Abstract
一种导管装置1包括一带有尖锐末端针尖4的中空针头2,该尖锐末端针尖4可在针头处于护罩10内时的位置和针尖4伸出到导管28远端以外时的病人穿刺位置之间移动。导管套筒支座20支撑着导管28和导管套筒26构成的导管装置。导管套筒支座20是一个一次模压成型体,它包括密封垫片30和32。当针头2从病人身上取下回到护罩10中的针头保护位置时,密封垫片30擦拭针头2的外部。密封垫片32的作用是阻止血液流入导管套筒26和导管套筒支座20之间的空间。
Description
本发明涉及医疗器械,特别是涉及包括具有能刺穿病人皮肤的尖锐末端的空心针头的象静脉注射导管一样的医疗器械。
由于艾滋病和肝炎等传染疾病的存在,当医务人员用具有能刺穿病人皮肤的尖锐针尖的导管器械对病人进行治疗时,使医务人员被传染的危险增大。身体接触或偶然被污染的针头(针杆)刺伤都会使医务人员被传染。
问题是不仅仅希望使医务人员免遭由于疏忽被针杆刺伤的危险,而且希望提供能避免任何其它与病人血液接触的保护。
公开号为No.0599564的欧洲专利描述了一种保护使用前后的针头的公知装置,在该装置中,针头安装在护罩里,并且可以在缩回位置和第二次伸出位置之间移动。该发明提供了使针头在所述的第一位置和第二位置之间移动的装置。用于密封护罩的初始敞开远端的密封装置与移动装置相连接,至少最初相连。在针头所述的第一缩回位置移动到第二位置的过程中,密封装置沿着朝向护罩的敞开远端的方向向密封位置移动,然后被固定在所述密封位置上,将护罩内部密封。密封装置包括一个塞子例如泡沫塑料材料的塞子,这样当针头缩回到护罩内的缩回位置时,针头通过塞子,塞子与针头磨擦,从而使附着在针头上的液体(如血液)被塞子吸收,然后塞子开始膨胀以便最终使密封装置密封。这样,针头上基本没有附着的液体,因而护罩内部没有液体滴入的危险。
所用的密封装置和塞子分别制造,然后再组装到一起,使制造成本昂贵。
公开号为No.0408290的欧洲专利也描述了保护医务人员避免与从导管中泄漏出的病人血液接触的装置,该导管包括在针头护套的头部的敞开远端原地形成的一个密封垫片,导管套管安装在针头护套的头部。
就地形成的密封垫片可以使针头护套沿着针头光滑地移动,并防止血液回流穿过针头外表面与导管内表面之间的环形间隙进入针头护套。
这种在原地形成密封垫片的方法在某种程度上比较复杂,会增加导管装置的制造成本。
本发明的目的是提供一种能阻止血液流入象静脉注射导管一样的医疗器械的支座或导管套管的简单而经济的装置。
根据本发明,一种导管装置包括一个具有用以刺破病人皮肤的尖锐末端的中空针头;可沿护罩纵向移动针头的装置,所述的移动装置可以使护罩中的针头在使用后退回到针头保护位置;一个带有可使针头通过的孔隙的导管套筒支座以及阻止血液流进护罩的密封装置。其特征在于:导管套筒支座和密封装置两者作为一个整体,一次模压成型。
密封装置最好先设在导管套筒支座的近端,然后在导管套筒支座的远端进一步密封。
最好导管套筒支座完全安装在护罩中,邻近护罩的敞开远端。
现在通过举例的方式描述本发明的实施例,参见附图:

如图所示,导管装置1包括带有尖锐末端4的中空针头2。针头2的近端固定地安装在中空针头套筒6上,套筒6构成闪蒸室8。闪蒸室8的近端由有孔的塞子11堵塞。所安装的针头套筒6可以在护罩10中光滑移动。腹板12从针头套筒6的每端通过护套10上的孔(没标明)伸出以公知的方式支撑锯齿形的夹钳14。
显然,通过控制夹钳14,用户可以象下面将说明的那样达到试图沿着护罩10内部纵向移动针头2和针头套筒6的目的。
如图2所示的备用位置,具有中心孔22的导管套筒支座20紧密安装在针头套筒6的前面,以便向前移动。如图所示,针头2穿过孔隙22。在套筒支座20上的面向前的环形法兰24支撑着构成包括中空导管28的部分装置的导管套筒26。
导管套筒支座20是一个一次模压成型体(特别参见图7),它包括在套筒支座20近端以密封垫片30形式安装的第一密封装置和在法兰24的自由端以密封垫片32形式安装的第二密封装置。
护罩10的远端是敞开的,但是在其上安装一个可以光滑移动的门40,它可以在图8和图9所示的第一个位置与图1、3、5所示的第二个位置之间移动。当处于如图8和图9所示的第一个位置时,门40可以阻止针头2从护罩10中脱出;当处于图1、3和5所示的第二个位置时,门40上的小孔与护罩10的敞开远端成一直线,使针头2可在护罩10内来回移动。
在我们申请的申请号为96300115.1的欧洲专利中,详细描述了护罩10上的门的布置。
在护罩10的上表面(如图所示)以公知的方式形成凸出部分36。
当处于如图1和2所示的备用位置时,针头2及针头套筒6完全处于护罩10内部,此时夹钳14处于护罩10的近端附近。门40处于它的第2个位置,即所述门40上的小孔与护罩10的敞开远端成一直线。
为了使针头2从图1和图2所示的备用位置移至图3和图4所示的病人穿刺位置,以公知的方式安装夹钳14并使针头套筒6,导管套筒支座20及其上的针头2,导管套筒26和导管28沿护罩10的内部移动。夹钳14的移动范围受套筒支座20距护罩10远端的距离限制,所述套筒支座以公知的方式固定在护罩10处(参见欧洲专利No.0599564)。针头2和导管28的尺寸是这样的:即针头2的尖锐末端4以公知的方式从导管28的敞开自由端立即伸出到准备穿刺的位置上。
一旦有效地刺穿病人皮肤并使导管28的远端置于病人静脉内,用夹钳14将针头2从导管28和导管套筒26中抽出,回到图5和图6所示的护罩10内部的位置上。显然,由于针头2沿着套筒支座20的孔隙22抽回,因此密封垫片30将有效地擦拭针头2的外部并阻止血液流入护罩10的内部。
密封垫片32的作用是阻止导管套筒26和套筒支座20之间的血流。
一旦针端4安全地位于导管套筒支座20(保护在护罩10的前面远端附近而不是全部处于其内)的孔隙22中,导管套筒26就可以从支座20(如图8和9所)示上松脱下来,避免医务人员因疏忽碰到被病人血液污染的导管套筒支座20的远端的危险。当导管套筒26与支座20脱离后,门40移到它的第一个位置,即可以有效地阻止针头2从护罩10的远端脱出的位置。
我们知道,血液总有可能沿针头2的外表面与导管28的内表面之间的环形空隙流动,但是通过将导管套筒支座20在远离护罩10的敞开远端时完全处于护罩10内,就可以从根本上避免用户与导管装置的偶然接触。
在上述描述的实施例中,由于套筒支座20的远端是在护罩10内从护罩10的敞开远端移开,这样就使用户根本不可能与套筒支座20的远端接触。将套筒支座20完全置于护罩10内的特点在于当导管套筒26与套筒支座20脱离时导管装置的用户不会因疏忽碰到遗留在套筒支座20上的任何血液。
Claims (3)
1.一种导管装置1,包括一个具有用于刺破病人皮肤的尖锐末端4的中空针头2,用于使针头2沿护罩10纵向移动的装置14,所述的移动装置14用来将用完的针头2收回到护罩10中的针头保护位置一个导管套筒支座20,其上带有一个孔隙22可使针头2通过,以及用来阻止血液流入护罩10内的密封装置,其特征在于导管套筒支座20和密封装置30是一整体一次模压成型。
2.按照权利要求1所述的导管装置,其特征在于密封装置30在导管套筒支座20的近端形成,且进一步的密封装置32在导管套筒支座20的远端形成。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的导管套筒装置,其特征在于导管套筒支座20完全罩于护罩10内部,靠近其敞开远端。
