技术领域
本发明涉及药物递送装置(drug delivery device)和制造药物递送装置的方法。药物递送装置用于给药,诸如胰岛素、肝素或生长激素等。一些装置被设计成递送多个剂量。此外,一些装置被设计成允许设定被递送的药物的不同剂量的大小。此处,重要的是,剂量的大小可被精确地设定,且该被设定的剂量可被可靠地递送。
背景技术
在US 2007/0021718A1中,示出了一种注射器,其中弹簧设置在壳体插件和驱动元件之间。该弹簧可作为对纵向公差(longitudinal tolerances)的补偿,以在注射装置内支撑药物容器。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的药物递送装置。具体地,提供一种对剂量控制具有改进的操作性和/或对不同的药盒(cartridge)具有改进的剂量可重复性的药物递送装置。
出于这个目的,药物递送装置包括具有近端和远端的壳体,配适成容纳药物的药盒,配适成保持药盒的药盒保持部件(cartridge retaining member)和弹簧垫圈(spring washer),所述药盒保持部件被紧固至所述壳体,所述弹簧垫圈被布置在所述壳体内以对药盒施加力并且紧固所述药盒以防止其相对于所述药盒保持部件发生位移,优选地防止其相对于所述壳体位移。

弹簧垫圈可通过邻接药盒将药盒保持为固定在药盒保持部件中,优选地在朝向壳体的近端的药盒的侧面上邻接药盒。因此,药盒相对于药盒保持部件的轴向运动被减少甚至被阻止。

具体实施方法
在图1中示出了药物递送装置5的实施方案,其为液体药剂用注射器。该药物递送装置可被设计成递送多剂量的药物,所述剂量优选地为用户设定型的。该药物递送装置可为笔型装置。该药物递送装置5包括壳体10,其中设置有包括医疗产品(药物)的药盒15。针头单元20位于该药物递送装置5的远端25。针头装置20可被紧固,防止其相对于壳体发生运动。通过针头单元20,医疗产品可被注射入患者体内。

与弹簧垫圈相比,将螺旋式压簧相对于壳体旋转锁定要困难的多,因为螺旋式压簧在外力的作用下通常形变较大,尤其是在角度方向上。弹簧垫圈即使在较大的力作用下也可在角度方向上保持其形状。使用被提供有相应的定位元件/固定元件的弹簧垫圈有利于提供具有准确地排列的部件的药物递送装置。
药盒保持部件45可通过设置在衬套部件60和药盒保持部件45之间的螺纹连接紧固至壳体10。衬套部件60优选地设置有内侧螺纹。
沿远端方向在药盒15上施加力可在带有药盒的药盒保持部件45被通过诸如将药盒保持部件拧入衬套部件的方式安装至壳体10时沿近端方向加载弹簧垫圈50来实现。因此,当药盒移入和弹簧垫圈50邻接,且弹簧垫圈50被和药盒一起沿近端方向继续移动时,该弹簧垫圈被加载,且沿远端方向在药盒上施加力。
图1中示出的实施方案中的药物递送装置5消除了药盒15相对于壳体10和相对于药盒保持部件45的轴向运动。这在诸如当具有不同长度的药盒15在药物递送装置中被使用时是具有优势的。例如,通过使用弹簧垫圈来补偿由不同药盒的制造公差或是不同药盒种类的性质造成的长度差异是可能地,例如所述长度差异例如在0.2至2mm之间。因此,在药物递送装置5的运行期间,药盒15在药盒保持部件45中的轴向运动被阻止,因此改进了药物递送的精确度。
应该被注意的是弹簧垫圈50在壳体10中的位置不同的不同配置可被用来阻止药盒的轴向运动。例如,将弹簧垫圈50紧固至药盒保持部件45或直接固定至壳体10也是可行的。
为了确保弹簧垫圈被保持在弹性变形的范围内,另一个垫圈70可被设置在弹簧垫圈50的近端侧。所述另一个垫圈70可为具有和所述弹簧垫圈50相比更高的强度的碟形垫圈或弹簧垫圈。
所述另一个垫圈70限制了弹簧垫圈50的运动,以使得弹簧垫圈50不被塑性变形。因此,松弛的即未加载的弹簧垫圈50的几何形状,尤其是其弹簧强度保持不变。如图1所示,所述另一个垫圈可被成型为碟形。但可理解的是所述另一个垫圈可具有和弹簧垫圈50的弯曲相应的曲率。
弹簧垫圈可包含金属或由金属制成。各个弹簧垫圈可由诸如钢制成。优选地,弹簧垫圈50的弹簧常数D小于另一个弹簧垫圈70的弹簧常数D。
优选地,所述另一个垫圈70被紧固防止其相对于壳体10发生旋转。所述另一个垫圈不需要被紧固至壳体来防止发生轴向运动。相反地,弹簧垫圈50可限制所述另一个垫圈向远端的运动。邻接元件(未明显地示出)可限制所述另一个垫圈相对于壳体向近端的运动。但是,所述另一个垫圈70的轴向运动被便利地限制,以允许弹簧垫圈50邻接所述另一个垫圈70,且所述另一个垫圈在该弹簧垫圈被塑性变形之前邻接壳体10。
图1的实施方案现在可参照图2做进一步解释。图2是药物递送装置5的分解视图,其示出了该药物递送装置5的若干部件在其被插入至壳体10内之前的侧视图。图2中显示了(螺纹)衬套部件60,其具有用于夹持弹簧垫圈50的装置62。弹簧垫圈50具有两个固定元件52,例如钩状的,以示例性地通过各个固定元件和相应的夹持装置62的相互作用将弹簧垫圈50固定至衬套部件60。
此外,在图2中显示了(导螺杆)螺母35和锁定螺母36。所述另一个垫圈70也包括固定部件72,以紧固所述另一个垫圈防止其相对于壳体10发生旋转和/或轴向运动。图2中示出的元件适配至壳体10。例如,该衬套部件60可激光焊接至壳体10。由图2中可立刻看出,弹簧垫圈50允许将药盒15相对壳体10紧固且被紧固于药盒保持部分中而不需要占用太多的空间。具体地,弹簧垫圈50较具有相同弹簧强度的螺旋式卷簧要节省很多的空间。因此,可形成非常紧凑的药物递送装置5。
参照图3,图3显示了药物递送装置5的另一个实施方案。图3示出了弹簧垫圈和另一个垫圈70的更详尽的视图。如图3所示,所述另一个垫圈70可被设计成碟形垫圈。
现在参照图4,图4显示了又一个实施方案。根据此实施方案,所述另一个垫圈70也形成为弹簧垫圈。所述另一个垫圈70沿轴向和/径向弯曲,以对应或模仿弹簧垫圈50的曲率。
图5显示了弹簧垫圈50的更详尽视图。弹簧垫圈50在轴向和/或径向弯曲,且包括固定元件52。固定元件52可彼此相对地布置。弹簧垫圈可为贝勒维尔型弹簧垫圈。
现在参照图6,图5显示了另一个垫圈70。所述另一个垫圈70设置成碟形垫圈,其中所述固定部件72布置在两个相对侧面上。
一种制造该药物递送装置5的方法包括提供具有近端和远端的壳体,提供配适成容纳药物的药盒,提供被设计成保持该药盒的药盒保持部件,在壳体内布置弹簧垫圈,且将药盒保持部件紧固在壳体内,由此加载弹簧垫圈以在药盒上施加力,并且紧固药盒防止其相对于药盒保持部件发生位移,尤其是轴向位移。
其它实现方式也落入权利要求的范围内。可结合不同实现方式的元素,形成本申请中没有明确披露的实现方式。

Claims (16)
1.一种药物递送装置,包括:
具有近端和远端的壳体,
配适成容纳药物的药盒,
配适成保持所述药盒的药盒保持部件,所述药盒保持部件被紧固至所述壳体,以及
弹簧垫圈,所述弹簧垫圈布置在所述壳体内,以对所述药盒施加力并且紧固所述药盒防止其相对于所述药盒保持部件发生运动,其中所述弹簧垫圈被布置成在所述药盒朝向所述壳体的近端的侧面邻接所述药盒。
2.如权利要求1所述的药物递送装置,其中所述弹簧垫圈被偏置以沿远端方向对所述药盒施加力。
3.如权利要求1所述的药物递送装置,其中所述弹簧垫圈被紧固,以防止其相对于所述壳体发生轴向运动。
4.如权利要求1所述的药物递送装置,其中所述药物递送装置包括活塞杆,其用于在所述活塞杆被沿所述远端方向驱动时从所述装置分配药物,并且其中所述弹簧垫圈包括开口,所述开口被布置成允许所述活塞杆运行穿过所述开口。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的药物递送装置,其中所述弹簧垫圈沿轴向和/或径向弯曲。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的药物递送装置,其中所述弹簧垫圈是贝勒维尔型弹簧垫圈。
7.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的药物递送装置,其中所述弹簧垫圈被固定至所述壳体的螺纹衬套部件。
8.如权利要求1所述的药物递送装置,其包括另一个垫圈,所述另一个垫圈被布置在所述弹簧垫圈的近端侧。
9.如权利要求8所述的药物递送装置,其中所述另一个垫圈为碟形垫圈,或强度高于所述弹簧垫圈的另一个弹簧垫圈。
10.如权利要求8所述的药物递送装置,其中所述另一个弹簧垫圈被布置成限制所述弹簧垫圈的加载距离。
11.如权利要求8至10中任一项所述的药物递送装置,其中所述另一个垫圈被布置成将所述弹簧垫圈的变形限制为弹性变形。
12.如权利要求8至10中任一项所述的药物递送装置,其中所述另一个垫圈沿轴向和/或径向弯曲,以与所述弹簧垫圈的曲率对应。
13.如权利要求1-4、8-10中任一项所述的药物递送装置,用于药物的给送。
14.如权利要求1-4、8-10中任一项所述的药物递送装置,用于胰岛素、肝素或生长激素的给送。
15.弹簧垫圈在药物递送装置的药盒保持部件中紧固含药物的药盒以防止所述药盒相对于所述药盒保持部件发生位移的用途,其中,所述弹簧垫圈被布置成在所述药盒朝向所述药物递送装置的壳体的近端的侧面邻接所述药盒。
16.制造药物递送装置的方法,包括:
提供具有近端和远端的壳体,
提供配适成容纳药物的药盒,
提供配适成保持所述药盒的药盒保持部件,
在所述壳体内布置弹簧垫圈,以及
将所述药盒保持部件紧固至所述壳体,由此加载所述弹簧垫圈,以对所述药盒施加力并且紧固所述药盒防止其相对于所述药盒保持部件发生位移,其中所述弹簧垫圈被布置成在所述药盒朝向所述壳体的近端的侧面邻接所述药盒。
