技术领域
本发明涉及一种L-乳酸离交液脱糖工艺,适用于L-乳酸后道提取工序,属于微电筛分膜过滤分离技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在L-乳酸生产工艺中存在的常见问题,即产品中残留的以糖类为主的杂质含量偏高,导致产品在色度等方面不易达标。这是因为发酵结束后残留的多糖和单糖将会随发酵液进入过滤、吸附等提纯工序。虽然由于活性炭和离交树脂的吸附作用将脱去其中部分糖份,但仍有一定量糖份保留在最终产品液中。L-乳酸在浓缩时,所含的微量糖份会焦化而使最终产品的色度超标,部分有机杂质残留在成品中,使产品光学纯度不达标,因此导致产品品相较差。因此设计出一种L-乳酸离交液脱糖工艺,是解决上述问题的关键。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种L-乳酸离交液脱糖工艺,它能够极大限度地将L-乳酸中糖份脱除。
本发明的技术特征是将初步形成含有大量杂质的L-乳酸经过微电筛膜过滤。利用微电筛分膜对带有负电性的L-乳酸亲和性,在微电筛分膜前吸附、膜后解析,从而让L-乳酸加速通过。
本发明具有脱糖效果好、产品色质好、纯度高等优点。
具体实施方式
首先确定酸解中硫酸钙形成大颗粒最佳温度,用温度传感器检测终点酸解温度,且反馈到硫酸流量控制器上;用精密PH计在线检测溶液中的PH值,且反馈到硫酸流量控制器上。按设定要求控制硫酸的流量,从而实现控制区溶液温度和酸碱度的目的。将上述得到初步形成的含有糖的大量杂质的L-乳酸通过微电筛分膜过滤去除糖份和杂质。上述过程中利用微电筛分膜对带有负电性的L-乳酸亲和性,在微电筛分膜前吸附、膜后解析,从而让L-乳酸加速通过。同时微电筛分元件采用了大多膜元件的交叉流过滤流场模型,通过原液侧流体的湍流作用抑制被截留物在材料表层的富集,可使处理效率维持在较高的水平。
