技术领域

背景技术
吹塑成型是公知的用于制造容器(例如但不限于用于饮料的瓶子)的技术。在该技术中,例如通过注塑成型来模制塑料预成型件。该预成型件被加热到塑料熔融温度以下的温度。吹塑成型工具被插入到预成型件,其置于吹塑成型模具的内侧,该模具具有预期容器的形状。利用吹塑成型工具,预成型件被拉伸,然后预成型件对着模具的内部表面被吹塑为预期形状。
在某些情况下,希望具有附接到这样的吹塑成型的容器的盖子元件。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,相对于由预成型件吹塑成型(例如拉伸吹塑成型)的塑料容器描述了实施方案,其中预成型件能够例如由注塑成型或压出来进行制造。这些容器能够例如但不限于用来存储饮料,所述饮料例如但不限于碳酸饮料。显然,容器能够由其它材料制成,例如塑料混合物、塑料和金属的组合物,例如金属箔、清除剂等等。这些实施方案仅作为示例性实施方案公开,并且不应被认为以任何方式对本发明形成限制。
在本说明书中,注塑成型应当被理解为至少包括但不限制于拉伸注塑成型,其中预成型件被加热、在长度方向上被拉伸并且被吹塑为预期形状。在长度方向上拉伸的过程中,预成型件能够已经在一定程度上被吹塑。

在本发明中,预成型件可以由塑料材料形成,该塑料材料能够被拉伸吹塑成型为具有相对薄壁或组合壁的容器,其中预成型件基本为无定形的,而瓶子至少部分为晶体的。优选地,预成型件由基本不含防结晶添加剂的材料形成,例如乙二醇。已经考虑到,这样的添加剂在对基本为无定形的预成型件进行注塑成型时会是有利的,但是这些添加剂保留在吹塑得到的容器中,这对于容器的强度和/或硬度是有害的。预成型件优选为被注塑成型为具有充分小的壁厚,以便基本防止塑料材料进行结晶。

在图3中显示了预成型件1,其具有附接在颈部部分4处的盖子元件16。在该实施方案中,盖子元件16在端部表面15上永久地设置有环17。在一个实施方案中,盖子元件16能够通过焊接附接到表面15。在一个实施方案中,焊接能够通过超声焊接来实现。在另一个实施方案中,焊接能够通过选自超声焊接、激光焊接、摩擦熔接、旋转熔接或压力焊接构成的集合的焊接技术来实现。在又一个实施方案中,盖子元件16能够通过胶结连接到预成型件1。在另一个实施方案中,盖子元件16能够通过其它手段永久地或可松开地连接到预成型件1,这些手段例如但不限于卡扣连接、压配合、摩擦锁定、螺纹连接、卡口锁定或用于连接两个元件的领域中公知的其它这样的手段。
正如从图3中能够看到的那样,盖子元件16允许进入到预成型件1的内部空间6内。在一个实施方案中,进入到内部空间6的入口能够经过盖子元件16,特别是经过其中的开口18。该入口能够对于吹塑成型工具21是可得到的,如图3中以虚线示意性地显示的。这样的成型工具21能够例如是具有纵向轴线Lt的元件,其在使用的过程中基本与预成型件1的纵向轴线L重合。能够对着预成型件1的第一端3推动前进端22,其能够被加热到预成型件1的塑料材料的熔融温度以下的温度,但是该温度要足够高以使材料变软,从而能够在纵向方向上拉伸预成型件1。然后,诸如空气的气体能够被压迫经过工具22并压迫到预成型件的内部空间6内,从而将预成型件1吹胀为预期形状和尺寸的容器23。在一个实施方案中,工具21的外部表面在吹塑之前能够抵靠预成型件的内壁。在另一个实施方案中,工具21的外部表面能够至少部分地与预成型件1的内壁隔开。
在本说明书的一个实施方案中,首先对预成型件1进行注塑成型。盖子元件16能够单独地进行制造,例如通过机械加工、挤压或注塑成型来制造。在不同的实施方案中,盖子元件16能够与预成型件一起形成,例如与可收缩芯部一起注塑成型,或者按照两种或更多种成分(2K)的注塑成型工艺进行注塑成型。在又一个实施方案中,盖子元件16能够铰接到预成型件,例如铰接到其颈部部分4,并且/或者,如图4所示,阀20能够铰接到环部17,并且在注塑成型并冷却之后被压迫在颈部部分的开口上。在进一步的实施方案中,盖子元件16能够以不同方式安装在颈部部分4上,例如通过焊接(例如旋转熔接、超声或激光焊接、常规焊接)、螺纹连接、卡口锁定、卡扣元件(例如卡扣环或卡扣钩)或者压配合。在另一个实施方案中,盖子元件能够胶结到预成型件。盖子元件16能够安装或设置在制成预成型件1和/或盖子16的装置之内。
在将盖子元件16安装到预成型件1之后或者直接在其之前,预成型件1能够运动到吹塑成型台,在吹塑成型台的位置处,预成型件1能够被吹塑为预期的容器23,例如如图8所示。然后,容器23能够运动到填充台,在该处能够以公知并适合的方式将饮料喷注到容器内。预成型件1优选为在吹塑成型之前特别是在从一个或更多个吹塑成型装置运走之前具有盖子元件16。这就使得制造更为容易,并且免去了运走完全甚至部分地被吹塑的但是远离空气的清空容器,例如瓶子或桶,其将是环境不友好的。而且,通过在填充之前特别是在其运送到瓶子之前在预成型件上设置盖子16,盖子元件16不必单独地进行存储及运送,并且不必在潮湿或者可能不利环境下完成盖子元件16的设置。
在另一个台中用饮料填充容器23之后,其它元件能够增加到容器23,例如对容器23进行封闭的封闭件或者阀或阀组件20,例如但不限于饮料阀和气体阀的组合。这样的阀组件能够是公知类型的阀组件,例如Sankey类型或平头类型的组件。在另一个实施方案中,诸如竖管26和连接件27的分配设备能够设置在盖子16中,例如如图7和8所示,从而使容器23连接到分配设备30,例如如图8所示,用于对饮料进行分配。这样的分配设备例如通过文献EP 1003686或WO2004/050539或EP 1626925是公知的。其它分配设备能够例如是具有汲取头的调节设备,以便连接到容器23的颈部4,用于将诸如CO2的压力气体导入到容器内,并且允许从容器分配饮料,例如分配到饮料机、汲取栓30A等等。在另一个实施方案中,诸如溶胶类型阀的阀20能够设置在盖子16中,用于对饮料进行分配,并且在替代实施方案中还用于将压力气体导入到容器23内。这样的阀例如通过文献WO2008/048098而公知。
在一个实施方案中,预成型件1能够设计用于对容器23进行吹塑成型,该容器23的含量在1升和10升之间,例如在2升和6升之间。在一个实施方案中,容器23能够具有大约5升的含量。在一个实施方案中,预成型件1能够设计用于对容器23进行拉伸吹塑成型,该容器23的含量在10升以上,例如在10升和50升之间。在一个实施方案之间,容器能够具有的容量在15升和30升之间,例如为大约17升至20升。根据本发明的预成型件1能够由单一材料制成,例如但不限于PET、PEN、PP、PS、PC或另一种热塑性材料和/或结晶和/或可拉伸吹塑成型的塑料材料或这样的材料的组合。在另一个实施方案中,预成型件能够是多层的,包括诸如塑料或塑料混合物的相似或不同的材料的层。多层瓶子在本领域是公知的,并且在此将不再展开讨论。多层瓶子以及用于这样的瓶子的分配设备的实例公开于文献WO 92/012926中。该申请的内容通过引用纳入本文,至少将其中公开的分配设备、瓶子和材料纳入本文。
预成型件1能够具有颈部部分4,该颈部部分4具有垂直于纵向轴线A-A的内部横截面,该横截面的表面区域由具有直径D的圆形区域形成或者相当于具有直径D的圆形区域,该直径D在2cm以上,例如为在2和10cm之间的直径,更特别是在3和6cm之间,例如为大约49mm。盖子元件16能够具有中心开口18,该中心开口18具有的内部表面区域由具有直径D1的圆形表面形成或者相当于具有直径D1的圆形表面,直径D1例如在0.5和6cm之间,例如在0.5和4cm之间,该面积小于颈部部分4的开口7的面积。开口18能够使圆形的,并且能够设计为具有阀,例如配合在开口18中或开口18上的溶胶阀20。在另一个实施方案中,盖子元件16能够具有不同的开口18,例如并排的两个开口,从而例如在一个开口18中能够配合分配元件,例如具有或不具有竖管26的阀20,竖管26用于分配容器1的内容物,例如饮料,例如啤酒,而在另一个开口18A中能够附接气体入口,例如CO2源或空气泵31。
在一个实施方案中,预成型件能够被注塑成型,之后将盖子元件16设置在预成型件1或预成型件组件的其中一个预成型件上和/或预成型件1或预成型件组件的其中一个预成型件中。然后预成型件能够被转移到装瓶线,其中预成型件在线被吹塑成型并且例如被填充饮料,例如但不限于啤酒。在一个实施方案中,随后,阀组件20或分配组件30或其一部分能够被置于开口18中和/或开口18上。
在图4中示意性地显示了预成型件1的横截面,显示了形式为环17的盖子元件16,其具有例如经由集成的铰链32附接到盖子元件16的阀20。在该实施方案中,环17安装在预成型件1上,例如焊接到其上,其中阀20被折叠远离中心开口18,使得容器23能够由其吹塑成型得到,并且填充管道21能够经过所述开口18而被导入到容器23,在能够将阀20折叠到开口18内之后,在该处封闭容器23。在所示实施方案中,阀20被包围在夹持管中,其能够被夹持到开口18内,如图4中左侧示意性地所示。在由预成型件对容器23吹塑成型并且对容器23进行填充之后,阀20优选为被推动到开口18内。在图4中示意性地显示了容器的肩部部分23A。
在图5-7中显示了预成型件组件31,其包括第一预成型件1A和第二预成型件1B。第一预成型件1A能够插入到第二预成型件1B,或者反过来。在替代实施方案中,第一预成型件1A和第二预成型件1B中的其中一个能够插入两个预成型件1A、1B中的另一个当中或另一个上。预成型件1A、1B能够由相同或不同的材料而被注塑成型或者分离地形成。预成型件1A、1B能够具有前述预成型件的某些属性或全部属性。
在图5的实施方案中,第一预成型件1A能够包括具有封闭的第一端3A的基本圆柱形壁部2A以及位于相对的第二端5A处的颈部部分4A。内部容积6从颈部开口7延伸到内部空间8内。内部空间8大部分由内部表面9限定。诸如环17的盖子元件16安装在颈部部分4A上,具有的中心开口18的直径Di小于颈部部分4A的直径Dni,并且/或者具有的外径Do大于颈部部分4A的外径Dno。盖子元件16能够同样以任何适合的方式进行安装,例如在本文前面所公开的。第二预成型件1B能够包括具有封闭的第一端3B的基本圆柱形壁部2B以及位于相对的第二端5B处的颈部部分4B。颈部部分4B能够宽于其由壁部2B限定的本体形成部分。肩部32设置在颈部部分4B和壁部2B之间,当第一预成型件1A插入到第二预成型件1B内时,盖子元件16或者从颈部部分4B延伸的凸缘或部分凸缘能够倚靠在肩部32上。通过这样的方式,第一预成型件1A能够例如被悬挂在第二预成型件1B中。在图5中,第一预成型件1A的外部表面在表面的至少一部分上与第二预成型件1B的内部表面9B隔开。在所述两个表面之间能够设置例如填充有诸如空气的气体的空间33。该空间33能够通过环17而相对于环境封闭。在由预成型件组件31对容器进行吹塑成型时,空间33能够被维持,从而使容器可以变得更为刚硬且更轻。在另一个实施方案中,例如通过环17中的一个或更多个开口18A(图9)并且/或者通过在环17的至少一部分和第二预成型件1B的颈部4B的环绕壁部之间留下某些空间,从而可以使空间33与环境连通。通过该方式,压力能够从空间33和/或容器23中被释放,压力流体(例如但不限于气体,例如空气)能够被引入空间33,用于对由第一预成型件1A吹塑成型的容器部分23A进行压缩。在又一个实施方案中,空间33能够填充有可固化流体或填充了涂层,例如但不限于提供抵抗诸如O2的气体移动到容器内和/或移动出容器外的屏蔽物的涂层、用于诸如O2的这种气体的清除剂以及/或者着色剂。涂层能够提供为在预成型件上或预成型件中的层,能够是诸如模具标签的箔,并且能够例如在整个空间上或者仅其一部分上延伸。
在图6中,预成型件组件31包括相对贴合地配合到第二预成型件1B内的第一预成型件1A,其端部5A、5B基本位于相同平面中。包括开口18的盖子元件16设置在两个预成型件1A、1B中的至少一个上。在所示实施方案中,盖子元件16具有在颈部部分4B的外部表面9C的外侧延伸的外部周缘部分17。优选地,盖子元件17至少连接到第二预成型件1B,从而将第一预成型件1A包围在第二预成型件1B之内。
在图7中,预成型件组件31包括配合到第二预成型件1B内的第一预成型件1A,第一预成型件1A的端部5A位于第二预成型件1B的端部5B之下。包括开口18的盖子元件16设置在两个预成型件1A、1B中的至少一个上,优选为设置在第一预成型件1A上。在所示实施方案中,盖子元件16具有外部周缘部分17,该外部周缘部分17延伸到颈部部分4A的外部表面9C,或者优选为略微延伸到颈部部分4A的外部表面9C的外侧。周缘部分17可以是略微柔软的或可压缩的,从而使盖子元件16能够压配合到第二预成型件1B的颈部4B之内的开口7内。因此,第一预成型件1A能够容易地被固定在第二预成型件1B的内侧,例如用于存储和运输以及在(拉伸)吹塑成型的过程中。
预成型件或多个预成型件的至少本体形成部分的壁厚优选为使得预成型件基本是无定形的。由此吹塑成型的容器优选为被拉伸为使塑料材料基本为晶体。塑料材料优选为基本不含防结晶添加剂,例如但不限于乙二醇或类似添加剂。优选地,预成型件的最大壁厚在8mm以下,优选为在6mm以下,特别地但非唯一地在塑料材料基本为PET或PET混合物时。
在图8中显示了吹塑成型的容器,例如但不限于从预成型件1或预成型件组件31拉伸吹塑成型。盖子元件16设置在颈部4上。阀20设置在开口18中,其能够是溶胶类型的阀。利用锁定元件27,例如筘位板,阀20能够被筘位或夹持在盖子元件16上,例如被筘位或夹持在管或环19中。竖管26连接到用于从容器23的内部容积6分配饮料的阀20。在图8中,压力调节器34设置在容器的内部容积6中,诸如CO2的气体能够从该压力调节器34导入到所述容积6,以便将容器23之内的压力保持在预期水平处或预期限值之内,例如保持在饮料中的气体平衡水平处或平衡水平附近。在这样的实施方案中,容器能够进行自调节。在另一个实施方案中,压力调节器能够被省去,并且气体能够经由例如阀20或另一个开口或阀而被导入到空间6内。
图9示意性地显示了吹塑成型的容器23的一部分,例如由预成型件1或预成型件组件31拉伸吹塑成型,例如如前文所述。在该实施方案中,内部容器部分23A设置为由第一预成型件1A吹塑成型得到,并且外部的第二容器部分23B由第二预成型件1B吹塑成型得到。容器部分23A、23B的至少一部分并不相互连接或者至少彼此松开。盖子元件16设置在内部容器部分23A的颈部4A上,从而倚靠在第二容器部分23B的肩部32上。内部容器部分23A是至少部分地柔软的。容器23优选为由第一预成型件1A和第二预成型件1B整体地吹塑成型得到。至少一个开口18A设置在盖子元件中,从而通向内部容器部分23A和外部容器部分23B之间的空间33内。盖子40设置在颈部4上,并利用周缘部分41而被夹持在凸缘12之下。阀20设置在盖子40中,并且由裙部42至少部分地环绕。第一密封件43设置在外部容器部分23B的颈部4B的端部5B之间,而第二密封件44设置在盖子元件16和裙部42的下端部之间。因此,在裙部42周围提供了与该开口18A或每一个开口18A流体连接的空间45。
在图9的实施方案中,泵31连接到盖子40中的第二开口18B,从而通向空间45内。经过该泵而被加压的流体(例如空气)能够被导入到空间45内,并且从所述空间45经过开口18A而被导入到容器部分23A、23B之间的空间33内,如箭头A所示,从而至少部分地压缩内部容器部分23A,用于将饮料从内部容积6经过阀20压迫到分配设备30内。
本发明公开的内容并不限制于本文仅以实例的方式所公开或讨论的实施方案。其它实施方案能够落在由权利要求书限定的创造性概念之内。例如,所公开的实施方案的部件和特征的任何组合被认为已经被本说明书公开。在另一个实施方案中,预成型件能够在两个相对的端部具有开口,其中盖子元件16设置在这些开口的至少一个开口处。例如,一个端部能够具有颈部部分4并且相对的端部具有支脚部分,阀元件设置在该支脚部分具有的开口中作为盖子元件16。另一个实例能够是包括阀元件或至少其一部分的盖子元件16,其中吹塑成型工具能够经过阀元件或其一部分而被导入,或者能够连接到阀元件或其一部分,用于将预成型件吹塑为容器。在一个实施方案中,盖子元件16能够只封闭颈部部分4的一部分,从而使开口18至少部分地由盖子元件限定并且部分地由颈部部分限定。诸如变型的这些和其它实施方案被认为已经被本文公开。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于对容器吹塑成型的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述预成型件或预成型件组件具有颈部部分、设置在所述颈部部分处的盖子元件、和延伸到所述颈部部分内的开口,该开口提供了进入所述预成型件或预成型件组件的内部空间的入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述盖子元件具有所述开口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述盖子元件永久地连接到所述颈部部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述盖子元件通过焊接连接到所述颈部部分。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的预成型件,其中所述盖子元件通过超声焊接、激光焊接、摩擦熔接、旋转熔接或压力焊接而连接到所述颈部部分。
6.根据权利要求3所述的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述盖子元件通过胶结连接到所述颈部部分。
7.根据权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述盖子元件设置在所述颈部部分上,并且所述开口的尺寸设计为用于将吹塑成型工具导入到所述预成型件或预成型件组件内。
8.根据权利要求1-7中的任意一项所述的预成型件或预成型件组件,其中所述盖子元件利用压配合附接到所述预成型件或预成型件组件。
9.一种用于对容器进行吹塑成型的方法,包括如下步骤:将盖子元件附接到预成型件或预成型件组件,并且在附接所述盖子元件之后使吹塑成型工具延伸到所述预成型件或预成型件组件内。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述盖子元件通过焊接或胶结连接到所述预成型件或预成型件组件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述盖子元件利用焊接技术焊接到所述预成型件或预成型件组件,该焊接技术选自超声焊接、旋转熔接、激光焊接和压力焊接构成的集合。
12.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述盖子元件通过压配合连接到所述预成型件或预成型件组件。
13.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述盖子元件通过胶结连接到所述预成型件或预成型件组件。
14.根据权利要求9-13中的任意一项所述的方法,其中从所述预成型件或预成型件组件中吹塑而得到容器,该容器具有连接到所述预成型件或预成型件组件的所述盖子元件,其中饮料经过该盖子元件而被导入到所述容器内。
15.一种容器,由根据权利要求1-7中的任意一项所述的预成型件或预成型件组件吹塑得到,或者利用根据权利要求9-14中的任意一项所述的方法制得。
