技术领域

背景技术
传统的绗缝织物的前、后表面由聚酯纤维而不是纯天然纤维形成。中间材料由聚酯棉或者是海绵材料而不是纯天然纤维形成。这些材料被以水平和垂直方向堆叠和绗缝或者以条纹图案绗缝,从而制造绗缝织物。如此制造的织物被用作衣物的材料或者被用来制造毯子或者枕头。然而,由于前、后表面由合成纤维制成,因此不可能获得像纯天然纤维那样的良好触感或者隔热效果。由于不可能以5~10mm的缝纫间隔来缝纫,因此绗缝工作以花的形状或者特定图案形状执行。因此,基本上不可能在缝线周围形成具有良好通气效果的突出折皱图案。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种制造表面具有突出折皱图案的天然纤维条纹绗缝织物的方法,在该方法中,隔热材料被放入前、后表面层之间,并且这种织物被以5~10mm的间隔来缝纫,从而形成沿着缝线突起的折皱图案。

效果
在本发明中,通过使用30S~60S的棉纤维制成的天然纤维棉织物层1和2被层置在前表面和后表面。通过针刺原生棉制成的2~5mm厚和190g/m2重的棉板3被层置在前表面和后表面之间,从而制造具有特定厚度的绗缝织物。当把棉板放入棉纤维织物中间的同时进行绗缝,电机驱动的缝纫机器被安装在支撑构件中,该支撑构件被层置为相对于织物的前进方向成70~85°的倾斜方向,缝纫针被层置为间隔3~4cm,从而可能安装更多的缝纫机器。带有缝纫机器的支撑框架被安装在70~85°的倾斜方向上,并且具有缝线间隔为5~10mm的条纹绗缝织物被放入充满清洗液体的旋转型清洗机的清洗(圆)筒形容器中,清洗容器沿向前和向后的方向旋转15~30分钟,使得棉纤维织物层和棉板充满水并且被收缩,从而使纤维平滑。由于棉板比层置在前、后表面的棉纤维织物层更多收缩。棉纤维织物层的缝纫方向和缝线间隔由于收缩的不同而膨胀,从而自然地形成突起的折皱图案1a和2a。上面的突起的折皱图案在干燥后依然保持。
因此,在在表面上所形成的突起折皱图案的作用下,使用者可以感受到像天然棉一样的独特的表面触感和极平滑和有弹性的感觉。可获得像天然纤维一样的极好的隔热效果和吸水功能。沿着缝线的通气良好,并且通过形成在缝线的两侧处的突起折皱图案的空气流通良好,从而制造出具有良好通气效果的条纹绗缝织物。本发明能够被很好地应用于例如毯子、枕头套等床上用品或者隔热衣物。由于使用的是天然纤维,因此有利于健康。
此外,由棉纤维织物层和棉板所形成的原材料被用来制作成条纹绗缝织物,这种织物被放入清洗液体中收缩。在清洗的期间不会发生进一步的收缩或者变形,因此,能够获得即使在水洗时也不会收缩的稳定的条纹绗缝织物。在水洗期间不会发生收缩。由于织物通过干燥处理而不是通过热空气处理被干燥,因此织物在该处理中不会发生损坏。在本发明中,能够制造稳定和可靠的产品。
