Abstract

一种硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料及其制备工艺,该复合材料是由以下重量份数的原料制成:抗冲击性聚苯乙烯100份,硫酸钙晶须15~45份,主抗氧剂10100.1~0.4份,辅助抗氧剂DLTP0.1~0.5份,润滑剂Hst1~4份,硅烷类偶联剂KH5501~4份。其制备方法是,将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷类偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理8~12min;将其余原料与改性硫酸钙晶须在高速混合机中混合6~8min,干燥;然后将所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒。本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料,拉伸强度高、耐热性能好,特别适于制作电视机外壳、精密仪器壳体、汽车内饰及仪表结构件等。

一种硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚苯乙烯复合材料及其制备工艺,尤其涉及一种硫酸钙晶须改性高抗冲击性聚苯乙烯复合材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS)具有优异的介电性能和电绝缘性能,模塑性好,透明度高,易着色,刚度大,应用广泛。但是,抗冲击性聚苯乙烯拉伸强度较低,耐热性差,耐溶剂性差,限制了其在某些场所的运用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有抗冲击性聚苯乙烯材料拉伸强度的不足,提供一种拉伸强度高、耐热性能好的硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料及其制备工艺。
本发明解决所述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料由以下重量份数的原料制成:抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS) 100份,硫酸钙晶须15

本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷类偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理8

(3)将步骤(2)所得抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010、辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 、润滑剂 Hst与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为200250℃(优选220℃),螺杆转速为110

硫酸钙晶须,又称石膏晶须,是一种硫酸钙的纤维状单晶体。研究表明,本发明使用之改性硫酸钙晶须具有均匀的横截面,完整的内部结构,这一特征赋予其接近晶体理论值-原子间价键的强度。由于其具有极高的强度,细微的尺寸,易与HIPS界面粘合,提高与基体的相容性和界面黏结力,当受外力强迫取向时,HIPS中的残余应力能很好地传递给硫酸钙晶须,从而提高复合材料的拉伸强度,同时改善复合材料的韧性;由于硫酸钙晶须为无机物,在HIPS基质中分散均匀,不易团聚,使复合材料性能稳定。
本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料,拉伸强度高、耐热性能好,特别适于制作电视机外壳、精密仪器壳体、汽车内饰及仪表结构件等。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料的原料重量配比:抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS) 100份,硫酸钙晶须20份,主抗氧剂 1010 0.2份,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 0.2份,润滑剂 Hst 2份,硅烷类偶联剂KH550 1份。
制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷类偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理10 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性后的硫酸钙晶须长径比13,直径0.8μm ;
(2)将所述抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP、润滑剂 Hst 加入到高速混合机中,于50℃下混合7min,干燥;得抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010、辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 、润滑剂 Hst与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为230℃,螺杆转速为115转/分。
本实施例产品性能测试按ATSM规定方法进行,结果见表1。
实施例2:
本实施例硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料的原料重量配比:抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS) 100份,硫酸钙晶须30份,主抗氧剂 1010 0.1份,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 0.1份,润滑剂 Hst 2份,硅烷类偶联剂KH550 2份。
制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷类偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理10 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;所得硫酸钙晶须长径比15,直径1μm ;
(2)将所述抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP、润滑剂 Hst 加入到高速混合机中,于50℃下混合7min,干燥;得抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010、辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 、润滑剂 Hst与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为230℃,螺杆转速为120转/分。
本实施例产品性能测试按ATSM规定方法进行,结果见表1。
实施例3:
本实施例硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料的原料重量配比:抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS) 100份,硫酸钙晶须35份,主抗氧剂 1010 0.3份,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 0.3份,润滑剂 Hst 3份,硅烷类偶联剂KH550 1份。
制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷类偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理10 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比20,直径0.5μm ;
(2)将所述抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP、润滑剂 Hst 加入到高速混合机中,于50℃下混合7min,干燥;得抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010、辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 、润滑剂 Hst与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为220℃,螺杆转速为110转/分。
本实施例产品性能测试按ATSM规定方法进行,结果见表1。
实施例4:
本实施例硫酸钙晶须改性聚苯乙烯复合材料的原料重量配比:抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS) 100份,硫酸钙晶须25份,主抗氧剂 1010 0.2份,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 0.1份,润滑剂 Hst 3份,硅烷类偶联剂KH550 1份。
制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷类偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理10 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性后的硫酸钙晶须长径比13,直径0.8μm ;
(2)将所述抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010,辅助抗氧剂 DLTP、润滑剂 Hst 加入到高速混合机中,于50℃下混合7min,干燥;得抗冲击性聚苯乙烯、主抗氧剂 1010、辅助抗氧剂 DLTP 、润滑剂 Hst与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为210℃,螺杆转速为120转/分。
本实施例产品性能测试按ATSM规定方法进行,结果见表1。
