本发明公开了一种反应挤出加成SBS磺化物及其制备方法,该磺化物是由以下重量份的组份组成:SBS 90~110重量份;引发剂0.1~0.5重量份;亲核试剂5~10重量份;加工助剂0.5~1.5重量份;抗氧剂0.2~0.8重量份。本发明反应挤出加成SBS磺化物具有优异的力学机械性能和其与金属的粘合力,可用于制备高质量的电缆。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种反应挤出加成SBS磺化物及其制备方法。
背景技术
SBS是苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物,受热后材料可以流动,容易加工成型。冷却到室温后,聚苯乙烯链段聚集成玻璃态微区,对聚丁二烯链段起到了物理交联点的作用,从而使材料表现出橡胶的特性。因此称之为“热塑性弹性体”。SBS具有两相结构:聚丁二烯相——连续相,聚苯乙烯相——分散相。本发明探索一种反应挤出加成SBS磺化物,可用于制备对力学性能及与金属的粘合力要求较高的电缆绝缘或护套,以满足市场多样化的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足之处提供一种具有较强的力学性能及较高的与金属的粘合力的反应挤出加成SBS磺化物。
本发明的另一目的是提供制备该反应挤出加成SBS磺化物的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
一种反应挤出加成SBS磺化物,其特征在于该磺化物是由以下重量份的组份组成:
SBS 90~110重量份;引发剂0.1~0.5重量份;亲核试剂5~10重量份;加工助剂0.5~1.5重量份;抗氧剂0.2~0.8重量份。
该磺化物优选是由以下重量份的组份组成:
SBS 100重量份;引发剂0.2~0.3重量份;亲核试剂7~8重量份;加工助剂1~1.4重量份;抗氧剂0.6重量份。
所述的引发剂为过氧化物引发剂,过氧化物引发剂优选为过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)。
所述的亲核试剂优选为亚硫酸氢钠,加工助剂优选为硬脂酸锌,抗氧剂优选为抗氧剂1010。
上述反应挤出加成SBS磺化物的制备方法包括以下步骤:将SBS、引发剂、亲核试剂、加工助剂、抗氧剂在高速混合机中搅拌7~8分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆转速100转份钟,双螺杆挤出机温度设置如表1所示:

反应挤出是指在聚合物成可聚合单体的连续挤出过程中完成一系列化学反应的操作过程。
加成反应是分子链中的双键被其他离子进攻后全部打开生成新的产物,为有机化学中极为重要的反应。本反应是将含有双键的SBS(苯乙烯一丁二烯的嵌段共聚物)在特定的亲核试剂及引发剂存在的基础上通过双螺杆挤出机反应挤出制造SBS的磺化物,可以显著提高产品的力学性能及与金属的粘合力。
与现有技术比较本发明的有益效果:本发明反应挤出加成SBS磺化物具有优异的力学机械性能和其与金属的粘合力,是普通SBS粘合力一倍以上,可用于制备对力学性能及与金属的粘合力要求较高的电缆绝缘或护套,以满足市场多样化的需求。

实施工艺:
将SBS、引发剂、亲核试剂、加工助剂、抗氧剂在高速混合机中搅拌7~8分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆转速100转份钟,双螺杆挤出机温度设置如表3所示:

表6为过本发明实施例1制备得到的反应挤出加成SBS磺化物和普通SBS性能对比表,从表中对比数据可以看出本发明磺化物拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、粘合力性能均显著高于现有普通SBS。

Claims (5)

1.一种反应挤出加成SBS磺化物,其特征在于该磺化物是由以下重量份的组份组成:
SBS  90~110重量份;引发剂 0.1~0.5重量份;亲核试剂5~10重量份;加工助剂0.5~1.5重量份;抗氧剂0.2~0.8重量份;其中,所述的引发剂为过氧化二异丙苯,亲核试剂为亚硫酸氢钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应挤出加成SBS磺化物,其特征在于该磺化物是由以下重量份的组份组成:
SBS 100重量份;引发剂 0.2~0.3重量份;亲核试剂7~8重量份;加工助剂1~1.4重量份;抗氧剂0.6重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反应挤出加成SBS磺化物,其特征在于所述的加工助剂为硬脂酸锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的反应挤出加成SBS磺化物,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
5.一种权利要求1所述的反应挤出加成SBS磺化物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的方法包括以下步骤:将SBS、引发剂、亲核试剂、加工助剂、抗氧剂在高速混合机中搅拌7~8分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆转速100转∕分钟,双螺杆挤出机温度设置九个区域:机筒一区为120℃,机筒二区为150℃,机筒三区为180℃,机筒四区为200℃,机筒五区为210℃,机筒六区为210℃,机筒七区为210℃,机筒八区为200℃,机筒九区为200℃。
