Abstract

本发明公开了一种包片机自动叠片机构,包括设于支架上的转盘,所述转盘平面与水平面垂直,所述转盘平面中部设有与转盘同步转动的静链轮,所述转盘平面外圆以静链轮为中心均匀转接有若干个同步链轮,所述静链轮与同步链轮齿数相等,所述同步链轮连接有承托极板的支撑装置,所述同步链轮与所述静链轮通过链条传动,所述转盘左侧设有向支撑装置上放置极板的输送装置,转盘右侧设有接收支撑装置放下极板的卸料装置。本发明通过设置一转盘,并在转盘轴上设置静链轮、转盘平面设置同步链轮及链条组成的链条系统,使与同步链轮连接的支撑装置上极板处于水平状态,因而可以将输入的极板依次水平叠放起来,结构简单、工作可靠,叠片效率高。

本发明涉及包片机。
背景技术
申请号为200620039126.0的中国实用新型于2007年4月4公开了一种叠片机构,由推伸气缸机构、右链轮机构、左链轮机构、同步传动机构和底板组成,该右链轮机构与该左链轮机构放置在该推伸气缸机构两侧,通过该推伸气缸机构连接在一起,并左右对称固定在该底板上,该右链轮机构与该左链轮机构之间形成一个可供平板工件组成的集群通过的上下通道,该同步传动机构与该右链轮机构和该左链轮机构连接在一起。其利用同步传动机构与自动控制系统连接而实现极板叠片自动化。但是此种叠片机构结构复杂,叠片效率也不够高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术就是一种结构简单、工作可靠,叠片效率高的自动叠片机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:包括设于支架上的转盘,所述转盘平面与水平面垂直,所述转盘平面中部设有与转盘同步转动的静链轮,所述转盘平面外圆以静链轮为中心均匀转接有若干个同步链轮,所述静链轮与同步链轮齿数相等,所述同步链轮连接有承托极板的支撑装置,所述同步链轮与所述静链轮通过链条传动,所述转盘左侧设有向支撑装置上放置极板的输送装置,转盘右侧设有接收支撑装置放下极板的卸料装置。
优选的,所述转盘在所述静链轮侧方设有两个张紧链轮,所述链条从静链轮引出经两个张紧链轮后绕在所述同步链轮上。
优选的,所述转盘包括两块侧板,两块侧板固定在转盘轴上,转盘轴架设于支架上,两块侧板间中空,所述静链轮、同步链轮及张紧链轮成对对称设置在所述两块侧板外侧平面上,所述支撑装置设于两块侧板间中空空间内。
优选的,所述同步链轮设于同步链轮轴上,所述同步链轮轴与所述侧板间设有轴套,轴套与同步链轮轴间设有轴承,所述同步链轮轴邻侧板内侧端固定有安装块,所述安装块设于所述轴套内,所述支撑装置设于所述安装块内。
优选的,所述支撑装置包括设于安装块内的至少一块自动回位块,所述自动回位块设于同步链轮轴外圆周外侧,所述自动回位块一端设突出部伸入两块侧板间,两相对的同步链轮上的两自动回位块突出部配合支撑极板,自动回位块另一端与轴套间设有压簧。一个同步链轮上设有两块自动回位块,两块自动回位块以同步链轮轴中心为对称中心线对称设置。所述自动回位块块的突出部截面为直角三角形结构,其中外露的直角边随着同步链轮转动一直位于斜边上方并保持水平以支撑极板。
优选的,所述同步链轮设有六对并成对对称设置在所述两块侧板外侧。
优选的,所述输送装置为两条并列设置的送料皮带,所述卸料装置为两条并列设置的卸料板。
优选的,所述转盘轴上固定有主动链轮,所述主动链轮与驱动装置连接。
本发明通过设置一转盘,并在转盘轴上设置静链轮、转盘平面设置同步链轮及链条组成的链条系统,使与同步链轮连接的支撑装置上极板处于水平状态,因而可以将输入的极板依次水平叠放起来,结构简单、工作可靠,叠片效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,为本发明的包片机自动叠片机构,包括设于支架8上的转盘1,所述转盘平面与水平面垂直,所述转盘平面中部设有与转盘同步转动的静链轮2,所述转盘平面外圆以静链轮为中心均匀转接有若干个同步链轮3,所述静链轮与同步链轮齿数相等,所述同步链轮连接有承托极板14的支撑装置,所述同步链轮与所述静链轮通过链条5传动,所述转盘左侧设有向支撑装置上放置极板的输送装置6,转盘右侧设有接收支撑装置放下极板的卸料装置7。所述转盘1在所述静链轮2侧方设有两个张紧链轮4,所述链条5从静链轮引出经两个张紧链轮后绕在所述同步链轮3上。所述转盘1包括两块侧板13,两块侧板固定在转盘轴上,转盘轴架设于支架8上,两块侧板间中空,所述静链轮2、同步链轮3及张紧链轮4成对对称设置在所述两块侧板外侧平面上,所述支撑装置设于两块侧板间中空空间内。
所述同步链轮3设于同步链轮轴15上,所述同步链轮轴与所述侧板间设有轴套16,轴套与同步链轮轴间设有轴承,所述同步链轮轴邻侧板内侧端固定有安装块20,所述安装块设于所述轴套内,所述支撑装置设于所述安装块内。所述支撑装置包括设于安装块内的至少一块自动回位块11,所述自动回位块设于同步链轮轴外圆周外侧,所述自动回位块一端设突出部17伸入两块侧板间,两相对的同步链轮上的两自动回位块突出部配合支撑极板,自动回位块另一端与轴套间设有压簧12。一个同步链轮上设有两块自动回位块11,两块自动回位块以同步链轮轴中心为对称中心线对称设置。所述自动回位块块的突出部17截面为直角三角形结构,其中外露的直角边19随着同步链轮转动一直位于斜边18上方并保持水平以支撑极板。所述同步链轮3设有六对并成对对称设置在所述两块侧板外侧。所述输送装置6为两条并列设置的送料皮带,所述卸料装置7为两条并列设置的卸料板。所述转盘轴上固定有主动链轮9,所述主动链轮与驱动装置连接,所述静链轮也固定于所述转盘轴上。
本发明工作原理为:当转盘轴与主动链轮作顺时针旋转时带动转盘也作顺时针旋转,由于静止链轮是通过连接法兰以及轴承固定在主动轴上且始终保持初始状态,所以链条绕着静止链轮作转动,此时链条绕着静链轮作转动,链条运动方向如图所示,所以链条带动六个同步链轮作逆时针旋转。由于静链轮与六个同步链轮齿数相等,所以转盘旋转角速度与六个同步链轮旋转角速度相等且方向相反。此时就单个同步链轮而言,由于其公转角速度与自转角速度相互抵销,由此可保证无论转盘转到什么角度,同步链轮的安装角度都保持不变,所以安装在同步链轮上的自动回位块工作面可一直保持水平以方便托起极板,当托起极板的自动回位块旋转至卸料板上方时,自动回位块下斜面会受到卸料板的挤压而自动回缩,从而将极板组放置在卸料板上。当极板组堆叠至设定数量时,由下一工序的部件将堆叠在卸料板上的极群送至指定位置,如此即完成一次堆叠工作。
该机构由于采用了六工位机构设计与数字化叠片控制相结合(极板组堆叠数量可按工艺要求进行设置)。具有堆叠效率高、堆叠极板组数量准、设置快(每次所堆叠的极板组数量),极板组输送位置精确等优点。

Claims (10)

1.包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:包括设于支架(8)上的转盘(1),所述转盘中心设于转盘轴上,转盘平面与水平面垂直,所述转盘轴上转动连接静链轮(2),所述转盘平面外圆以静链轮为中心均匀转接有若干个同步链轮(3),所述静链轮与同步链轮齿数相等,所述同步链轮连接有承托极板(14)的支撑装置,所述同步链轮与所述静链轮通过链条(5)传动,所述转盘左侧设有向支撑装置上放置极板的输送装置(6),转盘右侧设有接收支撑装置放下极板的卸料装置(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述转盘(1)在所述静链轮(2)侧方设有两个张紧链轮(4),所述链条(5)从静链轮引出经两个张紧链轮后绕在所述同步链轮(3)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述转盘(1)包括两块侧板(13),两块侧板固定在转盘轴上,转盘轴架设于支架(8)上,两块侧板间中空,所述静链轮(2)、同步链轮(3)及张紧链轮(4)成对对称设置在所述两块侧板外侧平面上,所述支撑装置设于两块侧板间中空空间内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述同步链轮(3)设于同步链轮轴(15)上,所述同步链轮轴与所述侧板间设有轴套(16),轴套与同步链轮轴间设有轴承,所述同步链轮轴邻侧板内侧端固定有安装块(20),所述安装块设于所述轴套内,所述支撑装置设于所述安装块内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述支撑装置包括设于安装块内的至少一块自动回位块(11),所述自动回位块设于同步链轮轴外圆周外侧,所述自动回位块一端设突出部(17)伸入两块侧板间,两相对的同步链轮上的两自动回位块突出部配合支撑极板,自动回位块另一端与轴套间设有压簧(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:一个同步链轮上设有两块自动回位块(11),两块自动回位块以同步链轮轴中心为对称中心线对称设置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述自动回位块块的突出部(17)截面为直角三角形结构,其中外露的直角边(19)随着同步链轮转动一直位于斜边(18)上方并保持水平以支撑极板。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述同步链轮(3)设有六对并成对对称设置在所述两块侧板外侧。
9.根据权利要求8所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述输送装置(6)为两条并列设置的送料皮带,所述卸料装置(7)为两条并列设置的卸料板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的包片机自动叠片机构,其特征在于:所述转盘轴上固定有主动链轮(9),所述主动链轮与驱动装置连接。
