技术领域
本发明涉及一种丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物及其制备工艺,尤其涉及一种硫酸钙晶须改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物及其制备工艺。
背景技术
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,是一种强度高、韧性好、易于加工成型的热塑性高分子材料,适于制作一般机械零件、减磨耐磨零件、传动零件和电讯零件。但是,其抗冲击性能不是很好,限制了其进一步的运用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物材料的不足,提供一种抗冲击强度高,韧性好的硫酸钙晶须改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物及其制备工艺。
本发明解决所述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明之改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS) 100份,硫酸钙晶须 15

优选的重量配比为:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)100份,硫酸钙晶须30份,主抗氧剂 168 0.2份,硬脂酸3份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.3份。
本发明之改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理8

20,直径为0.51μm,其具有均匀的横截面,完整的内部结构,这一特征赋予其接近晶体理论值-原子间价键的强度。由于其具有极高的强度,细微的尺寸,易与ABS界面粘合,提高与基体的相容性和界面黏结力,当受外力强迫取向时,ABS中的残余应力能很好地传递给硫酸钙晶须,从而提高复合材料的强度,同时改善复合材料的韧性;由于硫酸钙晶须为无机物,在ABS基质中分散均匀,不易团聚,使复合材料性能稳定。
本发明之改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,抗冲击强度高,韧性好,特别适于制作电视机外壳、精密仪器壳体、汽车内饰及仪表结构件等。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1-4改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的原料重量配比见表1。
各实施例改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的制备方法:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理10 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;改性硫酸钙晶须长径比13,直径0.7μm;
(2)将所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、主抗氧剂 168、硬脂酸加入高速混合机中,于80℃下混合8min,干燥,得丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、主抗氧剂 168、硬脂酸与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为210℃,螺杆转速为120转/分。
实施例1-4产品性能测试按ATSM规定方法进行,结果见表2。

Claims (3)

1. 一种改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物100份,硫酸钙晶须 15~40份,主抗氧剂168 0.1~0.4份,硬脂酸1~4份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.1~0.5份;
所述改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理8~12 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;
(2)将所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、主抗氧剂 168、硬脂酸加入到高速混合机中,于75~85℃下混合6~9min,干燥,得丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、主抗氧剂 168、硬脂酸与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为180~230℃,螺杆转速为100~130转/分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物100份,硫酸钙晶须30份,主抗氧剂168 0.2份,硬脂酸3份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.3份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其特征在于,所述改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硫酸钙晶须与硅烷偶联剂KH550,在高速混合机中活化处理10 min,得改性硫酸钙晶须;
(2)将所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、主抗氧剂 168、硬脂酸加入到高速混合机中,于80℃下混合8min,干燥,得丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、主抗氧剂 168、硬脂酸与改性硫酸钙晶须的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物通过双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,机筒温度为210℃,螺杆转速为120转/分。
