硬锌常压精馏提取锌、铟工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属冶炼方法,特别是一种硬锌常压精馏提取锌、铟工艺。
背景技术
粗锌火法精馏生产精锌的工艺中会产出硬锌,硬锌中含锌90%~95%、铟1.3%~1.5%,还含有铁、锗、铅、锡、砷等杂质。目前,对硬锌处理的常规工艺是先将硬锌进行真空蒸馏产出3号锌和铟锗渣,3号锌返回粗锌火法精馏工艺生产精锌,铟锗渣用于提取铟、锗和铅、锡。生产过程中,3号锌中含量0.3%以上的铟、锗,铟锗渣中含量30%以上的锌没有得到回收而造成损失,有价金属回收率低,生产为间断进行,能耗高,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述工艺的不足之处,而提供一种有价金属回收率高,生产工艺简单,成本低,无污染的硬锌常压精馏提取锌、铟工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体生产方法如下:
1、硬锌常压精馏:将硬锌置于感应式电加热常压精馏炉内,在950℃~1050℃温度下精馏产出含锌99.995%的精锌和含锌50%~60%的二次硬锌。
2、二次硬锌常压蒸馏:将上述所得的二次硬锌置于感应式电加热U形坩埚炉或塔盘式蒸馏炉内,在950℃~1100℃温度下蒸馏产出含锌99.95%的3号锌和含锌少于5%的铟锗渣。
3、提铟锗:将上述产出的铟锗渣磨碎、酸溶、分离提纯,提取铟、锗和铅、锡。
4、3号锌常压精馏:将二次硬锌常压蒸馏产出的3号锌置于感应式电加热常压精馏炉内精馏,产出含锌99.9995%的高纯锌和硬锌,产出的硬锌再返回进行二次硬锌常压蒸馏。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,精馏采用感应式电加热常压精馏炉,无须另配镉塔,连续处理,工艺简单,节约能源,成本低,没有锌、铟、锗的损失,有价金属回收率高,提取过程无污染,为硬锌常压精馏提取锌、铟、锗新工艺。

具体实施方式
以选取硬锌10000㎏为原料提取锌、铟为例:
1、将10000㎏硬锌置于感应式电加热常压精馏炉内,在950℃~1050℃温度下精馏产出含锌99.995%的精锌5000㎏和含锌50%~60%的二次硬锌5000㎏。
2、将上述所得的二次硬锌5000㎏置于感应式电加热U形坩埚炉或塔盘式蒸馏炉内,在950℃~1100℃温度下蒸馏产出含锌99.95%的3号锌4000㎏和含锌少于5%的铟锗渣1000㎏。
3、将上述产出的铟锗渣1000㎏磨碎、酸溶、分离提纯,提取铟、锗和铅、锡。
4、将二次硬锌常压蒸馏产出的3号锌4000㎏置于感应式电加热常压精馏炉内精馏,产出含锌99.9995%的高纯锌3980㎏和硬锌20㎏,产出的硬锌20㎏再返回进行二次硬锌常压蒸馏。

Claims (1)

1.一种硬锌常压精馏提取锌、铟工艺,其特征是经过如下工艺流程:
(1)硬锌常压精馏:将硬锌置于感应式电加热常压精馏炉内,在950℃~1050℃温度下精馏产出含锌99.995%的精锌和含锌50%~60%的二次硬锌;
(2)二次硬锌常压蒸馏:将上述所得的二次硬锌置于感应式电加热U形坩埚炉或塔盘式蒸馏炉内,在950℃~1100℃温度下蒸馏产出含锌99.95%的3号锌和含锌少于5%的铟锗渣;
(3)提铟锗:将上述产出的铟锗渣磨碎、酸溶、分离提纯,提取铟、锗和铅、锡;
(4)3号锌常压精馏:将二次硬锌常压蒸馏产出的3号锌置于感应式电加热常压精馏炉内精馏,产出含锌99.9995%的高纯锌和硬锌,产出的硬锌再返回进行二次硬锌常压蒸馏。
