Description

稳定器在机动车轮悬架结构上的布置结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分所述的、稳定器在机动车轮悬架结构上的布置结构。
背景技术
例如DE 101 26 928 A1、DE 10 2004 002 550 A1或DE 102 42 552 B4公开了这种类型的两件式稳定器的布置结构,其带有用于控制机动车弹簧刚度和行驶性能的调整装置。其中可以通过反向调整总体呈U形的稳定器的分开的扭杆来降低机动车的侧倾行为(性能)或者说转弯倾角,或者是通过同向地调整例如在制动时反作用于俯仰倾角。
由DE 10 2007 007 214 A1已知一种设计成两件式的稳定器在机动车轮悬架结构上的布置结构。这种稳定器具有设计成相互分开的扭杆,这些扭杆分别通过一传动杆铰接在轮悬架元件上并可以借助各自配设的调整装置相对彼此同向或反向地转动。为了加大扭杆的有效扭转长度

利用一包围扭杆的空心轴使各扭杆加长,在该空心轴上形成传动杆。因此,扭杆与一共轴布置的回引/反馈空心轴传动连接。一方面,稳定器在行驶期间经受可能损害其工作能力的热负荷。另一方面,在售后服务的情况中从车辆上拆下稳定器的装配工艺很复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种设计成两件式的稳定器在机动车轮悬架结构上的布置结构,其能耐受热负荷并且在售后服务的情况中便于修理。
这个目的通过权利要求1的特征实现。本发明的优选扩展方案在从属权利要求中公开。
根据权利要求1的特征部分,扭杆通过固定支承结构支承在调整装置中并且组合地通过轴向浮动的支承结构支承在承载传动杆的空心轴中。这样便在热负荷下或在扭转负荷下实现对扭杆的轴向长度补偿。同时,根据本发明的将各扭杆组合地浮动支承并且固定支承的方案考虑了稳定器的构件具有构件公差的情况,所述构件公差可以借助浮动的支承结构补偿,从而有利于稳定器的无可挑剔的安装。
如果扭杆与调整装置的一驱动元件焊接连接,便得到一种经济的固定支承结构。相对地,为形成所述的浮动的支承结构,扭杆可以在其另一端部与空心轴以能轴向移动并且不能相对转动的方式连接。对此,已证明键齿(Keilverzahnung)对于在长度补偿的同时传递高转矩是有利的。
代替上述焊接结构,在扭杆和调整装置的驱动元件之间的固定支承结构可以借助一可拆松的连接结构来实现。在这种情况下,扭杆可以以可轴向移动的方式支承在驱动元件中并且通过附加的可拆松的连接结构——例如螺纹连接结构——沿轴向固定。因此,在这种实施方式中,扭杆通过两个浮动的支承结构支承,其中这两个浮动的支承结构之一附加地借助可拆松的连接结构扩展成一固定支承结构。
因此,在扭杆破坏的情况下不必更换整个稳定器单元,而只需更换破坏的扭杆。利用这样形成的固定支承结构使扭杆的支承结构总体上是静态确定的,而不会由于温度或扭转而应力过大(Verspannung)。
为了针对弯矩提供稳定的支承,每个扭杆可以——特别是在传动杆的区域中——以可转动的方式支承在一车身侧的支承部位/支承结构中。每个扭杆可以以超出支承部位外的一伸出长度被加长,由此加长其有效扭转长度。为了完全地充分利用在车辆横向方向上存在的结构空间,每个扭杆的伸出长度相当于在支承部位与处于中性位置(Neutrallage)的车轮之间的距离减去车轮必需的自由行程。这样便保证了在轮距角(前、后束角)改变/车轮外倾角改变时车轮和扭杆保持不接触。

图1表示机动车后轮悬架结构的俯视图,该轮悬架结构带有辅助框架、引导车轮的控制臂(Lenker),两件式的稳定器和两个作用在稳定器的横向延伸的扭杆上的机电的调整装置;

具体实施方式
图1粗略地示意性地表示用于机动车后轮12的后轮悬架结构10,其中未详细示出的、引导车轮的控制臂14、16、18在车轮侧以可摆动的方式铰接在轮毂托架(不可见)上,而在车身侧以可摆动的方式铰接在辅助框架20上。如图所示,辅助框架20具有两个纵向支承件20a和两个横向支承件20b,并以未示出的方式通过减振支承结构固定在机动车车身上。
另外,以已知的方式在控制臂14、18和机动车车身之间分别设置一缓冲器22和一支承弹簧24。轮悬架结构10也可以以变型的形式设计成用于机动车前转向车轮的轮悬架结构。
另外根据图1,在轮悬架结构10上通过支承部位28以可转动的方式支承一基本呈U形的两件式的稳定器26,该稳定器的基本上沿车辆纵向延伸的传动杆26a铰接在轮悬架结构10的下控制臂16上。
设计成两件式的稳定器26对控制臂16的作用可借助两个机电的调整装置30来调整,所述调整装置分别由一电机和一自锁的减速器组成。
由图1和图2可见,两件式的稳定器26的构造如下:
每个基本上横向延伸的扭杆26b都从传动杆26a出发在竖直的车辆纵向中心平面(点划线40)以外一直延伸到相应的调整装置30,所述扭杆例如借助键齿(未示出)与所述相应的调整装置以不能相对转动的方式传动连接。
在图1中,扭杆26b的转动轴线27彼此共轴。在实际的技术方案中,这两条轴线27可以设计成彼此交叉并略微向上指。扭杆26b连同其传动杆26a设计成这样地对称,使得扭杆26b可以在轮悬架结构10的左侧或右侧构造成相同的零件。
如图1所示,两个支承部位28(分别)与(各自的)调整装置30相距一支承距离a。在此,这两个调整装置30设置在一公共的壳体31中,该壳体又通过一托架33固定在辅助框架20的后横向支承件20b上。
与调整装置30相间隔的支承部位28紧邻在传动杆26a,亦即车辆横向方向y布置成靠近对控制臂16的力传入点35,由此降低作用在支承部位28上的弯矩。支承部位28和调整装置壳体31都直接固定在辅助框架20的后横向支承件20b上。
每个扭杆26b(参见图2)都以一部段26c自由地(无接触地)穿过支承部位28并在传动杆26a的连接部位以外加长一规定的尺寸,所述扭杆26在其端部上通过键齿26d与一空心轴26e以不能相对转动的方式连接,该空心轴如图所示地支承纵臂26a。因此,扭杆26b、26c施加在纵臂26a上的扭矩又通过键连接结构26d和空心轴26e传回。
根据图2,空心轴26e借助一形成的支承颈/轴颈26f并通过两个滚针轴承42以可转动的方式支承在由轴瓦/轴承套28a构成的、固定在车身上的支承部位28中,从而在向固定在空心轴26e上的纵臂26a过渡的过渡区中形成对空心轴26e以及扭杆26b、26c的导向。
由图1另外可见,在两上用于扭杆26b的支承部位28处,在辅助框架20的纵向支承件20a上形成支承托架37。这些支承托架分别支承用于以可转动的方式支承扭杆26b的支承座39。在外侧在支承托架27上设有弹簧行程传感器41。所述弹簧行程传感器检测传动杆26a的转动运动。然后,借助未示出的控制装置可以由相应检测的转动角求出车辆的弹动运动(Einfederbewegung)。
在图3中以半剖视图粗略地示意性地表示根据图1的左调整装置30。调整装置30具有一电机43,该电机的定子45非接触地围绕扭杆26b的端部延伸。在径向外侧为定子45配设一空心轴转子47,该空心轴转子通过一传动级49驱动一杯形驱动轮51,该杯形驱动轮由扭杆26b支承。转子47、驱动轮51以及扭杆26b的轴线布置成彼此共轴。为了使转子47与杯形驱动轮51传动连接,传动级49具有一中间齿轮53,该中间齿轮既与转子47啮合又与驱动轮51啮合。传动级49与电机43一起设置在调整装置30的一壳体55中。扭杆26b通过一支承开口57从壳体55中伸出。
根据图3,杯状驱动轮51支承在扭杆26b上的固定支承结构59中。在图3中,固定支承结构59实施成不可拆松的焊接结构。代替于此,根据图4,杯状驱动轮51与扭杆26b通过可拆松的螺纹连接结构61(彼此连接)。为此驱动轮51设计成带有一与扭杆26b共轴的毂部段63,该毂部段与扭杆26b螺纹连接。因此,与图3不同,在扭杆破坏时可以拆松螺纹连接结构61并且在装配技术简单的情况下将扭杆26b从壳体55中取出,而不必附加地对调整装置30的传动级49和电机43进行更换。
如图1所示,扭杆26d沿车辆横向方向y伸出相应的支承部位28外一伸出长度b。扭杆26b的伸出长度b的尺寸设计成,使得在支承部位28和车轮12之间的整个结构空间在减去车轮外倾角调整/轮距角调整所必需的自由行程c后得到充分利用。因此,扭杆26d沿车辆横向方向y的有效弹簧长度被加长到最大。

Claims (7)

1.设计成两件式的稳定器(26)在机动车轮悬架结构上的布置结构,包括设计成相互分开的扭杆(26b),所述扭杆分别通过一传动杆(26a)铰接在轮悬架元件(16)上,所述扭杆能借助各自的调整装置(30)而彼此同向或反向地转动,其中,为了加长各扭杆(26b)的有效扭转长度而分别用一包围扭杆(26b)的空心轴(26e)对所述各扭杆进行加长,在所述空心轴上设置所述传动杆(26a),其特征为:所述扭杆(26b)通过固定支承结构(59)支承在调整装置(30)中并通过轴向浮动的支承结构(26d)支承在空心轴(26e)中。
2.根据权利要求1的布置结构,其特征为:所述扭杆(26b)与所述调整装置(30)的驱动元件(51)相焊接。
3.根据权利要求1或2的布置结构,其特征为:所述扭杆(26b)和所述空心轴(26e)通过所述轴向浮动的支承结构(26d)而以能轴向移动并且不能相对转动的方式连接。
4.根据上述权利要求之任一项的布置结构,其特征为:在所述扭杆(26b)和所述空心轴(26e)之间的轴向浮动的支承结构(26d)设计成齿部,特别是键齿。
5.根据权利要求1的布置结构,其特征为:为了在所述扭杆(26b)和所述调整装置(30)的驱动元件(51)之间形成所述固定支承结构(59),所述扭杆(26b)——例如通过一齿部——以能轴向移动并且不能相对转动的方式支承在所述驱动元件(51)中,并且能通过一附加的可拆松的连接结构(61)——例如螺纹连接结构——沿轴向固定。
