技术领域
本发明涉及扳机式液体喷出器,尤其涉及给予用于驱动喷出器的泵的操作杆恢复力的弹簧部件。
背景技术
在注入有除霉剂和洗涤剂、衣物用糊剂、住宅用蜡、头发定型剂、芳香剂、驱虫剂、农药、药品等的内容液的容器中,多使用扳机式液体喷出器,其安装在容器的口部,通过牵拉操作杆来驱动设于主体部的泵而使容器内的液体以直线状、雾状或泡状的方式喷射(例如,参照专利文献1),从而可高效地供给内容液。
如图4所示,上述喷出器具有操作杆100(专利文献1中的扳机)、和为了使牵拉后的操作杆100回到原来的位置而给予恢复力的弹簧部件200(专利文献1中的复位弹簧)。操作杆100包括:以自由摆动的方式支承弹簧部件200的摆动轴101、和口袋102,弹簧部件200包括:与固定于主体部(专利文献1中的喷出器主体)的基部203一体地形成的一对弹簧片204,弹簧片204由两条弯曲细片205、206、和被容纳于口袋102而给予操作杆100弹力的下端部207构成。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
上述的弹簧部件在基部固定于主体部的状态下由于弹簧片发生弹性变形从而导致弹簧片所承担的负荷较大,如果长时间、反复使用将会导致弹性逐渐丧失而产生塑性变形,并且操作杆有可能无法回到原来的位置。在这样的情况下,有可能会导致操作杆的可动范围缩小,从而吐出量减少。
本发明的目的在于,一种可以抑制由于长时间、反复使用时弹簧部件的塑性变形而导致吐出量的减少的扳机式液体喷出器。
解决技术问题的技术方法
为了解决上述课题,本发明的扳机式液体喷出器,包括以能够摆动的方式保持于主体部的操作杆、和给予该操作杆恢复力的弹簧部件,在所述扳机式液体喷出器中,通过反复地牵拉该操作杆,从而驱动设于该主体部的泵来对容器内的内容液进行吸引、加压、压送而使其从喷嘴喷出,其特征在于,
所述主体部具有轴承部或轴部,
所述弹簧部件包括:

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,更具体地对本发明进行说明。此外,在本发明的说明书、权利要求书、说明书摘要、和附图中,将后述的位于盖的顶壁一侧设为上方(图1中的上侧)、设有安装盖的一侧为下方(图1中的下侧)。另外,将设有喷嘴的一侧设为前方(图1中的左侧)、并将其相反一侧设为后方(图1中的右侧)。另外,将相对于上下方向和前后方向正交的方向(图1中与纸面垂直的方向)设为侧方。

在安装盖2中,在呈圆筒状的侧壁2a的内表面,具有与设于容器C的口部的螺纹部相匹配的螺纹部2b。另外,在侧壁2a的上方设置在中央部具有上部开口2c的顶壁2d。

另外,主体10的接合壁10f的内侧设有汽缸部件12。汽缸部件12将啮合保持在接合壁10f上的圆筒状的汽缸筒12a与设置在汽缸筒12a的径向内侧的圆筒状的划分筒12b通过同心双重配置而设置,汽缸筒12a与划分筒12b的后方侧与内壁12c相连。

具有上述构成的本实施方式的扳机式液体喷出器1在从图1示出的初始状态向图3示出的牵拉状态的过程中,臂部7b发生弹性变形并以轴部7a为中心进行摆动。由此,与如以往在将弹簧部件的一部分保持在主体上的状态下使其发生弹性变形的情况相比,通过弹簧部件7的弹性变形而降低变形量。因此,由于对弹簧部件7的负荷减少,并长时间的反复使用造成的塑性变形则难以发生,因此可以抑制吐出量的减少。另外,由于降低了弹簧部件7的弹性变形导致的变形量,因此牵拉操作杆6时的排斥力也不会过大,能够通过很轻的力容易地牵拉操作杆6。

Claims (2)

1.一种扳机式液体喷出器,包括以能够摆动的方式保持于主体部的操作杆、和给予该操作杆恢复力的弹簧部件,在所述扳机式液体喷出器中,通过反复地牵拉该操作杆,从而驱动设于该主体部的泵来对容器内的内容液进行吸引、加压、压送而使其从喷嘴喷出,其特征在于,
所述主体部具有轴承部或轴部,
所述弹簧部件包括:
臂部,所述臂部通过以弯曲部连接一端部与另一端部之间而成,所述另一端部与所述操作杆抵接,当所述主体部具有轴承部时,所述一端部具有以能够摆动的方式保持于该主体部的轴承部的轴部,当所述主体部具有轴部时,所述一端部具有以能够摆动的方式保持于该主体部的轴部的轴承部,
当牵拉所述操作杆时,该弯曲部发生弹性变形并以该轴部为中心进行摆动,
所述主体部具有竖筒、与该竖筒连通的横筒以及在该横筒的下方从所述竖筒向前方突出并啮合保持汽缸部件的接合壁,
所述主体部的轴承部或轴部设于所述横筒与所述接合壁之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扳机式液体喷出器,其中,
所述弹簧部件由以能够摆动的方式保持于所述主体部的轴承部的轴部、和从该轴部的两端延伸的一对所述臂部一体地形成。
