Description

具有水传感器的过滤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤装置、尤其是液体过滤器，例如尿素过滤器或燃料过滤器，包括：设置在过滤器壳体中的过滤元件；用于加热流过过滤装置的介质的加热装置；和用于识别收集在过滤器壳体中的水的水传感器。
背景技术
为了在机动车的燃料供给中对于过滤装置及尤其是对于液体过滤器在不同的运行条件下负责均匀良好的过滤，已知在这些过滤装置上分别设有加热装置。通过加热装置例如可以防止在所属机动车的冷启动时滤液例如柴油的冻结或形成絮状物并且负责流过过滤装置的均匀高的介质流量。在尿素过滤器中也可能需要这种加热装置。
此外在这类过滤装置中已知，这些过滤装置配有水分离器和所属的水传感器，通过水传感器可以获得分离的且在过滤器壳体中收集的水的液面。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种过滤装置，在该过滤装置中以成本有利的方式实现了特别小的、紧凑的过滤装置结构形式。
按照本发明，该任务通过按照权利要求1的过滤装置解决。有利的扩展方案在从属权利要求中描述。
按照本发明的过滤装置设有至少一个加热轨条或者说加热丝或加热螺旋管，其还与水传感器组合成一个结构单元。该结构单元能够以该方式非常紧凑且这样小地构造，使得总体上产生一个具有特别小的安装空间的过滤装置。
根据本发明的解决方案还允许加热轨条和水传感器的特别成本有利且运行可靠的电触点接通方式，因为加热轨条和水传感器作为结构单元仅需设置一个电接触装置。也就是说，由此构成且触点接通的结构单元可以被预装配并且被质量检验。这同样对制造成本起到有利作用。
在根据本发明的解决方案的优选的第一扩展方案中，所述至少一个加热轨条由金属冲压格栅构成。该冲压格栅可以成本有利地被冲压出来并且以根据本发明对于加热轨条特别优选的形状(见下面)成形出。这可以特别有利地被再加工并且如上所述地与水传感器集成为该结构单元。
在优选的第二扩展方案中，过滤器壳体圆柱形地构造并且所述至少一个加热轨条设置在同样圆柱形形状的壳面区段中。这样壳面形的或空心圆柱形构成的加热轨条有利地在过滤元件的外侧上以及由此恰好在这样一个区域(在该区域中热量将从过滤元件流出到周围环境)中包围属于过滤装置的过滤元件。
在优选的第三扩展方案中，所述至少一个加热轨条环形分布地设置在壳面区段的面上。该环形形状可以在冲压方法中被过程可靠地制成，在该面中提供均匀的热输入并且能够实现足够的间隙，以将所述的水传感器根据本发明附加地集成在该结构单元中。
在优选的第四扩展方案中，所述至少一个加热轨条和所述水传感器位置固定地定位在一个结构元件中。该位置固定的定位形成用于结构单元的进一步检验、加工以及特别是在所属的过滤装置中的进一步装配的非常好的基础。
在优选的第五扩展方案中，结构元件总体上杯形地构成。这样杯状的结构元件能够节省空间地包围所属的过滤元件。这特别是在过滤元件的底部区段上提供了电触点接通的可能性。
在优选的第六扩展方案中，结构元件借助对所述至少一个加热轨条和水传感器的注射包覆成型制成。注射包覆成型是用于成本有利地制造结构单元的一种成本有利且同时过程可靠的途径。通过在注射包覆成型中使用高导热的塑料，根据本发明可以有利地、附加地确保从加热丝到周围介质的特别良好且快速的热传递。
在优选的第七扩展方案中，所述水传感器构造有从所述结构元件伸出的电触头。电触头能够以该方式向着过滤器壳体以及从过滤器壳体出来地构成。电触头有利地构成用于连接元件的接口，过滤元件通过连接元件连接到所属机动车的其余车载电子装置上。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一个包括过滤器壳体12的过滤装置10。该过滤壳体10通过壳体钵或壳体杯14和在上方封闭该壳体钵或壳体杯的壳体盖16构成。
在过滤器壳体10中设有基本上空心圆柱形的过滤元件18，该过滤元件直接位于壳体盖16下方并且从上方伸入到壳体杯14中。该过滤元件18这样地与设置在壳体盖14上的入口20和同样位于那里的出口22传导流体地耦联，使得流体、当前为(未进一步示出的)机动车的燃料从外部径向朝内地流过过滤元件。该过滤元件18在此设置成与壳体杯14的壳面或壁径向地稍微间隔开。结构单元24从壳体盖16出发伸入到这样构成的空心圆柱形的自由空间中，该结构单元由加热轨条26、水传感器28以及结构元件30构成。

传感器管脚32和传感器管脚34向下从结构元件30伸出并且在此这样地浸入到收集在过滤器壳体12内的水中，使得这些传感器管脚32和34之间的电阻改变并且这可以作为过滤装置中水位的信号被识别。
在结构单元24的上侧面上两个电触头36和38从该结构单元伸出，这些电触头与插塞连接器40以工作方式耦联。插塞连接器40从壳体盖16的外侧安置到壳体盖上并且在当前例子中有利地与壳体盖16构成一体。插塞连接器40总共具有三个插脚42、44和46，这些插脚用于水传感器的电触头36和38的电触点接通并且同时也用于加热轨条26的电触点接通。

Claims (10)

1.过滤装置(10)、尤其是液体过滤器，包括：设置在过滤器壳体(12)中的过滤元件(18)；用于加热流过所述过滤装置(10)的介质的加热装置；和用于识别收集在所述过滤器壳体(12)中的水的水传感器(28)，其特征在于，所述加热装置构造有至少一个加热轨条(26)并且所述水传感器(28)与所述加热轨条(26)构成结构单元(24)。

8.如权利要求5至7中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，所述水传感器(28)构造有从所述结构元件(30)伸出的电触头(36，38)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，在所述电触头(36，38)上设有能从外面接近的插塞连接器(40)。
10.根据权利要求5至9中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，所述水传感器(28)构造有至少一个从所述结构元件(30)伸出的传感器管脚(32，34)。
