本发明提供一种无机闭孔发泡保温板,其原料组分及按重量份配置如下:普通水泥:10-15份;氯氧镁水泥:6-10份;Ca粉:3-5份;Si粉:5-7份;石英砂:2-3份;粉煤灰:50-60份;植物纤维:10-15份;玻璃纤维:2-3份;所述保温板由上述原料加发泡剂发泡而得。依据本实施例所制得的保温板,阻燃性好,能达到A级标准;且其强度大,容重小于400,吸水率低于国家标准。

技术领域
本发明为隔热板技术领域,具体的涉及一种无机闭孔发泡保温板。
背景技术
目前,建筑保温材料的防火问题越来越受到重视,现有的有机保温材料无法满足防火的要求。
发明内容
针对现有建筑保温材料的上述不足,本发明提供一种无机闭孔发泡保温板,其原料组分及按重量份配置如下:普通水泥:10-15份;氯氧镁水泥:6-10份;Ca 粉:3-5份;Si 粉:5-7份;石英砂:2-3份;粉煤灰:50-60份;植物纤维:10-15份;玻璃纤维:2-3份;所述保温板由所述原料加发泡剂发泡而得。依据本实施例所制得的保温板,阻燃性好,能达到A级标准;且其强度大,容重小于400,吸水率低于国家标准。
优选的,本发明中,发泡剂添加量为0.2-1份。
更优选的,本发明的一种最优的原材料配置为:普通水泥:11份;氯氧镁水泥:8份;Ca 粉:5份;Si 粉:6份;石英砂:3份;粉煤灰:53份;植物纤维:11份;玻璃纤维:2.5份;发泡剂:0.5份。
优选的,本发明使用的发泡剂为混合发泡剂,其包括了物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂和铝粉。。
优选的,普通水泥为硅酸盐水泥。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明中,制作无机闭孔发泡保温板的原材料的组分及重量份配置为:普通水泥:10-15份;氯氧镁水泥:6-10份;Ca 粉:3-5份;Si 粉:5-7份;石英砂:2-3份;粉煤灰:50-60份;植物纤维:10-15份;玻璃纤维:2-3份;发泡剂:0.2-1份。
此处的普通水泥可选用硅酸盐水泥,也可选用其他的如:铝酸盐水泥;硫铝酸盐水泥;铁铝酸盐水泥;氟铝酸盐水泥;或者其他以火山灰或潜在水硬性材料及其他活性材料为主要组分的水泥。
发泡剂优选的选用混合发泡剂,其包括铝粉、物理发泡剂和化学发泡剂,加水后,发泡剂会发生物理化学反应,产生大量气泡。
所述发泡剂为本领域中常用的那些,物理发泡剂,如低沸点脂肪烃、醇、醚、卤代烃等,也可以是化学发泡剂,如偶氮二甲酰胺,偶氮二碳酸二异丙酯,二亚硝基五次甲基四胺等,或者这些的结合物。
在本发明第一实施例中,取普通水泥:11份,氯氧镁水泥:8份,Ca粉:5份,Si 粉:6份,石英砂:3份;粉煤灰:53 份,植物纤维:11份,玻璃纤维: 2.5份,发泡剂:0.5份,混合、发泡。本实施例所需组分及质量为实验数据,可按比例放大,进行批量生产。依据本实施例所制得的保温板,阻燃性好,能达到A级标准;且其强度大,容重小于400,吸水率低于国家标准。
本发明第二实施例中,取普通水泥:10份,氯氧镁水泥:6份,Ca 粉:3份,Si 粉:5 份,石英砂:2份;粉煤灰:50份,植物纤维:15份,玻璃纤维: 2份;发泡剂:0.2 份,混合、发泡。
本发明第三实施例中, 取普通水泥:15份,氯氧镁水泥:10份,Ca 粉:5份,Si 粉:7份,石英砂:3份;粉煤灰:50份,植物纤维:10份,玻璃纤维:2份;发泡剂:0.2份,混合、发泡。
本发明第四实施例中,取普通水泥:12份,氯氧镁水泥:10份,Ca 粉:4份,Si 粉:5份,石英砂:3 份;粉煤灰:60份,植物纤维:12份,玻璃纤维: 3份;发泡剂:0.8份,混合、发泡。
本发明第五实施例中, 取普通水泥:15份,氯氧镁水泥:12份,Ca 粉:3份,Si 粉:5份,石英砂:3 份;粉煤灰:50 份,植物纤维:12 份,玻璃纤维:3份;发泡剂:0.4份,混合、发泡。
依据本发明制的保温板,保温效果佳,可以满足环保要求,为A级不然发泡体。本发明所述保温板可以按不同的需要,来调整配比,优化导热和强度等性能;同时,本发明中使用了发泡技术,可以降低了导热系数与容重,而且大大降低了成本,具有良好的经济性。

1.一种无机闭孔发泡保温板,其原料组分及按重量份配置如下:  
普通水泥:10-15份;氯氧镁水泥:6-10份;Ca 粉:3-5份;Si 粉:5-7份;石英砂:2-3份;粉煤灰:50-60份;植物纤维:10-15份;玻璃纤维:2-3份;
所述普通水泥为硅酸盐水泥;所述保温板由上述原料加发泡剂发泡而得,所述发泡剂为混合发泡剂,其包括了物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂和铝粉,添加量为0.2-1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的无机闭孔发泡保温板,其特征在于,所述原材料配置具体为:普通水泥:11份;氯氧镁水泥:8份;Ca 粉:5份;Si 粉:6份;石英砂:3份;粉煤灰:53份;植物纤维:11份;玻璃纤维:2.5份;发泡剂:0.5份。
