Abstract

本发明公开了复式龙门铣床,其包括床身和工作台,床身上设有导轨,工作台设于导轨上并沿导轨滑动,床身两侧各设有框架式立柱结构,双立柱之间设有横梁架,横梁架上吊设有滑座,滑座内设有可纵向伸缩的铣镗头,所述立柱为中空的框架式结构,框架两侧的相对内侧面的两侧均设有导轨,框架两侧之间设有滑鞍,滑鞍两侧与框架两侧上设置的四根导轨滑动连接,滑鞍内安装有滑枕,滑枕内设有带水平铣头的主轴。本发明的复式龙门铣床,利用双立柱上设置的四根导轨支撑滑鞍和滑枕的重量,提高复式龙门铣床侧加工的定位精度、同轴度和整体刚性。同时,横梁架上设置的铣镗头能对零件侧面上方进行加工,提高了侧加工的精度。

复式龙门铣床
技术领域
本发明涉及铣床领域,尤其涉及复式龙门铣床结构。
背景技术
现有龙门铣床的床身两侧由立柱和横梁架构成门式框架,横梁架可沿两侧的立柱上的导轨作升降运动。横梁架上设有1~2个带垂直主轴的铣头,该铣头可沿横梁架导轨作横向运动。两侧的立柱一侧挂置有滑枕,滑枕内安装有水平主轴的铣头,滑枕带动铣头可沿立柱导轨作升降运动。由于滑枕挂置于立柱的一侧,这样滑枕的自重势必影响到龙门铣床侧加工的定位精度,而且对龙门铣床的刚性影响较大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种提高侧加工精度复式龙门铣床。
本发明复式龙门铣床,其包括床身和工作台,床身上设有导轨,工作台设于导轨上并沿导轨滑动,床身两侧各设有框架式立柱结构,双立柱之间设有横梁架,横梁架上吊设有滑座,滑座内设有可纵向伸缩的铣镗头,所述立柱为中空的框架式结构,框架两侧的相对内侧面的两侧均设有导轨,框架两侧之间设有滑鞍,滑鞍两侧与框架两侧上设置的四根导轨滑动连接,并由驱动机构带动沿导轨上下滑动,滑鞍内安装有滑枕,滑枕内设有带水平铣头的主轴,滑枕由另一驱动机构驱动进而带动主轴沿轴向运动。
所述横梁架上设有导轨,横梁架上的滑座沿横梁架导轨横向移动。
与现有技术相比,本发明在原有龙门铣床的床身两侧设置了框架式双立柱结构,所以使龙门铣床除了原有的立柱与横梁架形成的龙门结构外,两侧的框架式立柱结构也形成龙门结构,从而形成复式龙门结构。且框架两侧之间的滑枕中设有铣头,横梁架上也设有铣镗头,这样龙门铣床侧加工时既能铣削零件的上方的几何形状,又能加工零件两侧的孔系,提高了侧加工的精度。
采用本发明的结构,框架式的立柱为中空结构,滑鞍设于框架两侧之间,并与立柱上设置的四根导轨滑动连接,这样滑鞍与滑鞍内安装的滑枕的重量由立柱上的四导轨支撑。与现有技术相比,多了两根导轨支撑滑鞍和滑枕的重量,使滑鞍上下滑动更加稳定。又由于滑枕安装在滑鞍内,所以滑枕带动铣头做垂直于立柱的运动也更加的稳定,从而大大提高了复式龙门铣床侧加工的定位精度和刚性。
本发明采用复式龙门结构的龙门铣床,双立柱采用框架式中空结构,将滑鞍和滑枕设于立柱的两支撑柱间,且利用双立柱上设置的四根导轨支撑滑鞍和滑枕的重量,解决了传统的龙门铣床由于滑鞍和滑枕的自重进而影响侧加工的定位精度和刚性,从而提高复式龙门铣床侧加工的定位精度、同轴度和整体刚性。同时,横梁架上设置的铣镗头能对零件侧面上方进行加工,提高了侧加工的精度。

具体实施方式
如图1或图2所示,本发明包括床身1和工作台2,床身1上设有导轨3,工作台2设于导轨3上并沿导轨3滑动,床身1两侧各设有框架式立柱结构4,双立柱4之间设有横梁架5,横梁架5上吊设有滑座7,滑座7内设有可纵向伸缩的铣镗头6,所述立柱4为中空的框架式结构,框架两侧的相对内侧面的两侧均设有导轨41,框架两侧之间设有滑鞍8,滑鞍8两侧与框架两侧上设置的四根导轨41滑动连接,并由驱动机构12带动沿导轨41上下滑动,滑鞍8内安装有滑枕9,滑枕9内设有带水平铣头的主轴10,滑枕9由另一驱动机构11驱动进而带动主轴沿轴向运动。
所述横梁架5上设有导轨51,横梁架5上的滑座7沿横梁架导轨51横向移动。
与现有技术相比,本发明在原有龙门铣床的床身1两侧设置了框架式双立柱结构4,所以使龙门铣床除了原有的立柱与横梁架形成的龙门结构外,两侧的框架式立柱结构4也形成龙门结构,从而形成复式龙门结构。且框架两侧之间的滑枕9中设有铣头,横梁架5上也设有铣镗头6,这样龙门铣床侧加工时既能铣削零件的上方的几何形状,又能加工零件两侧的孔系,提高了侧加工的精度。
采用本发明的结构,框架式的立柱4为中空结构,滑鞍8设于框架两侧之间,并与立柱4上设置的四根导轨41滑动连接,这样滑鞍8与滑鞍8内安装的滑枕9的重量由立柱4上的四导轨41支撑。与现有技术相比,多了两根导轨41支撑滑鞍8和滑枕9的重量,使滑鞍8上下滑动更加稳定。又由于滑枕9安装在滑鞍8内,所以滑枕9带动铣头做垂直于立柱4的运动也更加的稳定,从而大大提高了复式龙门铣床侧加工的定位精度和刚性。
本发明中,当复式龙门铣床进行加工时,由横梁架5上的铣镗头6对零件上方进行加工,滑枕9中的铣头10对零件两侧的孔系进行加工。

1.复式龙门铣床,其包括床身和工作台,床身上设有导轨,工作台设于导轨上并沿导轨滑动,其特征在于:床身两侧各设有框架式立柱结构,双立柱之间设有横梁架,横梁架上吊设有滑座,滑座内设有可纵向伸缩的铣镗头,所述立柱为中空的框架式结构,框架两侧的相对内侧面的两侧均设有导轨,框架两侧之间设有滑鞍,滑鞍两侧与框架两侧上设置的四根导轨滑动连接,并由驱动机构带动沿导轨上下滑动,滑鞍内安装有滑枕,滑枕内设有带水平铣头的主轴,滑枕由另一驱动机构驱动进而带动主轴沿轴向运动;滑鞍与滑鞍内安装的滑枕的重量由立柱上的四导轨支撑;滑枕带动铣头做垂直于立柱的运动;将滑鞍和滑枕设于立柱的两支撑柱间;
两侧的框架式立柱结构也形成龙门结构;且框架两侧之间的滑枕中设有铣头,横梁架上也设有铣镗头;
横梁架上的铣镗头对零件上方进行加工,滑枕中的铣头对零件两侧的孔系进行加工;
所述横梁架上设有导轨,横梁架上的滑座沿横梁架导轨横向移动。
