优选地,通过具有至少三个旋转件的行星齿轮组来形成齿轮变速器,所述三个旋转件中的第一旋转件连接到输入端,第二旋转件连接到输出端。
根据本发明的传动装置的一个实施例,其特征在于,第三旋转件连接至被设置在相应的传动路径中的第一耦合装置或第二耦合装置。
根据本发明的传动装置的另一个实施例,其特征在于,被设置在相应的传动路径中的第一耦合装置或第二耦合装置被布置在第三旋转件与其它两个旋转件的任何一个之间。
根据本发明的传动装置的再一个实施例,其特征在于,短路耦合器(short-circuit coupling)被布置在第三旋转件与其它两个旋转件的任何一个之间。
优选地,通过离合器或制动器,最好是干板离合器或干板制动器,来形成第二耦合装置。
优选地,第一耦合装置包括爪形离合器或爪形制动器,优选地还包括自由飞轮轴承或同步件。
第一耦合装置还可以由不能分散大功率的摩擦离合器或摩擦制动器形成。
基于该传动装置的其它结构,如果制动第三旋转件,则行星齿轮组从输入端到输出端形成加速或减速的齿轮变速器。
此外,优选地,在输出端和负载之间和/或输入端和主驱动之间可以设置有另一个齿轮变速器或传动装置。
根据本发明的传动装置的又一个实施例,其特征在于,第二耦合装置由另一个电动机/发电机形成。优选地,该另一个电动机/发电机能够连接到形成主驱动的电动机/发电机。
此外,优选地,该传动装置包括连接到该另一个电动机/发电机或行星齿轮组的第四旋转件的锁扣制动器(locking brake)。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的传动装置的第一个实施例。此传动装置1极其适合用于电驱动,并且具有能够连接到形成主驱动的电动机/发电机5的输入端3,以及能够连接到负载9的输出端7。该电动机/发电机经由动力电子设备(power electrons)8连接到蓄电池(accumulator)10。传动装置1包括位于输入端和输出端之间的两个并联的传动路径11和13、被设置在第一传动路径11中的第一耦合装置15、以及被设置在第二传动路径13中的第二耦合装置17。每一个传动路径具有带有相互不同的齿轮比率的齿轮变速器18、19。第一耦合装置15被配置为不能分散大功率,并且在本实施例中由干板离合器形成,而第二耦合装置17被配置为的确能够分散大功率,并且在本实施例中由能够以滑动方式操作的摩擦离合器形成。
图2示出根据本发明的传动装置的第二个实施例。所有与第一个实施例的那些部件相同的部件由相同的附图标记来表示。对于此传动装置21来说,仅有第一耦合装置15被布置在第一传动路径11中,而第二传动路径13中的齿轮变速器和第二耦合装置由包括三个旋转件a、c和s的行星齿轮组23形成,所述三个旋转件中的第一旋转件c连接到输入端3,第二旋转件s连接到输出端7,以及第三旋转件a由环圈(annulus)形成且连接到形成第二耦合装置的摩擦制动器25。在第三旋转件a与由托架(carrier)和太阳齿轮形成的其它两个旋转件c和s的任何一个之间可以插入短路耦合器27。
图3示出根据本发明的传动装置的第三个实施例。所有与第一个实施例的那些部件相同的部件由相同的附图标记来表示。在此传动装置31中,第二耦合装置由连接到电动机/发电机5的另一个电动机/发电机33形成。这里也可以将短路耦合器27布置在第三旋转件a与其它两个旋转件c和s的任何一个之间。此外,锁扣制动器35可以连接至另一个电动机/发电机33或行星齿轮组23的第四旋转件37。
图4示出根据本发明的传动装置的第四个实施例。所有与第一个实施例的那些部件相同的部件由相同的附图标记来表示。在此传动装置41中,第二耦合装置由被布置在第三旋转件a与其它两个旋转件c和s的任何一个之间的短路耦合器43形成。
在前文的实施例中,可以以机电方式来致动(actuate)所述离合器和制动器。
虽然前文已经基于附图来描述了本发明,然而应注意的是,不能通过任何方式或方法而将本发明局限于附图中所示的实施例。在由权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,本发明还可以延伸到源自于附图中所示的实施例的所有实施例。例如,作为主驱动由电动机/发电机形成的替代,主驱动还可以由内燃机形成。可替代地,变速器在输出端和负载之间和/或输入端和主驱动之间可以布置另一个齿轮变速器或传动装置。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于电驱动和/或混合驱动的传动装置,所述传动装置具有能够连接到形成主驱动的电动机/发电机和/或内燃机的输入端,以及能够连接到负载的输出端,所述传动装置包括:
位于所述输入端和输出端之间的两个并联的传动路径;
被设置在两个所述传动路径的第一个中的第一耦合装置和被设置在另一个即第二传动路径中的第二耦合装置;以及
被设置在所述两个传动路径的至少任何一个中的具有非1齿轮比率的齿轮变速器,
其特征在于,所述第一耦合装置不能分散大功率,所述第二耦合装置能分散大功率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮变速器由具有至少三个旋转件的行星齿轮组形成,所述三个旋转件中的第一旋转件连接到所述输入端,第二旋转件连接到所述输出端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第三旋转件连接至被设置在相应的所述传动路径中的所述第一耦合装置或第二耦合装置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的传动装置,其特征在于,被设置在相应的所述传动路径中的所述第一耦合装置或第二耦合装置被布置在所述第三旋转件与其它两个所述旋转件的任何一个之间。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的传动装置,其特征在于,短路耦合器被布置在所述第三旋转件与其它两个所述旋转件的任何一个之间。
6.根据前述权利要求的任何一个所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第二耦合装置由离合器或制动器形成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第二耦合装置由干板离合器或干板制动器形成。
8.根据前述权利要求的任何一个所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合装置包括爪形离合器或爪形制动器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合装置还包括自由飞轮轴承或同步件。
10.根据前述权利要求1至7的任何一个所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合装置由摩擦离合器或摩擦制动器形成。
11.根据前述权利要求2至10的任何一个所述的传动装置,其特征在于,如果制动所述第三旋转件,则所述行星齿轮组从所述输入端到所述输出端形成加速或减速的齿轮变速器。
12.根据前述权利要求的任何一个所述的传动装置,其特征在于,在所述输出端和所述负载之间和/或所述输入端和所述主驱动之间设置有另一个齿轮变速器或传动装置。
13.根据前述权利要求2至12的任何一个所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述第二耦合装置由另一个电动机/发电机形成。
14.根据权利要求13所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述另一个电动机/发电机能够连接到形成所述主驱动的所述电动机/发电机。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的传动装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置包括连接到所述另一个电动机/发电机或所述行星齿轮组的第四旋转件的锁扣制动器。
