  2. 2. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said mineral acid is selected from phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, boric acid or its mixture.
  3. 3. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said organic acid is selected from Hydrocerol A, oxalic acid, thionamic acid, lactic acid, oxysuccinic acid, tartrate, oxyacetic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, phenylformic acid, nonyl benzene formic acid or its mixture.
  4. 4. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said organic acid is selected from Hydrocerol A, thionamic acid or its mixture.
  5. 5. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said organic acid is a Hydrocerol A.
  6. 6. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said permeate agent is selected from dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, butyl glycol ether, ethylene glycol ethyl ether, sodium-chlor, magnesium chloride, S-WAT or its mixture.
  7. 7. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said permeate agent is an organic fatty alcohol polyethers permeate agent.
  8. 8. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said permeate agent is a dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether.
  9. 9. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said tensio-active agent is the Sulfonates AS.
  10. 10. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said tensio-active agent is selected from alkylsulphonic acid, contains Phenylsulfonic acid, AS, or its mixture.
  11. 11. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said tensio-active agent is an alkyl sulfonate surfactants.
  12. 12. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, wherein said corrosion inhibitor is selected from inorganic acid salt, organic compounds containing nitrogen or its mixture.
  13. 13. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 12, wherein said inorganic acid salt is selected from chromic salt, nitrite or its mixture.
  14. 14. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 12, wherein said organic compounds containing nitrogen is selected from aniline, pyridine, quinoline, diethylamine, ethylenimine, thiocarbamide and verivate thereof or its mixture.
  15. 15. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 12, wherein said organic compounds containing nitrogen is a thiocarbamide.
  16. 16. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, the content of wherein said mineral acid in compsn is 15 quality %-20 quality %.
  17. 17. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, the content of wherein said organic acid in compsn is 4 quality %-10 quality %.
  18. 18. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, the content of wherein said permeate agent in compsn is 1 quality %-5 quality %.
  19. 19. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, the content of wherein said tensio-active agent in compsn is 4 quality %-8 quality %.
  20. 20. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, the content of wherein said corrosion inhibitor in compsn is 0.5 quality %-4 quality %.
  21. 21. according to the rust cleaning compsn of claim 1, it comprises:
    The mineral acid of 18~20 quality %, said mineral acid are selected from phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, boric acid or its mixture;
