The foundation container 2 includes an outer container 2b, an inner container 2a forned in the outer container 2b to receive the foundation, a cylinder 25 positioned in the inner container 2a to be secured thereto, a shoulder 23 protecting the cylinder 25, a piston 24 fitted into the cylinder 25 in such a way as to move up and down, a piston shaft 22 coupled at a lower end thereof to the piston 24 and fitted and supported at an upper end thereof in a support member 27, and a spring 26 provided between the piston shaft 22 and the shoulder 23 to is impart an elastic force to the piston shaft 22.
The pumping operation of the foundation container 2 is performed as follows. If the support member 27 is pressed down, the piston shaft 22 and the piston 24 fitted into the support member 27 are simultaneously moved down, so that the internal pressure of the cylinder 25 is increased, and thus the foundation held in the cylinder 25 passes through the piston shaft 22 and then is discharged from the nozzle 20.
Since the structure and operation of pumping the foundation from the foundation container 2 are known to those skilled in the art, a detailed description thereof will be omitted herein.
A piston portion 211 is provided on a bottom of the inner container 2a to push the foundation up.
The piston portion 211 is in the form of a U-shaped cavity.
A support portion 215 is integrally formed on a top of the piston portion 211 to support the foundation held in the inner container 2a.
A diameter of the support portion 215 is preferably larger than that of the piston portion 211.
An air path 212 is formed under the support portion 215 to permit the inflow of outside air.
The air path 212 is filled with air introduced through through holes 213 that are formed in a bottom of the outer IS container 2b.
When the foundation is used and thus the foundation of the inner container 2a is reduced, the internal pressure of the container is different from the atmospheric pressure. As a conseguence, the air path 212 is filled with the air introduced through the through holes 213 due to a pressure difference.
Therefore, even though the foundation held in the inner container 2a is used, the foundation always remains close to the cylinder 25 disposed at an upper position due to the pressure difference, thus advantageously allowing all the foundation to be used exhaustively.
S
[PUFF PORTION] The puff portion 3 is installed outside the case 1.
Preferably, the puff portion 3 is disposed in front of the motor receiving portion 11.
The puff portion 3 includes a puff plate 31, and a puff 32 Integrally formed on a front of the puff plate 31.

The actuating shaft 4 is installed perpendicularly to the rotating shaft 50 of the motor 5 via an eccentric member 200.
The actuating shaft 4 oscillates the puff portion 3 back and forth by the motor 5 which is driven.
is Since the actuating shaft 4 is perpendicular to the rotating shaft 50 of the motor 5, the actuating shaft may oscillate back and forth.
In order to guide an oscillating direction of the actuating shaft 4 when the actuating shaft 4 oscillates back and forth, the bushing 265 is installed.
Preferably, the bushing 265 is installed in the case 1, and restrains a circumference of the actuating shaft to prevent the removal of the actuating shaft 4, thus ensuring that the actuating shaft can be smoothly guided back and forth.
Tt is preferable that two bushings 265 be installed.
Preferably, the bushings are installed, respectively, in front of and to the rear of an eccentric shaft 210 that will be described below.
[ECCENTRIC SHAFT] The eccentric shaft 210 has on an upper portion thereof a U-shaped cavity to allow the rotating shaft 50 of the motor 5 to be inserted therein.
A lower portion of the eccentric shaft 210 engages with II) the elongated hole 220 of the actuating shaft 4.
When the motor 5 rotates, the eccentric shaft 210 moves through the elongated hole 220, thus causing the actuating shaft 4 to oscillate back and forth.
IS Hereinafter, the operation of this embodiment constructed as described above will be described.
The fitting portion 400 provided on the lower end of the case 1 is pressed.
The foundation container 2 is pumped to discharge the foundation. This foundation passes through the connecting pipe 6 and the recess 310, and then is discharged to the through duct 35 and dispensed onto the puff 32.
The switch 9 is turned on.
The motor 5 is driven. As the motor 5 rotates, the eccentric shaft 210 also rotates.
The eccentric shaft 210 rotates through the elongated hole 220.
The actuating shaft 4 moves back and forth.
The puff portion 3 moves back and forth.
