本发明属于输电设备技术领域,涉及一种双层防护防水母线及其制造方法。本发明的双层防护防水母线包括有由槽体和盖板组成的壳体,所述槽体是由一个底板和两个侧板构成的U形等截面结构,侧板顶部边缘具有向外的翻边,盖板两侧边缘具有与翻边相配合的向内的插槽,使盖板与侧板可以纵向插接配合;所述槽体和盖板均为树脂材料拉制成型的等截面结构;所述壳体内设置有多相导电排,导电排与壳体内表面之间由树脂浇注体浇注填充。本发明的产品防水绝缘能力强、体积紧凑、制造工艺简单、成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于输电设备技术领域,涉及一种双层防护防水母线。
背景技术
现有的防水母线通常是在整体结构的树脂绝缘体中嵌入各相导电排,使导电排与树脂绝缘体固结为一个防水的整体。其制造过程通常采用浇注方法。生产过程中,将导电排安置在专用模具中,再进行树脂的浇注、固化和脱模,形成产品。这类产品的缺陷是:1、由于浇注成型的树脂材料强度较低,需要浇注较厚的绝缘树脂以满足强度要求,不仅材料消耗较大,并且母线的体积较大,影响其运输和安装;2、单层的树脂防护层,难以满足较高的防水绝缘的要求;3、需要专用浇注模具生产,经过浇注、固化、脱模、表面清理等工序,制造工艺复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防水绝缘能力强、体积紧凑、制造工艺简单、成本低的双层防护防水母线。
本发明的双层防护防水母线包括有由槽体和盖板组成的壳体,所述槽体是由一个底板和两个侧板构成的U形等截面结构,侧板顶部边缘具有向外的翻边,盖板两侧边缘具有与翻边相配合的向内的插槽,使盖板与侧板可以纵向插接配合;所述槽体和盖板均为树脂材料拉制成型的等截面结构;所述壳体内设置有多相导电排,导电排与壳体内表面之间由树脂浇注体浇注填充。
本发明的上述双层防护防水母线通过以下方法制造:
第一步,通过拉制成型的方法制造构成壳体的槽体和盖板;
第二步,将各相导电排按照要求的位置安置在水平放置的上述槽体中,导电排两端套装硅胶模头,使硅胶模头封堵住槽体的两端;
第三步,向槽体内浇注树脂材料,使浇注的树脂材料充满槽体内腔,然后在浇注材料未固化前将盖板插接安装到槽体上将槽体封装,待浇注材料固化后拆除硅胶模头,获得成品。
本发明的优点是:1、通过设置壳体和树脂浇注体双层防护材料,提高了产品的绝缘和防水能力;2、由于外层的壳体通过拉制成型,其成型强度较高,可以对内层的浇注体进行有效的加强,不仅提高了整体强度,并且可减少材料用量;3、树脂浇注体可直接浇注在壳体内成型,无需专用浇注模具,也无需脱模和表面清理,其制造设备和工艺简单,制造成本低;4、产品结构紧凑、体积小、运输和安装方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明的双层防护防水母线包括有由槽体1和盖板2组成的壳体,所述槽体是由一个底板11和两个侧板12构成的U形等截面结构,侧板顶部边缘具有向外的翻边13,盖板2两侧边缘具有与翻边相配合的向内的插槽21,使盖板与侧板可以纵向插接配合;槽体1和盖板2均为树脂材料拉制成型的等截面结构;壳体内设置有多相导电排3,导电排与壳体内表面之间由树脂浇注体4浇注填充。
本发明双层防护防水母线的制造方法是:
第一步,通过拉制成型的方法制造构成壳体的槽体和盖板;
第二步,将各相导电排按照要求的位置安置在水平放置的上述槽体中,导电排两端套装硅胶模头,使硅胶模头封堵住槽体的两端;
第三步,向槽体内浇注树脂材料,使浇注的树脂材料充满槽体内腔,然后在浇注材料未固化前将盖板插接安装到槽体上将槽体封装,待浇注材料固化后拆除硅胶模头,获得成品。

1.一种双层防护防水母线,其特征是:该母线包括有由槽体(1)和盖板(2)组成的壳体,所述槽体是由一个底板(11)和两个侧板(12)构成的U形等截面结构,侧板顶部边缘具有向外的翻边(13),盖板(2)两侧边缘具有与翻边相配合的向内的插槽(21),使盖板与侧板能够纵向插接配合;槽体(1)和盖板(2)均为树脂材料拉制成型的等截面结构;壳体内设置有多相导电排(3),导电排(3)与壳体内表面之间由树脂浇注体(4)浇注填充,该母线是通过如下有序的方法步骤来制成的:第一步,通过拉制成型的方法制造构成壳体的槽体和盖板;第二步,将各相导电排按照要求的位置安置在水平放置的上述槽体中,导电排两端套装硅胶模头,使硅胶模头封堵住槽体的两端;第三步,向槽体内浇注树脂材料,使浇注的树脂材料充满槽体内腔,然后在浇注材料未固化前将盖板插接安装到槽体上将槽体封装,待浇注材料固化后拆除硅胶模头,获得成品。
