技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的燃料喷射泵或燃料高压泵的滚轮挺杆。本发明还涉及一种根据权利要求4的前序部分的用于燃料泵的滚轮挺杆的滚轮轴和一种根据权利要求5的前序部分的燃料泵。
背景技术
燃料泵的基本结构例如由现有技术DE 1 100 380已知。该现有技术因而公开了一种带有滚轮挺杆的燃料泵,该滚轮挺杆包括滚轮轴和安置在该滚轮轴上的滚轮,其中该滚轮形成用于凸轮轴的凸轮的滚动面。从凸轮轴起,可以通过滚轮挺杆来操纵燃料泵。
由现有技术DE 10 2006 052 484 A1已知另一种带有滚轮挺杆的燃料泵,该滚轮挺杆具有滚轮轴和安置在该滚轮轴上的滚轮。这里公开的滚轮挺杆的滚轮也形成用于凸轮轴的凸轮的滚动面。
就由现有技术已知的燃料泵或用于燃料泵的滚轮挺杆而言,在滚轮轴上安置有滚轮,这些滚轮轴由钢制成。为了提高这种钢制滚轮轴的寿命,将其淬火,必要时镀层。必要时还为钢制滚轮轴使用轴套。这种钢制滚轮轴在制造技术上以及在构造上都繁琐。
因此对在构造上和制造技术上具有较小成本的滚轮挺杆、用于滚轮挺杆的滚轮轴以及燃料泵存在需求。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于,提出一种新式燃料泵滚轮挺杆、一种新式的用于滚轮挺杆的滚轮轴以及一种新式燃料泵。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的燃料泵的滚轮挺杆得以实现。根据本发明,滚轮轴由轴承材料制成。由于按照本发明滚轮轴由轴承材料制成,故无需对滚轮轴进行淬火和镀层。还可以省去按照现有技术所需要的轴套。由此可在构造上和制造技术上以较小成本实现滚轮轴,进而实现滚轮挺杆以及燃料泵。
本发明的滚轮轴在权利要求4中限定,本发明的燃料泵在权利要求5中限定。

具体实施方式
图1为燃料泵的滚轮挺杆10的横剖视图,其中图1的滚轮挺杆10是共轨船用柴油燃料供应设备的高压燃料泵的滚轮挺杆。滚轮挺杆10包括滚轮轴11,该滚轮轴在图1的所示实施例中通过螺栓或埋头螺钉12不可转动地与滚轮挺杆10连接。在滚轮轴11上可转动地安置有滚轮13,其中滚轮13为未示出的凸轮轴的未示出的凸轮提供了滚动面14。燃料泵的滚轮挺杆的这种基本结构对于此处提及的本领域技术人员而言是常见的。
根据本发明,滚轮轴11由轴承材料制成。于是,由此无需对滚轮轴11进行淬火以及镀层,以便保证其足够的耐磨损性。
滚轮轴11优选由轴承合金或铜-铝合金制成。
为了对安置在滚轮轴11上的滚轮13进行润滑,在滚轮挺杆10中内置有用于润滑油的孔15,使得润滑油能输送给滚轮13,且在滚轮13与滚轮轴11之间可以形成润滑油膜。
本发明还涉及用于燃料泵的滚轮挺杆的这种滚轮轴11以及带有包括这种滚轮轴11的滚轮挺杆10的燃料泵,其中燃料泵优选是共轨船用柴油内燃机的高压燃料泵。

Claims (6)

1.燃料泵的滚轮挺杆,具有可转动地安置在滚轮轴上的滚轮,该滚轮为凸轮轴的凸轮提供了滚动面,其特征在于,滚轮轴(11)由轴承材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚轮挺杆,其特征在于,滚轮轴(11)由轴承合金制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的滚轮挺杆,其特征在于,滚轮轴(11)由铜-铝合金制成。
4.用于燃料泵的滚轮挺杆的滚轮轴,其特征在于,该滚轮轴由轴承材料特别是轴承合金或铜-铝合金制成。
5.一种燃料泵,具有滚轮挺杆,其中该滚轮挺杆具有可转动地安置在滚轮轴上的滚轮,该滚轮为凸轮轴的凸轮提供了滚动面,其特征在于,滚轮轴(11)由轴承材料特别是轴承合金或铜-铝合金制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,它是共轨船用柴油燃料供应设备的高压燃料泵。
