本实用新型属于输电设备,涉及一种双层防护防水母线。
背景技术
现有的防水母线通常是在整体结构的树脂绝缘体中嵌入各相导电排,使导电排与树脂绝缘体固结为一个防水的整体。其制造过程通常采用浇注方法。生产过程中,将导电排安置在专用模具中,再进行树脂的浇注、固化和脱模,形成产品。这类产品的缺陷是:1、由于浇注成型的树脂材料强度较低,需要浇注较厚的绝缘层以满足强度要求,不仅材料消耗较大,并且母线的体积较大,影响其运输和安装;2、单层的树脂防护层,难以满足较高的防水绝缘的要求;3、需要专用浇注模具生产,脱模会有很多树脂碎屑,产生二次浪费及环境污染,脱模后需去边角并需、打磨,加工时间所需较长,模具需多次清理,工人劳动强度大、制造工艺复杂、制造成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防水绝缘能力强、体积紧凑、制造工艺简单、成本低的双层防护防水母线。
本实用新型的双层防护防水母线包括有由槽体和盖板组成的壳体,所述槽体是由一个底板和两个侧板构成的U形等截面结构,侧板顶部边缘具有向外的翻边,盖板两侧边缘具有与翻边相配合的向内的插槽,使盖板与侧板可以纵向插接配合;所述槽体和盖板均为树脂材料拉制成型的等截面结构;所述壳体内设置有多相导电排,导电排与壳体内表面之间由树脂浇注体浇注填充。
本实用新型的优点是:1、通过设置壳体和树脂浇注体双层防护材料,提高了绝缘和防水能力;2、由于外层的壳体通过拉制成型,其成型强度较高,可以对内层的浇注体进行有效的加强,不仅提高了整体强度,并且可减少材料用量;3、树脂浇注体可直接浇注在壳体内成型,无需专用浇注模具,也无需脱模和表面清理,其制造设备和工艺简单,制造成本低;4、结构紧凑、体积小、运输和安装方便。
