电动粉扑
技术领域
本发明涉及包括与粉底容器一起沿前后方向移动的粉扑的电动粉扑。
背景技术
以往的粉扑形成圆盘或四方盘状，并且一侧面具有松紧带以便插入手指。
这种现有的粉扑，在化妆时还需另外的化妆工具，并且粉底容易沾到手指，存在繁琐的问题。
此外，存在化妆品无法均匀地上妆于化妆部位的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的，使得便于进行化妆，并且使化妆部位被均匀地上妆。
为了实现上述目的的本发明的电动粉扑，具备：设有开关的壳体；配置于上述壳体的内部的粉底容器；与上述粉底容器连接而接受粉底的供给的粉扑部；以及利用由上述开关驱动的电机使上述粉扑部沿前后方向振动的动作轴。
在上述动作轴与上述电机之间设有偏心部件。
上述偏心部件包括与上述电机的旋转轴结合的偏心轴、以及利用向上述偏心轴传递的电机的驱动力进行偏心旋转且使上述动作轴沿前后方向振动的结合部。
还包括：连接口，该连接口形成于上述粉扑部的后方，且和与上述粉底容器连接的连接管连接；以及贯通口，该贯通口使通过了上述连接管的粉底向上述粉扑部贯通。
上述连接口的轴和上述贯通口的轴以偏心的方式构成。
按照以上索命的本发明的电动粉扑具有如下效果。
由于同时包含粉底容器和粉扑部，所以能够便于化妆。
由于粉扑部自动地沿前后方向移动，所以无需施加人为性的力，便于化妆。
由于包含偏心部件，所以能够使振动发生。
由于连接口的轴与贯通口的轴以偏心的方式构成，所以粉底适当地被分泌，从而能够均匀地上妆于化妆部位。

以下，参照附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。
作为参考，以下即将说明的本发明的结构中，与以往技术相同的结构，参照以往技术，省略详细的说明。
图1为本发明的优选实施例所涉及的电动粉扑的侧视图。图2为图1的剖视图。图3为本发明的优选实施例的电动粉扑的动作图。图4为本发明的粉底容器的剖视图。
如图2所示，本发明的电动粉扑包括：设有开关9的壳体1；配置于上述壳体1的内部的粉底容器2；与上述粉底容器2连接而接受粉底的供给的粉扑部3；利用由上述开关9的动作而驱动的电机5使上述粉扑部3沿前后方向振动的动作轴4。
[壳体]
壳体1的截面呈梯形，并且呈前方的一部分向内侧弯曲的形状。
在上述壳体1的内部形成有收纳电机5的电机收纳部11、收纳粉底容器2的粉底容器收纳部12以及收纳电池13a的电池收纳部13。
此外，在上述壳体1的内部设有轴衬(bushing)265，以便引导后述的动作轴4的振动。
在上述粉底容器收纳部12的下端形成有用于插入后述的粉底容器2的插入部400。
[电机收纳部]
电机收纳部11形成于上述壳体1内部的上部。
在上述电机收纳部11的下端形成有支承电机5的电机支承部112。
在上述电机支承部112的中央形成有供电机5的旋转轴50贯通的贯通口。
[粉底容器收纳部]
在电机收纳部11的下部形成有粉底容器收纳部12。
在上述粉底容器收纳部12的中央形成有用于插入固定粉底容器2的第一固定部121。
在上述粉底容器收纳部12的上部形成有用于在后述的粉底容器2的泵部26的上端固定上述粉底容器2的第二固定部122。
在上述粉底容器收纳部12的下部形成有用于插入后述的粉底容器2的下端的插入部400。
上述插入部400为U字形的槽形态，呈上端弯曲的形态。
后述的粉底容器2的下端插入于上述插入部400的弯曲的上端。
[电池收纳部]
在粉底容器收纳部12的前方形成有电池收纳部13。
上述电池收纳部13呈矩形形态，起到对插入的电池13a进行固定的作用。
在上述电池收纳部13的上部中央及下部中央形成有连接部130，以便连接电池13a的电极及端子。
在上述壳体1外部的前表面下部设有开关9，前表面上部设有泵部3。
[粉底容器]
在上述壳体1内部的粉底容器收纳部12设有粉底容器2，并且上述粉底容器2的下端被插入于插入部400。
粉底容器2包括：外部容器2b；形成于上述外部容器2b的内部且收纳粉底的内部容器2a；位于上述内部容器2a的内部并被固定的缸25；保护上述缸25的肩状物23；能够升降地插入于上述缸25的活塞24；下端与上述活塞24结合且上端插入于支承件27而被支承的活塞杆22；以及设置于上述活塞杆22与上述肩状物23之间而对活塞杆22赋予弹力的弹簧26。
上述粉底容器2的泵在按压上述支承件27时，使插入于上述支承件27的活塞杆22及活塞24同时下降，使上述缸25内的内压增加，从而使收纳于上述缸25内的粉底通过活塞杆22从喷嘴22喷出。
这种粉底容器2的粉底被抽吸的结构及动作，由于采用通常的技术，因此不进行具体说明。
在上述内部容器2a的下部设有推升粉底的活塞部211。
上述活塞部211呈U字形槽形态。
在上述活塞部211的上部以一体方式形成有用于支承收纳于内部容器2a的粉底的支承部215。
优选为，上述支承部215的直径大于上述活塞部211的直径。
在上述支承部215的下部形成有供外部的空气流入的流路212。
上述流路212通过形成于外部容器2b的底面的贯通孔213流入空气。
当使用粉底而内部容器2a的粉底减少时，由于容器内的压力和大气压变得不同，所以由于压力差而空气通过上述贯通孔213流入流路212。
因此，即便使用内部容器2a内的粉底，也由于压力差粉底总是停留于处于上部的缸25附近，因此具有能够用到最后这样的优点。
[粉扑部]
粉扑部3设置于壳体1的外部。
优选为，上述粉扑部3配置于电机收纳部11的前方。
上述粉扑部3包括粉扑盘31以及以一体方式形成于上述粉扑部31的前方的粉扑32。
上述粉扑部3与后述的动作轴4连接而沿前后方向移动，并与上述粉底容器2连接而接受粉底的供给。
粉扑31呈四边形或圆形形态。
在上述粉扑盘31的前方下部形成有槽310。
上述槽310为通过了连接管6的粉底向后述的粉扑32移动的通道。
在上述粉扑盘31的后方形成有连接口71、72。
上述连接口71、72呈中空圆筒形态，并且在上述粉扑盘31的后表面呈突出的形态。
上述连接口71、72包括第一连接口71和形成于上述第一连接口71的下部的第二连接口72。
第一连接口71与后述的动作轴4连接。
第二连接口72与连接管6的另一侧连接。
上述第二连接口72的直径大于上述连接管6的直径。因此，在上述第二连接口72与上述连接管6连接时，在上述第二连接口72的内部还设置硅O环8。
粉扑32以一体方式形成于上述粉扑盘31的前方，呈四边形或圆形形态。
在上述粉扑32的下部形成有供排出的粉底沾染的贯通口35。
贯通口35的轴构成为与上述第二连接口72的轴偏心。
优选为，上述贯通口35配置于上述第二连接口72的上部。
这种粉扑部3具有使粉底适当地分泌而不是过多地分泌的作用。
[连接管]
连接管6呈

上述连接管6的一侧与粉底容器2的喷嘴20连接，另一侧与粉扑部3的第二连接口72连接。
上述连接管6优选为由硅管构成，以便在粉扑部3沿前后方向移动时柔软地进行动作。
[动作轴/引导槽]
动作轴4的一侧与上述粉扑部3的第一连接口71连接，另一侧与电机5的旋转轴50连接。
在上述动作轴4上沿与上述动作轴4垂直的方向形成有长孔220。
上述动作轴4借助偏心部件200而被设置成与电机5的旋转轴50垂直。
上述动作轴4借助被驱动的电机5使上述粉扑部3沿前后方向振动。
由于上述动作轴4与电机5的旋转轴50垂直，因此可以沿前后方向进行振动。
设有在动作轴4沿前后方向振动时引导上述动作轴4的振动方向的轴衬265。
优选为，上述轴衬265设置于壳体1，并且限制动作轴4的周围以沿前后方向圆滑地进行引导。
上述轴衬265适合设置两个，并且优选为在后述的偏心轴210的前方和后方各设置一个。
[偏心轴]
偏心轴210包括形成于上部的U字形槽，以便插入上述电机5的旋转轴50。
上述偏心轴210的下部与上述动作轴4的长孔220匹配。
在电机5旋转时，上述偏心轴210移动上述长孔220而使上述动作轴4沿前后方向振动。
以下，对具有上述结构的本实施例的作用进行说明。
按压设置于壳体1的下端的插入部400。
由粉底容器2抽吸而排出的粉底通过连接管6并经由槽310排出到贯通口35而沾到粉扑32。

电机5被驱动，偏心轴210由于电机5的旋转而被旋转。
偏心轴210沿着长孔220旋转。
动作轴4沿前后方向移动。
粉扑部3沿前后方向移动。
如上所述，参照本发明的优选实施例进行了说明，但在不脱离权利要求书记载的本发明的思想及领域的范围内，本领域的普通技术人员显然可以进行各种修改及变形来实施。
如上所述，本发明所涉及的电动粉扑尤其适用于便于进行化妆的电动粉扑。

Claims (4)

1.一种电动粉扑，其特征在于，
具备：
设有开关的壳体；
配置于上述壳体的内部的粉底容器；以及
利用由上述开关进行驱动的电机进行振动的粉扑部，
上述粉扑部通过上述粉底容器的抽吸而接受粉底。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动粉扑，其特征在于，
上述粉扑部沿前后方向进行振动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动粉扑，其特征在于，
上述动作轴设置成与上述电机的旋转轴垂直，
在上述动作轴包括沿与上述动作轴垂直的方向形成的长孔以及与上述电机的旋转轴结合的偏心轴，
在上述电机旋转时，上述偏心轴移动上述长孔使上述动作轴沿前后方向振动。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动粉扑，其特征在于，
还包括：连接口，该连接口形成于上述粉扑部的后方，且和与上述粉底容器连接的连接管连接；以及贯通口，该贯通口使通过了上述连接管的粉底向上述粉扑部贯通，
上述连接口的轴和上述贯通口的轴以偏心的方式构成。
