Abstract

本发明涉及一种布粘接装置。第一带轮驱动移送皮带旋转。移送皮带和上移送滚筒将两层布夹在当中,将其按压、粘接。第一刀随着第一带轮的旋转而旋转。第二刀驱动机构驱动第二刀体。第二刀相对于第一刀反复接触、分离。第一刀和第二刀在移送皮带和上移送滚筒按压布的位置右侧将布切断。吸引管对切断布时所产生的切落端进行吸引。第一刀和第二刀将布切断的位置可沿左右方向移动。

Description

布粘接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用粘接剂将布与布粘接的布粘接装置。
背景技术
布粘接装置不是用针和缝线来缝制布,而是用粘接剂将布与布粘接。由于布与布用粘接剂粘接,因此与用缝线缝制时不同,布表面不会产生缝线引起的凹凸。加工后的布表面是平滑面。因此,布粘接装置可制作不会让人感到不舒服的衣服等。
例如日本专利申请公开1995年第70807号公报所记载的缝制机从喷嘴朝被缝制材料的接合部喷射粘接剂。该缝制机在粘接剂喷射后对被缝制材料进行加压加热,藉此将布与布粘接。
布端切断装置一边进行缝制一边将布切断。例如日本专利申请公开2007年第37650号公报所记载的布端切断装置包括固定切刀和旋转切刀。固定切刀与旋转切刀互动来切断布。
在布粘接装置刚刚将布与布粘接之后,布与布的粘接强度较弱。因此,在一边将布与布粘接一边将布切断时,布与布的位置可能会彼此错开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在将两层布切断时可防止两层布错位的布粘接装置。
在技术方案1的布粘接装置中,包括喷嘴、第一移送部、第二移送部、切断部。上述喷嘴位于相对配置的两层布之间,朝上述两层布之间排出粘接剂。上述第一移送部相对于上述喷嘴位于上述两层布的移送方向下游侧,为移送上述两层布而旋转。上述第二移送部与上述第一移送部相对,将上述两层布夹在其与上述第一移送部之间,为移送上述两层布而旋转。上述切断部位于上述第一移送部和上述第二移送部的侧方,将上述两层布切断。第一移送部和第二移送部通过夹持布来固定布。切断部在固定布的位置的侧方将布切断。因此,布粘接装置在将两层布切断时可防止两层布的位置彼此错开。
在技术方案2的布粘接装置中,上述切断部包括设于上述第一移送部且与上述第一移送部一体旋转的旋转刀即第一刀。即,第一刀与第一移送部之间没有间隙。因此,切断部可在第一移送部和第二移送部将布夹持的位置附近将布切断。
在技术方案3的布粘接装置中,上述切断部还包括相对于上述第一刀反复分离、接触,将上述两层布夹在其与上述第一刀之间并切断的刀即第二刀。因此,切断部通过利用第一刀和第二刀将布夹持,能可靠地将布切断。
在技术方案4的布粘接装置中,上述第一移送部包括皮带和圆筒状的带轮。上述皮带将上述两层布夹在其与上述第二移送部之间,移送上述两层布。上述带轮驱动上述皮带。上述第一刀是与上述皮带的侧面相对并配置于上述带轮的侧面的刀。即,第一刀与皮带侧面相邻。因此,切断部可在皮带和第二移送部将布夹持的位置附近将布切断。
在技术方案5的布粘接装置中,还包括第二刀驱动机构。上述第二刀驱动机构驱动上述第二刀,以使上述第二刀相对于上述第一刀反复分离、接触。上述第二刀和上述第二刀驱动机构可相对于上述布粘接装置进行装拆。因此,不切断布时,操作者可将第二刀和第二刀驱动机构从布粘接装置拆下。
在技术方案6的布粘接装置中,相对于上述皮带的与上述第二移送部相对的相对面,上述第一刀不朝上述第二移送部侧突出。因此,不切断布时,布粘接装置可防止第一刀接触布。
在技术方案7、8的布粘接装置中,上述第一刀的外周面平行于上述皮带的与上述第二移送部相对的相对面。即,第一刀的外周面不尖锐。因此,即使操作者接触第一刀的外周面时,布粘接装置也可防止操作者受伤。
在技术方案9、10的布粘接装置中,上述切断部将上述两层布切断的位置可在同上述皮带的与上述第二移送部相对的相对面平行且同上述两层布的移送方向正交的方向上移动。因此,操作者可使将布切断的位置相对于喷嘴排出粘接剂的位置移动。
在技术方案11~13的布粘接装置中,还包括吸引部。上述吸引部相对于上述切断部将上述两层布切断的位置位于与上述带轮相反的一侧,对上述切断部切断布时产生的切落端进行吸引。因此,布粘接装置可防止切断部将布切断时所产生的切落端散布。
在技术方案14、15的布粘接装置中,还包括连接构件。上述连接构件在从上述带轮朝向上述吸引部的方向上不比上述第一刀突出,将上述第一刀与上述带轮连接。由于连接构件不接触吸引部,因此吸引部可配置于带轮和第一刀的附近。因此,吸引部可有效地吸引切落端。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明实施方式的布粘接装置1进行说明。图3的纸面上侧、下侧、右侧、左侧、表面侧、背面侧分别是粘接机2的上侧、下侧、右侧、左侧、前侧、后侧。
参照图1,对布粘接装置1整体的结构进行说明。如图1所示,布粘接装置1包括粘接机2、操作面板210、踏板208、控制箱3、切落端收集部8。粘接机2和操作面板210固定于台板220。粘接机2将粘接剂附着于相对配置的两层布之间。粘接机2按压并移送附着有粘接剂的布。两层布通过粘接机2的上述动作而粘接。粘接机2的详细结构将在后面说明。
操作面板210包括液晶显示部207和多个键209。液晶显示部207显示各种信息。键209进行各种输入。操作者一边观察液晶显示部207一边操作键209,藉此设定粘接机2的各种动作。
踏板208配置于台板220下方。操作者为了调整布的移送速度而使用踏板208。控制箱3固定于台板220的背面。控制箱3将安装有CPU等的控制基板予以收纳。控制箱3与粘接机2、操作面板210、踏板208、后述的第二刀驱动机构70(参照图4)电连接。切落端收集部8固定于台板220的背面。切落端收集部8与后述的吸引管81(参照图7)连接。切落端收集部8包括吸引空气的吸引机(未图示)。吸引机吸引空气,藉此,吸引管81吸引切落端。切落端收集部8收集吸引管81所吸引的切落端。
参照图2~图5,对粘接机2的结构进行说明。如图2、图3所示,粘接机2包括基座部11、立柱部12、臂部13。基座部11呈大致长方体状。立柱部12从基座部11右端朝上方延伸。臂部13与立柱部12上端连接,并朝立柱部12左侧面的左方突出。
基座部11在其内部包括第一带轮25、第二带轮28(参照图5、图6)、移送皮带27、第二刀驱动机构70、第三马达93、吸引管81等。移送皮带27与后述的上移送滚筒22一起按压并移送布。第三马达93驱动第一带轮25。
如图2所示,臂部13的左端部从前方依次对泵壳体14、贮存室18、梁部19予以支撑。臂部13在其内部包括第一马达91(参照图5)、第二马达92(参照图5)等。第一马达91驱动齿轮泵124(参照图5)。第二马达92驱动上移送滚筒22。
下面对泵壳体14进行说明。如图2、图3所示,泵壳体14包括第一泵壳体31、第二泵壳体32。第一泵壳体31是大致立方体状的构件。第一泵壳体31固定于臂部13左侧面。第一泵壳体31在其内部包括齿轮泵124(参照图5)等。齿轮泵124将适量的粘接剂高精度地朝喷嘴17供给。第二泵壳体32是大致长方体状的构件。第二泵壳体32从第一泵壳体31的左下端朝下方延伸。
第二泵壳体32在其左侧包括轴部45(参照图3)。轴部45与支撑部16的上端部42右侧连接,将支撑部16支撑成可绕轴部45摆动。泵壳体14在其内部具有两个供给路。供给路中的一方将粘接剂从贮存室18朝齿轮泵124引导。另一方将粘接剂从齿轮泵124朝支撑部16引导。
如图2、图3所示,支撑部16呈大致长方体状。在支撑部16的下端部44与基座部11之间存在极小的间隙。支撑部16在其内部具有将粘接剂从泵壳体14朝喷嘴17引导的供给路。支撑部16在其下端部44包括喷嘴17。喷嘴17从支撑部16朝左侧延伸。支撑部16在其上端部42包括驱动传递部41。驱动传递部41与气缸24的可动部75端部连接。
气缸24的可动部75前后移动,藉此,支撑部16以轴部45作为中心轴在前后方向上摆动。喷嘴17随着支撑部16的摆动而在进行布的粘接作业时的位置(参照图2、图3)与进行维修时的位置(未图示)之间移动。
喷嘴17呈圆筒形。喷嘴17在其下侧具有排出粘接剂的排出口(未图示)。操作者进行布的粘接作业时,排出口与基座部11相对。进行粘接作业时,操作者在相对配置的两层布之间插入喷嘴17。齿轮泵124通过支撑部16内部的供给路将粘接剂朝喷嘴17供给。喷嘴17从排出口朝布排出粘接剂。粘接剂附着在位于喷嘴17下方的布的表面上。
导向部26设于喷嘴17的前方。导向部26俯视呈矩形且正视呈钩状。导向部26使要粘接的两层布的右端位置对齐,对两层布进行引导。
如图2、图3所示,贮存室18呈大致长方体状。贮存室18从臂部13左侧并从泵壳体14后方部分朝上方延伸。贮存室18包括主体部46、盖部47、盖轴部48。主体部46呈上部开口的有底筒状。盖部47覆盖主体部46的上部开口。主体部46在其上端包括盖轴部48。盖轴部48将盖部47支撑成可开闭。贮存室18将热熔性的粘接剂(未图示)贮存于主体部46内部。贮存室18将所贮存的粘接剂通过齿轮泵124朝喷嘴17供给。热熔性的粘接剂在加热到规定温度时液化,在比该规定温度低的温度下固化。
如图2所示,梁部19包括主体部51、弹簧支撑部53、柱部52。主体部51从臂部13左侧后端部朝左方水平延伸。弹簧支撑部53呈板状,从主体部51左端部朝前方水平延伸。柱部52相对于水平面以大致45度的角度从主体部51朝前下方延伸。柱部52下端部与基座部11不接触。
弹簧支撑部53在其前方端部具有孔。弹簧支撑部53将轴部61支撑成可上下运动。轴部61贯穿于弹簧21。轴部61上端部分贯穿于弹簧支撑部53的孔内。柱部52在其下端部分左侧包括左右延伸的轴部62。轴部62支撑滚筒保持部20的后端部56。滚筒保持部20以轴部62作为摆动中心使前端部58在上下方向上摆动。主体部51在弹簧支撑部53右侧包括气缸24。气缸24对支撑部16的位置进行切换。
下面对滚筒保持部20进行说明。滚筒保持部20的前端部58将圆柱状的上移送滚筒22支撑成可旋转。上移送滚筒22位于从支撑部16延伸出的喷嘴17的后方附近。喷嘴17最好是例如离上移送滚筒22的旋转中心的距离在上移送滚筒22的直径的2倍以内。滚筒保持部20在比其中央略靠前方的上表面包括轴支撑部59。轴支撑部59对插通于弹簧21的轴部61的下端予以支撑。弹簧21存在于弹簧支撑部53与轴部61下端之间。弹簧21朝下方对轴部61施力,藉此朝下方对与轴部61连接的滚筒保持部20施力。
如图2、图4所示,基座部11在从喷嘴17下方部分到上移送滚筒22下方部分的范围内具有孔部231。基座部11内的移送皮带27的一部分从孔部231朝上方稍微突出。移送皮带27与上移送滚筒22一起旋转。移送皮带27和上移送滚筒22从上下方向夹持布。移送皮带27和上移送滚筒22将所夹持的布从前方朝后方或者从后方朝前方移送。另外,通常的移送方向是从粘接机2的前方朝向后方的方向。即,粘接机2的前侧相当于移送方向上游侧。粘接机2的后侧相当于移送方向下游侧。
如图4所示,基座部11具有与孔部231后部右侧连接的孔部232。孔部232俯视呈矩形,与孔部231设成一体。孔部232前端位于孔部231后部。孔部232后端位于孔部231后端的后方。基座部11具有从孔部232后方朝右方延伸的孔部233。孔部233由左右方向较长的俯视呈矩形的孔以及与该矩形孔的后端连接并朝后方延伸的孔构成。如图3、图4所示,基座部11内的第二刀驱动机构70的一部分从孔部233朝基座部11上侧突出。第二刀驱动机构70包括后述的第二刀体701。第二刀体701在基座部11上侧朝孔部232延伸。
参照图5,对粘接机2的内部结构进行说明。图5中,第二刀驱动机构70、吸引管81(参照图3)未图示。
第一马达91通过转轴121将旋转驱动力传递给齿轮泵124,藉此驱动齿轮泵124。齿轮泵124包括驱动齿轮122和从动齿轮123。驱动齿轮122固定于转轴121左端部。驱动齿轮122与转轴121一起旋转。从动齿轮123与驱动齿轮122啮合。第一马达91位于臂部13内,且位于泵壳体14与臂部13连接的部分右方。转轴121位于泵壳体14内,且从第一马达91的转轴朝左方延伸。驱动齿轮122和从动齿轮123将适量的粘接剂朝喷嘴17供给。
第二马达92通过转轴126、皮带129、转轴127、皮带130、转轴128将旋转驱动力传递给上移送滚筒22,藉此驱动上移送滚筒22。第二马达92位于臂部13内,且位于梁部19与臂部13连接的部分右方。转轴126从第二马达92的转轴朝左方延伸且贯穿主体部51内部。转轴126左端部位于柱部52内。转轴126以其左端部支撑带轮171。转轴127右端部延伸至柱部52下端部内。转轴127左端部延伸至滚筒保持部20的后端部56内。转轴127的右端部和左端部分别支撑带轮172、173。转轴128是上移送滚筒22的转轴。转轴128左端部延伸到滚筒保持部20的前端部58内且支撑带轮174。转轴128右端部从前端部58突出且支撑上移送滚筒22。皮带129在柱部52内架设于转轴126左端部的带轮171与转轴127右端部的带轮172之间。皮带130在滚筒保持部20内架设于转轴127左端部的带轮173与转轴128左端部的带轮174之间。
下面对下移送部37作简单说明。下移送部37包括第一带轮25、第二带轮28、支撑第二带轮28的带轮支撑部100、环状的无接头皮带即移送皮带27。第一带轮25和第二带轮28呈大致圆筒形。第一带轮25和第二带轮28的转轴的轴向为左右的水平方向。第一带轮25的直径是第二带轮28的直径的大致4倍。第一带轮25配置于上移送滚筒22下方。第二带轮28配置于喷嘴17的前斜下方。通过第一带轮25旋转,架设于第一带轮25与第二带轮28之间的移送皮带27旋转。下移送部37的细节将在后面说明。
第三马达93通过皮带142和转轴141将旋转驱动力传递给第一带轮25,藉此驱动第一带轮25旋转。第一带轮25固定于转轴141。第一带轮25隔着移送皮带27位于上移送滚筒22的下方且位于基座部11内。基座部11在其内部具有支撑基座4。支撑基座4将转轴141支撑成可旋转。皮带142在基座部11内架设于第三马达93转轴的带轮175与转轴141右端部的带轮176之间。
参照图6~图10,对下移送部37、吸引管81进行说明。如图6~图8所示,下移送部37的带轮支撑部100包括左侧面板部101和右侧面板部111。左侧面板部101包括支撑凸部102和轮部103。轮部103将第一带轮25的转轴中心作为圆形中心。轮部103的直径比第一带轮25的直径小。轮部103在其中心部分具有孔。第一带轮25在其左侧面包括凸部143(参照图8)。凸部143沿着转轴141的周围朝左方突出。凸部143左端部和转轴141的左端部插通于轮部103的孔内。轴承106设于轮部103的孔内且设于轮部103与凸部143之间。支撑凸部102朝轮部103的前斜上方突出。
右侧面板部111设于第一带轮25的右方。右侧面板部111包括支撑凸部112和轮部113。固定于转轴141周围的固定部145的左部和转轴141插通于轮部113中心部分的孔内。轴承107设于轮部113的孔内且设于轮部113与固定部145之间。固定部145的左部位于轴承107内。固定部145的直径在插通于轮部113的孔内的部分处和其它部分处不同。插通于轮部113的孔内的固定部145的直径比其它部分处的固定部145的直径小。即,固定部145具有台阶。该台阶确定下移送部37的左右方向位置。
如图8、图9所示,固定部145右部具有固定螺钉50插入用的螺钉孔49。螺钉孔49从固定部145外周朝转轴141贯穿。通过将固定螺钉50插入螺钉孔49而抵住转轴141,将固定部145固定于转轴141。
如图6~图8所示,右侧面板部111的支撑凸部112朝轮部113的斜前上方突出。吸引管81设于第一带轮25与右侧面板部111之间。吸引管81的细节将在后面说明。
轴部105设于支撑凸部102前端部分与支撑凸部112前端部分之间。轴部105将第二带轮28支撑成可旋转。第一带轮25与第二带轮28的距离始终恒定。移送皮带27架设于第一带轮25与第二带轮28之间。移送皮带27和第二带轮28随第一带轮25的旋转而旋转。
下面对第一带轮25和第一刀35进行说明。如图8、图9所示,第一带轮25包括圆筒形的主体部33和凸缘34。凸缘34从主体部33左表面朝外周方向伸出。主体部33在其右表面具有朝左方凹陷的凹部331。侧视呈圆形的圆形构件36沿着凹部331和主体部33的右表面嵌入。圆形构件36在其周围包括第一刀35。第一刀35配置于第一带轮25的右侧面。第一刀35从第一带轮25右表面侧朝外周方向伸出。螺栓38在凹部331内将圆形构件36与主体部33连接。因此,包括第一刀35的圆形构件36与第一带轮25可一体旋转。螺栓38不朝第一刀35的右方突出。第一刀35和后述的第二刀721将布夹在当中,将布切断。第一刀35和第二刀721将布切断的位置称作切断位置80。布的切断的细节将在后面说明。
移送皮带27架设于第一带轮25的主体部33周壁面。凸缘34和第一刀35分别与移送皮带27相对,从左右夹持移送皮带27。第一刀35还具有作为第一带轮25的凸缘的功能。因此,在驱动第一带轮25旋转的情况下,移送皮带27也不会从第一带轮25脱开。
相对于移送皮带27的与上移送滚筒22相对的相对面,第一刀35和凸缘34不朝上述上移送滚筒22侧突出。因此,在第一刀35不切断布时,第一刀35不与布接触。第一刀35的外周面351与移送皮带27的面平行,第一刀35的外周面351不尖锐。因此,即使操作者的手指接触第一刀35的外周面351,也可防止受伤。
如图8、图9所示,凸部143具有固定螺钉40插入用的螺钉孔39。螺钉孔39从凸部143外周朝转轴141贯穿。通过将固定螺钉40插入螺钉孔39而抵住转轴141,将第一带轮25固定于转轴141。操作者可将固定螺钉40和上述固定螺钉50松开,以沿左右方向移动下移送部37。操作者确定下移送部37的位置。操作者可再次将固定螺钉40、50旋紧来固定下移送部37。
图9、图10分别表示下移送部37移动到左方、右方的状态。通过移动下移送部37,操作者可沿左右方向移动第一刀35的位置。细节将在后面说明,但第二刀721也可沿左右方向移动。即,操作者可沿左右方向移动切断位置80。因此,操作者可相对于喷嘴17涂布粘接剂的位置来调整切断位置80。
如图6、图7所示,第二带轮28包括朝左表面、右表面的外周方向伸出的凸缘63、64。凸缘63、64从左右夹持移送皮带27。因此,移送皮带27在工作时也不会从第二带轮28脱开。
下面对吸引管81进行说明。吸引管81与切落端收集部8(参照图1)连接。如图6~图10所示,吸引管81呈圆筒状。吸引管81设于第一带轮25与右侧面板部111之间,且设于转轴141后方。吸引管81沿上下方向延伸且上部朝前方稍微弯曲。吸引管81在其上端具有开口811。吸引管81相对于切断位置80位于与第一带轮25相反的一侧。具体而言,切断位置80位于比开口811稍靠左上方的位置。吸引管81对在切断位置80切断的布的切落端进行吸引,并将其朝切落端收集部8引导。如上所述,螺栓38不朝第一刀35的右方突出。因此,吸引管81可配置于第一刀35的附近。吸引管81可有效地吸引切落端。吸引管81可根据切断位置80的左右移动进行移动。
参照图6~图13,对包括第二刀721的第二刀驱动机构70进行说明。通过第二刀驱动机构70传递后述的马达709的动力,第二刀721接触或离开第一刀35。第二刀驱动机构70通过电气配线而与控制箱3(参照图1)连接。第二刀721和第一刀35将布夹持、切断。第二刀驱动机构70位于基座部11内部。
第二刀驱动机构70可相对于基座部11进行装拆。要将布切断时,操作者将第二刀驱动机构70安装于基座部11的内部。如图11所示,操作者利用四根螺栓725将第二刀驱动机构70固定于基座部11。螺栓725经由后述第一支撑板部703的四个贯穿孔726将第二刀驱动机构70固定于基座部11。在基座部11上设有用于插入四个螺栓725来固定第二刀驱动机构70的螺栓用孔114。
不要切断布时,操作者将第二刀驱动机构70从基座部11拆下。操作者通过在拆下第二刀驱动机构70后的孔部232、233盖上盖子(未图示),可较宽地使用基座部11上表面。
如图6~图8所示,第二刀驱动机构70包括支撑板702。支撑板702支撑第二刀驱动机构70的各种构件。支撑板702包括第一支撑板部703和第二支撑板部705。第一支撑板部703和第二支撑板部705设成一体。第一支撑板部703是沿水平方向延伸的板状构件。第一支撑板部703前部的中央的左侧朝后方切出缺口。第一支撑板部703后部的比中央稍靠左侧的位置的左侧朝前方切出缺口。因此,第一支撑板部703中央的左侧形成朝左方突出的凸部704。第一支撑板部703在比其中央靠右侧的部分具有四个贯穿孔726。贯穿孔726俯视观察设于矩形的四个顶点位置。贯穿孔726沿上下方向贯穿第一支撑板部703。
第二支撑板部705是从第一支撑板部703的左右方向中央朝下方延伸的板状构件。第二支撑板部705的前后方向长度与第一支撑板部703的前后方向长度相同。
支撑部706设于凸部704的左端部上侧。支撑部707设于凸部704的右侧上侧。支撑部706和支撑部707将轴部708支撑成可旋转。
第二刀驱动机构70在位于第一支撑板部703下侧且位于第二支撑板部705右侧的位置包括马达709。马达709固定于第二支撑板部705。第二支撑板部705在其大致中央具有孔。马达709的转轴710从马达709左侧延伸。转轴710经由第二支撑板部705的孔朝第二支撑板部705的左侧突出。
如图12所示,圆柱状的圆柱构件711固定于转轴710的左端部周围。转轴710的旋转中心偏离圆柱构件711的中心。轴承712设于圆柱构件711的周围。第一驱动部713设于轴承712的周围。第一驱动部713包括形状沿着轴承712外周的轮部714、从轮部714朝斜后上方突出的凸部715。
第二驱动部716的一个端部通过轴部724连接于凸部715上端。如图6~图8、图12所示,第二驱动部716从轴部724朝前方稍向上方延伸。第二驱动部716的另一个端部固定于轴部708。轴部708朝支撑部706的左方突出。第三驱动部717固定于轴部708的左端。第三驱动部717从轴部708朝前上方延伸。第三驱动部717的前端朝前方弯曲。
第二刀体固定部718通过螺栓719固定于第三驱动部717前端。第二刀体701固定于第二刀体固定部718。第二刀体701包括第二刀721。第二刀体固定部718在其后表面具有在左右方向上朝前方凹陷的凹部728。凹部728的上下方向尺寸与第三驱动部717前端的上下方向尺寸对应。第三驱动部717前端插入凹部728内。
如图9所示,第二刀体固定部718具有左右方向较长的长孔727。第三驱动部717在其与第二刀体固定部718接触的面上具有螺栓用的孔(未图示)。该孔呈与螺栓719的轴径对应的圆形。螺栓719经由长孔727插入该孔内。螺栓719的头部和第三驱动部717将第二刀体固定部718夹在当中,藉此固定第二刀体固定部718。
操作者通过松开螺栓719,可在长孔727的范围内沿左右方向移动第二刀体固定部718的位置。操作者确定第二刀体固定部718的左右方向位置。操作者可再次将螺栓719旋紧来固定第二刀体固定部718。如图9、图10所示,第二刀体701的第二刀721可通过上述方法沿左右方向移动。操作者通过分别沿左右方向移动第一刀35、第二刀721,可沿左右方向移动切断位置80。
如图6~图10、图12、图13所示,第二刀体701从第二刀体固定部718朝左下方延伸。第二刀体701正视呈大致平行四边形。如图16所示,第二刀体701包括固定部720、第二刀721、引导部722。固定部720利用螺栓723固定于第二刀体固定部718。引导部722侧视沿上下方向延伸且从固定部720朝左方延伸。引导部722与第一刀35的上下方向的面接触。第二刀721朝引导部722的前方(图9中的纸面正面侧)突出。第二刀721的左端面和引导部722的左端面位于同一个面上。随着第二刀体701的上下运动,第二刀721相对于第一刀35反复分离、接触。引导部722引导第二刀体701的上下运动,防止第二刀721与第一刀35碰撞。第一刀35与第二刀721不会碰撞时,也可省去引导部722。
下面对第二刀驱动机构70的第二刀721的驱动进行说明。马达709驱动转轴710旋转。随着转轴710的旋转,圆柱构件711旋转。如图12所示,转轴710的旋转中心与圆柱构件711的中心不一致。因此,转轴710旋转时,凸部715上端在斜后上方与斜前下方之间往复驱动。凸部715的往复驱动经由轴部724驱动第二驱动部716。第二驱动部716驱动轴部708左视反复进行顺时针、逆时针的摆动。轴部708的摆动驱动第三驱动部717。第三驱动部717以轴部708作为中心左视反复进行顺时针、逆时针的摆动。
如图13所示,第三驱动部717逆时针摆动时,第二刀721离开第一刀35。如图12所示,第三驱动部717顺时针摆动时,第二刀721接触第一刀35。即,通过马达709的驱动,第一刀35与第二刀721反复接触、分离。第一刀35、第二刀721在切断位置80将布夹持、切断。
参照图14、图15,对将上布151与下布152粘接的粘接作业时粘接机2的动作进行说明。图15中,为进行说明而只图示一部分的结构。例如上移送滚筒22等未图示。如图14所示,使用粘接机2进行粘接作业时,操作者利用移送皮带27和喷嘴17夹持下布152。操作者将上布151配置于下布152之上。上布151和下布152夹持喷嘴17。导向部26在喷嘴17的前方使上布151和下布152的右端对齐。
在此状态下操作者踩下踏板208(参照图1)时,齿轮泵124(参照图5)驱动。粘接剂经由供给路从喷嘴17排出,附着于下布152。同时,第一带轮25旋转。移送皮带27随着第一带轮25的旋转而旋转。上移送滚筒22和移送皮带27朝着将上布151和下布152从前方朝后方移送的方向旋转。弹簧21(参照图2)朝下方对上移送滚筒22施力。因此,上移送滚筒22和移送皮带27按压上布151和下布152。上移送滚筒22和移送皮带27按压上布151和下布152的部位称作按压区域P。图15中,按压区域P是双点划线所示的区域。
如图15所示,切断位置80位于按压区域P的右侧。第一刀35随着第一带轮25的旋转而旋转。第二刀721相对于第一刀35反复接触(参照图12)、分离(参照图13)。第一刀35和第二刀721将位于按压区域P右侧的上布151、下布152的一部分夹持、切断。上移送滚筒22和移送皮带27将切断后的上布151和下布152朝后方移送。
第一刀35和第二刀721切断上布151和下布152时,产生线头、布的切落端。吸引管81吸引线头、切落端。切落端收集部8(参照图1)收集线头、切落端。粘接机2一边利用吸引管81吸引线头、切落端,一边切断上布151和下布152。线头、切落端不会滞留于上布151表面。因此,粘接机2能可靠地防止滞留的切落端引起的上布151和下布152的预定切断部的错位。其结果是,粘接机2可始终在期望的位置切断上布151和下布152。粘接机2可防止切落端散布于基座部11的上表面。
如上所述,布粘接装置1将上布151与下布152粘接。刚刚将上布151与下布152粘接之后,上布151与下布152的粘接强度较弱。在远离按压区域P后方的位置将上布151和下布152切断时,上布151和下布152有时会彼此错开。上移送滚筒22和移送皮带27在按压区域P内将上布151和下布152夹持、固定。切断位置80位于按压区域P的右侧。切断位置80位于同移送皮带27的与上述上移送滚筒22相对的相对面平行且同上述上布151和下布152的移送方向正交的方向。布粘接装置1可在按压区域P的附近将布切断。因此,布粘接装置1能以上布151和下布152彼此不错开的方式将布切断。
由于包括第一刀35的圆形构件36与第一带轮25组装成一体,因此第一刀35与第一带轮25一体旋转。第一刀35与移送皮带27相邻。因此,布粘接装置1可在与按压区域P相邻的位置将布切断,且在切断时可防止上布151与下布152错开。通过将固定螺钉40和固定螺钉50松开,在与上布151和下布152的移送方向正交的方向上移动下移送部37,切断位置80也可朝相同方向移动。切断位置80可在同移送皮带27的与上述上移送滚筒22相对的相对面平行且同上布151和下布152的移送方向正交的方向上移动。
布粘接装置1利用第一刀35和第二刀721将布夹持,藉此将布切断。因此,布粘接装置1能可靠地将布切断。
由于第一刀35随着第一带轮25的旋转而旋转,因此不必另行设置驱动第一刀35旋转的机构和电气配线。因此,可削减布粘接装置1的费用。
上述实施方式中,第一带轮25和移送皮带27相当于本发明的“第一移送部”。上移送滚筒22相当于本发明的“第二移送部”。第一刀35和第二刀721相当于本发明的“切断部”。移送皮带27相当于本发明的“皮带”。第一带轮25相当于本发明的“带轮”。第二刀驱动机构70相当于本发明的“第二刀驱动机构”。切断位置80相当于本发明的“将布切断的位置”。吸引管81相当于本发明的“吸引部”。螺栓38相当于本发明的“连接构件”。
除了上述实施方式之外,本发明还可进行各种变更。例如,布粘接装置1也可不包括第二刀721而包括使布与第一刀35抵接的部分。

Claims (15)

1.一种布粘接装置,包括:
喷嘴,该喷嘴位于相对配置的两层布之间,朝所述两层布之间排出粘接剂;
第一移送部,该第一移送部相对于所述喷嘴位于所述两层布的移送方向下游侧,为移送所述两层布而旋转;以及
第二移送部,该第二移送部与所述第一移送部相对,将所述两层布夹在所述第二移送部与所述第一移送部之间,并为移送所述两层布而旋转,
其特征在于,包括切断部,该切断部位于所述第一移送部和所述第二移送部的侧方,将所述两层布切断。
2.如权利要求1所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述切断部包括第一刀,该第一刀是设置于所述第一移送部且与所述第一移送部一体旋转的旋转刀。
3.如权利要求2所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述切断部还包括第二刀,该第二刀是相对于所述第一刀反复分离、接触,将所述两层布夹在所述第二刀与所述第一刀之间并切断的刀。
4.如权利要求3所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,
所述第一移送部包括:
皮带,该皮带将所述两层布夹在所述皮带与所述第二移送部之间,移送所述两层布;以及
圆筒状的带轮,该带轮驱动所述皮带,
所述第一刀是与所述皮带的侧面相对并配置于所述带轮的侧面的刀。
5.如权利要求3所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括第二刀驱动机构,该第二刀驱动机构驱动所述第二刀,以使所述第二刀相对于所述第一刀反复分离、接触,
所述第二刀和所述第二刀驱动机构能相对于所述布粘接装置进行装拆。
6.如权利要求4所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,相对于所述皮带的与所述第二移送部相对的相对面,所述第一刀不朝所述第二移送部侧突出。
7.如权利要求4所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述第一刀的外周面平行于所述皮带的与所述第二移送部相对的相对面。
8.如权利要求6所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述第一刀的外周面平行于所述皮带的所述相对面。
9.如权利要求4所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述切断部将所述两层布切断的位置能在同所述皮带的与所述第二移送部相对的相对面平行且同所述两层布的移送方向正交的方向上移动。
10.如权利要求6至8中任一项所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述切断部将所述两层布切断的位置能在同所述相对面平行且同所述两层布的移送方向正交的方向上移动。
11.如权利要求4所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括吸引部,该吸引部相对于所述切断部将所述两层布切断的位置位于与所述带轮相反的一侧,对所述切断部切断布时所产生的切落端进行吸引。
12.如权利要求6至9中任一项所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括吸引部,该吸引部相对于所述切断部将所述两层布切断的位置位于与所述带轮相反的一侧,对所述切断部切断布时所产生的切落端进行吸引。
13.如权利要求10所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括吸引部,该吸引部相对于所述切断部将所述两层布切断的位置位于与所述带轮相反的一侧,对所述切断部切断布时所产生的切落端进行吸引。
14.如权利要求11或13所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括连接构件,该连接构件在从所述带轮朝向所述吸引部的方向上不比所述第一刀突出,将所述第一刀与所述带轮连接。
15.如权利要求12所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括连接构件,该连接构件在从所述带轮朝向所述吸引部的方向上不比所述第一刀突出,将所述第一刀与所述带轮连接。
