本发明涉及一种装饰板材其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的建筑装饰板材,如花岗石、大理石、瓷石等,价格昂贵,但强度一般。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是:提供一种成本较低、重量轻、强度高、色泽鲜艳的装饰板材及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种装饰板材,主料包括粉煤灰,并由以下重量份数的原料组成:
粉煤灰  35-45份
树酯    25-35份
木粉    20-30份
固化剂  4.5-5.5份
润滑剂  0.5-1.5份
该装饰板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将粉煤灰、树脂、木粉、固化剂、润滑剂放入螺旋式混料器中,混合搅拌0.8-1.5h;
2)将混合物放在塑炼机上塑炼,操作辊温度控制在95-105℃,空转辊温度控制在140-150℃,辊距2.5-2.8mm,每辊上料10-15Kg,每辊塑炼时间为3-4min;
3)将塑炼后的料片冷却后送入打碎机,经粉碎后过筛,筛孔为43.2-3.8mm;
4)将过筛后的料送入配料器中,经25-35min混合后,得到颗粒物;
5)将颗粒物与粘合剂混合,挤压成型,即得到一种装饰板材。
本发明的优点在于:本发明制得的装饰材料,色泽鲜艳、纹理自然、表面光滑、重量轻、强度高,不变形,不老化,可替代花岗石、大理石、瓷石等。
具体实施方式
一种装饰板材的制备方法,其工艺步骤如下:
1)将粉煤灰40Kg、树脂30Kg、木粉24Kg、固化剂5Kg、润滑剂1Kg放入螺旋式混料器中,混合搅拌1h;
2)将混合物放在塑炼机上塑炼,操作辊温度控制在100℃,空转辊温度控制在145℃,辊距2.5mm,每辊上料10Kg,每辊塑炼时间为3min;
3)将塑炼后的料片冷却后送入打碎机,经粉碎后过筛,筛孔为25mm;
4)将过筛后的料送入配料器中,经30min混合后,得到颗粒物;
5)将颗粒物与粘合剂混合,挤压成型,即得到一种装饰板材。

1.一种装饰板材,主料包括粉煤灰,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料组成:
粉煤灰  35-45份
树酯    25-35份
木粉    20-30份
固化剂  4.5-5.5份
润滑剂  0.5-1.5份
2.如权利要求1所述的一种装饰板材的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
1)将粉煤灰、树脂、木粉、固化剂、润滑剂放入螺旋式混料器中,混合搅拌0.8-1.5h;
