Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于存储和运输液体的容器,目的在于通过绝缘物保持液体温度尽可能恒定,容器的绝缘物(2、2a、2b)布置于容器内部且通过紧固件(3)紧固至容器的壁。绝缘物(2、2a、2b)由经热处理的绝缘系数高且尺寸稳定性好的木材组成。

Description

容器
本发明涉及一种用于存储或运输液体的容器,目的在于通过绝缘物尽可能保持液体温度恒定,容器隔离物布置于容器内部,且紧固至容器的壁。
绝缘物由紧密放置在一起且固定于容器内壁的木板构成。下一层木板彼此紧邻地布置,且固定至前一层,和/或与前一层成直角以实现绝缘物的最大密度。木制层的数量取决于木材的厚度和容器期望的绝缘能力。
在之前已知绝缘容器中,绝缘材料布置在容器外侧。在许多情况下,船舶货箱内侧都设置有绝缘物,但在这些情况中,这些绝缘物均由玻璃组装块形成,或作为替代,绝缘物被由金属薄片制成的内罐遮蔽,以保护绝缘物从而免于与存储在容器内的液体/油直接接触。在船舶货箱外侧提供绝缘物是一种昂贵的解决方案,需要能随意安放的货箱和/或绝缘箱周围有空的大气空间。目前已知的沥青或油罐内侧上都设置有玻璃块绝缘物,或者设置有被薄内箱遮蔽的绝缘物,除了昂贵的材料之外,其制造方法也极其昂贵。
相对早的专利说明书披露了之前已知的包括了布置于容器内部的木制绝缘物的技术方案,例如:GB 800,008、GB 921,696、US 2,859,895、US 3,026,577和US 3,030,669。GB专利说明书800,008建议用轻木,轻木是一种重量轻的木材,其绝缘系数相当好。
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝缘容器,其轻巧、耐用、简单且廉价,并且其绝缘能力等同甚至超过外侧上布置有厚绝缘材料的容器。根据本发明的容器的特征在于由绝缘系数高且尺寸稳定性好的热处理过的木材制成的绝缘物。所述木材可由非常普通的芬兰软木组成,例如:云杉或者松木。在这组权利要求的从属权利要求中说明了该发明的各种实施方式。
本发明产生以下好处:热处理过的木材
-绝缘系数比已知普通木材高约25%。这使得容器外侧上保持低温。
-不随温度和湿度的改变而改变
-不吸收液体
-比未处理过的木材的使用寿命长很多
-由于布置在容器内部,所以不存在火灾隐患
-对环镜无害而且容易更换,从而不会形成有害垃圾
-抵抗化学作用且能承受热液体和气体
-提高容器内侧的强度。
在容器内侧上布置绝缘物也是基于空间技术考虑的一个更优解决方案。它使得能容易地将更厚的绝缘物布置在诸如容器的上部中和盖子中,在这里热量容易逸出。在船舶中,与根据本发明的绝缘容器接触的压载箱,因为容器外侧保持低温,从而不会遭受热或冷凝损害。
在下面借助多个实例及参考附图对本发明进行说明,附图中:

本容器的目的可以是存储或运输液体,目标在于通过绝缘物使液体温度保持在尽可能恒定的水平上。容器的绝缘物2、2a、2b布置于容器内部,并通过紧固件3紧固至容器的壁1。绝缘物2、2a、2b由经热处理的木材组成,该木材的绝缘系数高且尺寸稳定性好。容器可以是可移动式容器或油杯。容器也可以是船舶中的压载箱5。所述容器可以是压力容器(图4),允许在例如15-25巴的高压下以及在范围为170-200℃的温度下储存液体,诸如水,并且适合作为涡轮的能量源或蒸汽发动机。该容器可以由土壤中的空腔构成,例如通过爆破在岩石中挖掘出的容器空腔(图5)。在木材绝缘物2与容器壁1之间可以布置第二更轻的材料,例如:泡沫塑料4,所述泡沫材料诸如聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯等。
计算和经验性测试已经表明,假如在60℃的温度下运输重油,每天将消耗4至10吨油(取决于罐容积)来用于加热所述重油。当使用根据本发明的容器时,油消耗将减少至每天0.4至0.5吨。从而实现巨大的经济效益。
因此,货物容器或者其他根据本发明的其他类似容器的绝缘系数将足够高,甚至可以用于有益地将来自核电站的冷却水的热能运输到适当的地方进行能量回收,例如区域供暖。目前,冷却水的热能在近海处进行处理。
布置于容器内绝缘物使得能非常容易地测量贮藏器、箱和货物容器外侧上的表面温度,从而计算热损失,且如果必要,可以为需要的地方提供增补的绝缘。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于运输和存储液体的容器,目的在于通过绝缘物使所述液体的温度尽可能保持恒定,所述容器的绝缘物(2、2a、2b)布置于所述容器内且通过紧固件(3)紧固至所述容器的壁,其特征在于,所述绝缘物(2、2a、2b)由绝缘系数高且尺寸稳定性好的经热处理的木材组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器为可移动式货物容器或者油罐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器为船舶中的压载箱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器为在例如15至25bar的高压下以及在例如170至200℃范围内的温度下存储诸如水的液体的压力容器,该压力容器能用作涡轮或蒸汽发动机的能量源。
5.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器是土壤中的空腔,比如通过爆破在岩石中挖掘出的容器空腔。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,在所述木材绝缘物与所述容器壁之间设置第二更轻材料的绝缘物,比如泡沫塑料(4),所述泡沫塑料例如为聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯等。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器的上部中设置有更厚的绝缘物(2b)的层。
