Abstract

一种双级行程单推杆电力液压推动器的活塞缸筒,设置在带有低压通道、串联有电磁阀的回油通道的外壳和电机座之间,进油通道中串联有单向阀,设置在单向阀和活塞缸筒之间的出油孔与电磁阀的进油孔油路连接,活塞缸筒的腰部有槽孔,槽孔与电磁阀的进油孔油路连接。该活塞缸筒将电力液压推动器的总行程分为工作制动级行程和停车制动级行程,在制动器其他结构的配合下,使制动器具有在起重机整个作业期间迅速施加和解除适宜的工作制动力和在停车时逐渐产生强大的停车制动力两种工作状况的目的。

一种双级行程单推杆电力液压推动器的活塞缸筒
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种双级行程单推杆电力液压推动器,尤其是对双级行程功能起重要作用的活塞缸筒。
背景技术
目前,公知的单推杆电力液压推动器结构是外壳和电机座固定连接,外壳和电机座之间固定设置活塞缸筒,活塞缸筒内的活塞固定连接推杆,推杆的一端伸出外壳。当电机座内的电动机带动叶轮旋转向活塞缸筒内泵油时,液压油推动活塞上行;当电动机停止旋转,液压油失去压力经叶轮的间隙返回,活塞下行。活塞的运动带动推杆作用在制动架上,使制动器解除或产生制动力。
但是,由于露天使用的起重机可能遇到大风而造成危险,需要作业期间迅速施加适宜的工作制动力,还需要在停车时产生逐渐强大的停车制动力,目前现有的电力液压推动器不具备这种功能。有采用附件与电力液压推动器共同作用达到具有这两种不同制动力的技术方案,但是采用附件会造成设备结构复杂、调试困难,经常出现电力液压推动器与附件配合不当的故障使附件形同虚设。
发明内容
为了让电力液压推动器具有迅速施加和解除适宜的工作制动力和在停车时逐渐产生强大的停车制动力的功能,需要将总行程分为工作制动级行程和停车制动级行程,在起重机正常作业期间,电力液压推动器工作在能够迅速施加适宜的工作制动力的工作制动极,起重机停车时电力液压推动器在停车制动极逐渐产生强大的停车制动力。本发明提供一种双级行程单推杆电力液压推动器的活塞缸筒,该活塞缸筒在其它结构的配合下能够将总行程分为工作制动级和停车制动级两级行程,达到使制动器具有在整个作业期间迅速施加和解除适宜工作制动力和在停车时逐渐产生强大的停车制动力的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
活塞缸筒设置在带有低压通道、串联有电磁阀的回油通道的外壳和电机座之间,进油通道中串联有单向阀,活塞缸筒的腰部有槽孔,槽孔与电磁阀的进油孔油路连接。
当电磁阀截断回油通道的油路,电动机带动叶轮旋转向活塞缸筒内泵油时,活塞在活塞缸筒内上行,推杆伸出;电动机停止旋转,单向阀截断进油通道,在电磁阀截断回油通道期间,活塞能够自保持在已经上升的位置;电磁阀接通油路,液压油通过槽孔形成的油路返回,由于槽孔通过液压油的能力大,活塞迅速下行,推杆迅速缩回;活塞下行至封闭槽孔的位置后,槽孔形成的油路被截断,同时电磁阀截断油路,活塞不能继续下行,这就是工作制动级行程,在起重机的整个作业期间,活塞在工作行程内配合起重机作往返运行;电磁阀接通油路,活塞在槽孔以下的下降过程中,由于设置在单向阀和活塞缸筒之间的出油孔较小,限制了液压油的流量,活塞带动推杆只能以较慢的速度下行,使制动器产生逐渐加大的停车制动力,这就是停车制动级;达到了将总行程分为工作制动级和停车制动级两级行程,制动器具有在整个作业期间迅速施加和解除适宜的工作制动力和在停车时产生逐渐强大的停车制动力的功能。
本发明的有益效果是,在其他结构的配合下,腰部有槽孔的活塞缸筒将电力液压推动器的总行程分为工作制动级行程和停车制动级行程,使制动器具有在整个作业期间迅速施加和解除适宜工作制动力和在停车时逐渐产生强大的停车制动力的功能。

具体实施方式
由图1所示,活塞缸筒(13)设置在带有低压通道(5)、串联有电磁阀(9)的回油通道(7)的外壳(6)和电机座(2)之间,进油通道(3)中串联有单向阀(4),活塞缸筒(13)的腰部有槽孔(12),槽孔(12)与电磁阀(9)的进油孔(10)油路连接,设置在单向阀(4)与活塞缸筒(13)之间的出油孔(14)与电磁阀(9)的进油孔(10)油路连接,活塞缸筒(13)内设置活塞(11),活塞(11)固定连接推杆(8),推杆(8)的一端伸出外壳(6),当电磁阀(9)截断回油通道(7)的油路,电动机(1)带动叶轮(15)旋转经单向阀(4)向活塞缸筒(13)内泵油时,活塞(11)在活塞缸筒(13)内上行,推杆(8)伸出;电动机(1)停止旋转,单向阀(4)截断进油通道(3),在电磁阀(9)截断回油通道(7)期间,活塞(11)能够自保持在已经上升的位置;电磁阀(9)接通油路,液压油通过槽孔(12)形成的油路返回,由于槽孔(12)通过液压油的能力大,活塞(11)迅速下行,推杆(8)迅速缩回;活塞(11)下行至封闭槽孔(12)的位置后,槽孔形成的油路被截断,同时电磁阀(9)截断回油通道(7),这就是工作制动级行程,在起重机整个作业期间,按照作业的需要活塞(11)在工作制动级行程内往返移动,带动推杆(8)使制动器产生和解除工作制动力;电磁阀(9)接通回油通道(7),活塞(11)在槽孔(12)以下的下降过程中,由于设置在单向阀(4)和活塞缸筒(13)之间的出油孔(14)较小,限制了液压油的流量,活塞(11)带动推杆(8)只能以较慢的速度下行,使制动器逐渐产生强大的停车制动力,这就是停车制动级;这样,将制动器总行程分为工作制动级和停车制动级两级行程,制动器具有在整个作业期间迅速施加和解除适宜的工作制动力和在停车时逐渐产生强大的停车制动力的功能。
