Abstract

一种硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备工艺,该硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚碳酸酯100份,聚苯乙烯15~20份,硫酸钙晶须 15~25份,抗氧剂 1010 0.1~0.4份,聚四氟乙烯1~4份,钛酸酯偶联剂1~3份。其制备方法是,将硫酸钙晶须和钛酸酯偶联剂于高速混合机中活化处理3~6 min;再将所述其余原料与改性硫酸钙晶须在高速混合机中混合6~8min;然后将所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒。本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料耐疲劳性好,缺口敏感性低,特别适于制作电视机外壳、精密仪器壳体、汽车内饰及仪表结构件等。

一种硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备工艺,尤其是涉及一种硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC),是典型的硬而脆的聚合物,具有良好的综合性能,抗拉强度,压缩强度,抗弯强度等性能均相当于聚酰胺6或聚酰胺66,冲击强度也高于所有的脂肪族聚酰胺和大多数工程塑料。但是,聚碳酸酯的耐疲劳性差,缺口敏感性较高,限制了PC的应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有聚碳酸酯材料的不足,提供一种耐疲劳性好、缺口敏感性低的硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备工艺。
本发明解决所述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚碳酸酯(PC) 100份,聚苯乙烯(PS) 15~20份,硫酸钙晶须 15~25份,抗氧剂 1010 0.1~0.4份,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE) 1~4份,钛酸酯偶联剂1~3份。
优选的重量配比为:聚碳酸酯(PC)100份,聚苯乙烯(PS)20份,硫酸钙晶须 20份,抗氧剂 1010 0.2份,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE) 3份,钛酸酯偶联剂1份。
本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,活化处理3~6 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比 10~20,直径0.5~3

(2)将所述聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、抗氧剂 1010 、聚四氟乙烯加入高速混合机中,混合6~8min,得聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、抗氧剂 1010 、聚四氟乙烯与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为210~280℃,螺杆转速为120~150转/分。
硫酸钙晶须,又称石膏晶须,是一种硫酸钙的纤维状单晶体。研究表明,本发明使用之改性硫酸钙晶须具有均匀的横截面,完整的内部结构,这一特征赋予其接近晶体理论值-原子间价键的强度。由于其具有极高的强度,细微的尺寸,易与PC界面粘合,提高与基体的相容性和界面黏结力,当受外力强迫取向时,PC中的残余应力能很好地传递给硫酸钙晶须,从而提高PC的强度,使PC具有良好的耐疲劳性能,同时使PC缺口敏感性大大降低。
本发明之硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料耐疲劳性好,缺口敏感性低,特别适于制作电视机外壳、精密仪器壳体、汽车内饰及仪表结构件等。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚碳酸酯100份,聚苯乙烯15份,硫酸钙晶须 15份,抗氧剂 1010 0.1份,聚四氟乙烯3份,钛酸酯偶联剂1份。
制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,活化处理5 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比15,直径2

本实施例产品力学性能测试按ATSM规定方法进行,结果见表1。
实施例2:
本实施例硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚碳酸酯100份,聚苯乙烯15份,硫酸钙晶须 20份,抗氧剂 1010 0.1份,聚四氟乙烯3份,钛酸酯偶联剂1份。
制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,活化处理5 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比15,直径1.8

制备方法:

Claims (4)

1.一种硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚碳酸酯100份,聚苯乙烯15~20份,硫酸钙晶须 15~25份,抗氧剂 1010 0.1~0.4份,聚四氟乙烯1~4份,钛酸酯偶联剂1~3份;所述硫酸钙晶须长径比 10~20,直径0.5~3μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚碳酸酯100份,聚苯乙烯20份,硫酸钙晶须 20份,抗氧剂 1010 0.2份,聚四氟乙烯3份,钛酸酯偶联剂2份;所述硫酸钙晶须长径比18,直径2μm。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,活化处理3~6 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比 10~20,直径0.5~3μm;
(2)将所述聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、抗氧剂 1010 、聚四氟乙烯加入高速混合机中,混合6~8min,得聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、抗氧剂 1010 、聚四氟乙烯与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为210~280℃,螺杆转速为120~150转/分。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的硫酸钙晶须改性聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,活化处理5 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比18,直径2μm;
(2)将所述聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、抗氧剂 1010 、聚四氟乙烯加入高速混合机中,混合7min,得聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、抗氧剂 1010 、聚四氟乙烯与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为240℃,螺杆转速为140转/分。
