技术领域
本发明涉及用于皮下注射的针。特别地,本发明涉及具有安全管的Huber针。
背景技术
已知的Huber针广泛地用于医院和另外的医护场所。这些针通常与植入端口结合使用。这种Huber针提供了非取心针,其用于施与化学疗法、IV流体、药疗法、总非经肠营养或者用于通过植入端口移注血液产品。植入端口包含自密封隔膜,自密封隔膜围绕针密封,将针保持在适当位置上,并且允许Huber针多次进出。
为了患者的安全考虑设计了已知的Huber针,但是已知的Huber针对这种Huber针的用户呈现出了极大的风险。如果不被正确地使用,已知的Huber针使用户暴露于通过Huber针施与的血生病原体或药物或药剂。已知的Huber针需要使用两只手来从植入端口取针。一只手用于稳定植入端口,而另一只手用于取出针。从植入端口的自密封隔膜中取出针所需的力可使得针回弹,因此对用户造成针刺损伤。这种针刺损伤会导致传递诸如肝炎或HIV等血生病原体。而且,准备危险药物、混合药物或施与药物的医护工作者处于暴露于药物的风险中。即使仔细地处理药物,也会由于吸入药物或与药物的直接表皮接触导致暴露。
尽管目前可使用多种可选的Huber针,对于使得暴露于血生病原体或药物的风险最小化的具有安全特征的Huber针仍存在需求。
发明内容
因此,本发明的方案是提供具有安全管的Huber针。
本发明的示例性实施方案提供了Huber针组件。Huber针组件包括针、基本围绕针的至少部分的安全管以及在安全管的一端处的面板。安全管适于在针的上方延伸。
本发明的其它目的、优点和显著特征将从下面的详述中变得显而易见,详述与附图相结合地公开了本发明的优选实施方案。

具体实施方式
参照图1-9,本发明提供了Huber针组件100,其使得暴露于可通过空气或通过直接接触传送的血生病原体、药物以及任何其它不期望的活性或非活性物品的风险基本最小化。Huber针组件100包括安全管102,在针104被取出时,安全管102能够不可缩回地在针104的上方延伸。因此,安全管102基本防止血生病原体、药物以及任何其它不期望的活性或非活性物品的传送。
转到图1,在剖视图中示出了Huber针组件100的一个实施方案。Huber针组件100至少包括针104和基本围绕针104的部分的安全管102。在所述的实施方案中,针104包括弯曲部106,弯曲部106为有利于插入和取出针104的大致90°的弯管。在可选实施方案中,针104可不具有弯曲部106,具有多个弯曲部106,或者具有不是大致90°的弯管的弯曲部106。所示的针104还具有大致圆形的截面形状,但是在可选的实施方案中,针104可具有椭圆状、三角形、矩形、多边形或上述形状的组合的截面形状。针104可由诸如不锈钢等任意适合的材料制成。
Huber针组件100还可包括主体108,当安全管102不在针104的上方延伸时,主体108基本环绕安全管102。主体108至少为不延伸的安全管102提供了机械支撑和保护。因为主体108基本环绕不延伸的安全管102,所以主体108可具有提供接受不延伸的安全管102的空心部的任意期望的形状。在所示的实施方案中,主体108具有带有弯曲部110的大致管状形状。而且,所示的主体108具有在主体108的相对端处的第一端112和第二端114。针104从第一端112延伸出,并且耦合件116布置在第二端114处。
耦合件116将针104与另一管118匹配。管118提供了通过针104递送药物、溶液、化合物、血或一些其它物质的通路。所示的管118还具有将针104的截面形状大致匹配的大致圆形的截面形状,但是在可选的实施方案中,管118可具有任意适合的截面形状并且由为通过针104递送的药物、溶液、化合物、血或一些其它物质提供适当通路的任意适合的材料制成。而且,尽管所示的耦合件116将一个管118与针104匹配,在其它实施方案中,耦合件116能够将多于一个的管118与针104匹配。
当安全管102不延伸时,安全管102大致布置在主体108的第一端112和第二端114之间。如图所示,安全管102具有能够接受针104的部分的大致管状形状。然而,在可选的实施方案中,安全管102可具有能够接受针104的部分并且在针104的上方延伸的任意适合的形状。安全管102包括面板120。
安全管102具有与面板120附接的第一端和布置在主体108内的第二端。安全管102还具有止挡机构,所述止挡机构防止安全管102当被取出时完全退出主体108。在一个实施方案中,安全管102可以包括一个或多个保持圈。在图1所示的实施方案中,安全管102具有在安全管102的第二端114处的保持圈124。另一保持圈122在靠近面板120的位置或者邻近面板120布置在主体108的第一端112处。当安全管102在针102的上方延伸时,保持圈122、124阻止安全管102的进一步延伸。因此,保持圈122、124防止安全管102与主体108分离。
参照图2,Huber针组件100显示为,安全管102基本在针104的上方延伸。如图所示,由于安全管102延伸,保持圈124中的一个与安全管102耦合并且与安全管102一起移动,而另一保持圈122基本固定至主体108。当与安全管102一起移动的保持圈124邻接另一保持圈122时,保持圈122和124防止安全管102进一步延伸并且防止安全管102与主体108分类。
安全管102被构造为:当安全管102在针104的上方被完全取出时,安全管102不能够缩回到主体108中并且重新暴露针104的尖端。参照图3,在剖视图中示出安全管102来示出针104的安全管102基本在针104的上方延伸的部分。如图所示,安全管102可以包括槽126。因为针104具有弯曲部106,安全管102可以包括槽126,槽126允许安全管102在针104的弯曲部106的上方延伸。参照图4,详细地示出了安全管102的部分。槽126可具有比针104的直径稍大的尺寸。当被取出时而经过针104的弯曲部106,槽126防止安全管缩回到主体108中。当被向后推时,例如在可能发生针刺的情形下,针的水平部分进入槽126中,主体腔的顶部邻接安全管102的第二端,防止第二端形成弯曲并且完全缩回到主体108中。
参照图5,示出了根据另一实施方案的安全管202的部分。与图1-4中所示的安全管102不同,安全管202不具有保持圈124或槽126。而是,如图所示,安全管202可具有斜面228。针204和主体208与图1-4中的针104和主体108基本相似;因此,省略对它们的详细描述。主体208还可包括能够接受斜面228的尖端的捕获部230。通常,主体腔的顶部中的凹陷通常可用作捕获机构,例如图5中所示的示例性捕获部230。当安全管202在针204的弯曲部206的上方被取出时,斜面228的尖端与捕获部230对准或者平移至捕获部230中。当安全管202被向后推时,例如,在可能发生针刺的情形下,斜面228的尖端邻接捕获部230或者选一步移动到捕获部230中,从防止安全管202形成弯曲并且完全缩回到主体208中。
参照图6-9,显示Huber针组件100被插入并且从皮下移注端口300完全取出。转到图6,Huber针组件100显示为插通表皮到达皮下移注端口300。如图所示,在沿箭头“1”的方向朝向移注端口300推动针104时,安全管102不在针104的上方延伸。参照图7,Huber针组件100被显示为,使得针104完全插入并且Huber针组件100抵靠表皮。因此,在已经沿箭头“2”的方向进一步推动Huber针组件100之后,针104一穿透移注端口300的端口隔膜302,以使针104的一端抵靠端口储器304。
参照图8,Huber针组件100的针104显示为被取出。Huber针组件100的用户沿一个方向推动面板120挤压表皮,而Huber针组件100的其余部分沿着如箭头“3”限定的相反方向被拉动而远离移注端口300。用户将面板120的翼部128放下,以使面板120保持基本挤压表皮。用户使用另一只手拉动Huber针组件100的其余部分远离面板102和移注端口300。因为用户正在使用一只手握持面板120挤压表皮并且通过另一只手拉动Huber针组件100的其余部分远离表皮,所以安全管102延伸。因此,在针104连同Huber针组件100的其余部分一起被拉动而远离移注端口300时,安全管102在针104的上方延伸。
参照图9,Huber针组件100的针104被显示为完全取出。如图所示,针104沿一个方向从移注端口300中完全取出,而安全管102沿着如箭头“4”所限定的相反方向在针104的上方延伸。安全管102基本在针104的上方延伸,因此针104能够完全包容在安全挂102内。此后,针104能够从Huber针组件100移除并且安全地布置。因为针104包容在安全管102内,Huber针组件100使得对于用户或患者的意外针刺的风险最小化。还使得吸入源自于通过针104穿行的物质的任何排放物的风险最小化。

Claims (1)
1.一种Huber针组件,包括:
针;
安全管,其基本布置在所述针的至少部分的周围,所述安全管适于在所述针的上方不可缩回地延伸;以及
面板,其布置在所述安全管的一端处。
