形外科病房中的长期住院患者具有有用应用，及对老年患者的几乎通用的应用。
发明内容
本发明试图做出改进。
因此，本发明包含沐浴或淋浴担架床，其包含支撑平台的框架及用于升高及降低所述平台的装置，所述沐浴或淋浴担架床的特征是：平台表面的至少一部分是柔性的以更接近地符合躺在其上的人的体形。优选的是，所述平台包含靠背部分、座位部分及脚部分。优选的是，所述座位部分为躺在上面的患者提供柔性表面。此柔性平台为躺在上面(尤其侧躺时)的患者提供较舒适的表面，且允许所述患者的更容易的翻转。所述平台表面适应患者的尺寸及重量，且当升高所述靠背时，进一步防止患者滑下所述担架床(尤其在淋浴期间有肥皂及水时)。
优选的是，所述担架床包括耦合到担架床框架的头部及脚部侧屏障，所述侧屏障经布置以在升高的位置、延伸的位置及降低的位置之间移动，在降低的位置中，所述侧屏障位于所述框架旁边以便低于所述担架床的床垫的高度。所述侧屏障的延伸的位置适应体型较大的患者。
优选的是，所述座位部分具有凹侧以在从所述担架床的上方来看时呈现缩腰的表面，以便使看护人员能够更好地接近患者且给其提供更好的工作位置。更优选的是，提供头部及脚部侧屏障以为患者在翻转时提供较安全的体验。所述侧屏障可具有用于从旁边操纵所述担架床的把手。

具体实施方式
参看图1，其展示担架床组合件10的优选实施例，担架床组合件10包括具备四个小脚轮14的有轮基座12、床头板16及床尾板18。耦合到基座12的是担架床平台20，其可通过常规类型的柱21相对于基座12而升高及降低。
平台20支撑在通常由金属或金属合金制造的框架22上，且支撑防水材料的薄床垫。
所述平台包含三个床垫支撑面板50、52、54。这些面板50到54分别形成平台20的靠背部分30、座位部分31及靠脚部分32。
如图中可见，中央床垫支撑面板52在侧部被切除，以便在俯视床平台20时呈现缩腰的支撑表面。面板50到54优选以足以允许放置在面板50到54上的床垫28配合在侧屏障68内的距离位于侧屏障68下方，床垫侧通过由侧屏障68提供的大体上垂直的侧表面来固持。床垫支撑面板50到54中的至少一些为优选可移除的，且有利地由从任何合适的塑料材料的注射模制来制造。面板50到54可为刚性的，但面板52是柔性的，且符合躺在其上的人的体形。切除部分60允许面板52在患者的重量下弯曲。在所述座位部分中纵向地或横向地布置的个别窄板条可用于代替具有切除部分的面板52来执行相同的功能。可使用任何其它柔性材料。此挠曲是有利的，因为其允许患者居中在中央面板52上，且使得患者的翻转较容易。
图2及3还展示在所述担架床的脚部端及头部端处耦合到担架床框架22的侧屏障68。侧屏障68通常由塑料材料或由以塑料包壳覆盖的金属来制造。在一个侧上有两个侧屏障68，且对应的侧屏障68提供在担架床平台20的另一侧上。这些侧屏障68(其可为此项技术中已知的类型)可在图3中展示的升高的位置、图2及3中展示的延伸的位置及其中它们位于框架22旁边以便低于所述担架床的床垫28的高度的降低的位置之间移动。在所述升高的位置中，侧屏障68将患者保持在所述担架床上且支撑床垫28的侧部，而在所述降低的位置中，侧屏障68使得患者能够下床或允许患者被转移到另一张床上，且进一步允许不受阻碍地接近患者。侧屏障68的延伸的位置允许将所述担架床用于体型较大的患者。成形的侧屏障68比现有技术中的侧屏障高，且为患者在翻转期间提供更安全的体验。
现在参看图4，展示靠背升高的图1的担架床。靠背30可通过担架床组合件10中提供的一个或一个以上致动件以所展示的方式来升高。正如用于控制所述致动件的控制系统的类型，所述致动件在此项技术中是众所周知的，所以致动件将不在本文中进一步详细地描述。在靠背30升高的此配置中，柔性座位部分31允许患者陷入到座位部分31中。此布置是有利的，因为当人从躺的位置移动到坐的位置时，人在弯曲点(其在患者的背部与下大腿之间)处舒展。因此，此布置遵循人的伸展，且因此使得其对于患者是更为舒适的，且此外进一步防止患者滑下所述担架床(尤其在沐浴期间有肥皂及水时)。具有平坦的刚性支撑表面的现有技术担架床不受益于床垫支撑的有效长度的此增加。
现在参看图5，此图以平面图展示图2的担架床特征，其中框架20处于平坦配置中。可见，提供缩腰的支撑面板52允许较好地接近躺在所述担架床上的患者。

Claims (9)

1.一种淋浴担架床，其包含支撑平台的框架及用于升高及降低所述平台的装置，所述淋浴担架床的特征在于：所述平台表面的至少一部分是柔性的，以更接近地符合躺在其上的人的体形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述平台包含靠背部分、座位部分及脚部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述座位部分为躺在上面的患者提供柔性表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述座位部分包含具有切除部分的面板。
5.根据权利要求3所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述座位部分包含多个板条。
6.根据权利要求2到5所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述座位部分具有凹侧以在从所述担架床上方观察时呈现缩腰的表面。
7.根据任一先前权利要求所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述担架床包括在所述担架床的每一头部及脚部端处耦合到所述担架床框架的侧屏障。
8.根据权利要求7所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述侧屏障经布置以在升高的垂直位置、从所述框架向外延伸的升高的位置及其中它们位于所述框架旁边以便低于所述担架床的床垫的高度的降低的位置之间移动。
9.根据权利要求7、8或9所述的淋浴担架床，其特征在于：所述侧屏障具有用于从旁边操纵所述担架床的把手。
