技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动化设备，尤其涉及一种全自动肉皮剥离机。
背景技术
畜胴体分割加工企业对畜胴体(例如：猪胴体)进行分割后，有的还要对分割肉进行肉皮剥离，常规的肉皮剥离方法是人工刮削，繁重的体力劳动，不易掌握的技术，使肉皮质量得不到保证，出皮率也不高。另外人工剥离后的肉皮上仍有肉、脂肪等滞留，必须将脂肪等全部剔除的肉皮才是可进一步加工的合格的肉皮。
同时，为了回收脂肪使其得到充分利用，也必须将肉皮上的脂肪等干干净净剔除。已有各种去鱼皮机和果皮机等装置，但是目前尚没有针对屠宰后的畜胴体的去皮设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全自动肉皮剥离机，实现不仅能把动物体肉与皮自动分离，还能把残留于肉皮上的脂肪自动去除，既不损伤肉皮，又有较高的效率。
一种全自动肉皮剥离机，包括机架、输入输送带、输出输送带、分脂部件、滚轮组件、滚轮调节部件、去脂刀部件、清齿部件、滚齿组件和调刀组件。滚齿组件由皮带与输入输送带相连。
机架包括架体、右侧板和左侧板。
滚齿组件包括滚齿本体、设于滚齿本体一端的第一链轮和设于滚齿本体另一端的第二链轮。
滚轮组件包括滚轮、第一滚轮调节转块、第二滚轮调节转块、滚轮链轮、后轴、换向链轮、第一过轮和第二过论。其中，滚轮和后轴平行设于第一和第二滚轮调节转块之间，换向链轮、第一过轮和第二过轮设于第一滚轮调节转块外侧，滚轮链轮与滚轮共轴。
分脂组件包括分脂件、分脂转轴、第一分脂支板、第二分脂支板和侧拉杆。分脂件与分脂转轴平行，均设于第一分脂支板和第二分脂支板之间，侧拉杆套设于分脂转轴上，其上设有若干拉杆通孔与输出输送带的侧面配合。分脂件包括轴体和与轴体垂直的若干支杆，工作时，被分离的脂肪容易堆积，通过分脂轴小轴，可将堆积的脂肪分离，以便脂肪通过后输送带输送出。拉杆通孔与输出输送带侧面配合，调节机壳翻转，以利于机器清洗。
滚轮调节部件包括滚轮支架、滚轮偏心调节轴、定位轴、第一滚轮连杆和第二滚轮连杆。定位轴固定于滚轮支架，并与架体配合使滚轮部件固定于机架上。滚轮偏心调节轴穿设并固定于滚轮支架，滚轮调节手柄设于滚轮偏心调节轴一端，第一滚轮连杆和第二滚轮连杆分别套设于偏心调节轴两端。
清齿部件包括清齿轴、清齿片和拆卸手柄。若干清齿片设于清齿轴，拆卸手柄设于清齿轴一端。
调刀组件包括固定块、调刀定轴、调刀偏心调节轴、第一摆动架和第二摆动架。第一摆动架和第二摆动架均通过弹簧设于调刀偏心调节轴的两端，第一摆动架和第二摆动架均设有固定座和滑轴。
去脂刀部件包括刀片、上压板、下压板和固定支架，刀片设于上压板和下压板之间。固定支架上设有开口，与第一摆动架和第二摆动架上的滑轴配合。
本发明技术方案实现的有益效果：
本发明公开的一种全自动肉皮剥离机，适用于肉皮剥离的创新设备，采用先进的机械去皮技术，可将肉皮自动分离，或者用于把残留于肉皮上的脂肪自动去除，既不损伤肉皮，又有较高的效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细描述本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示，本发明全自动肉皮剥离机一实施例的结构示意图，图2为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机一实施例的分解结构示意图。本发明包括机架1、输入输送带2、输出输送带3、分脂部件4、滚轮组件5、滚轮调节部件6、去脂刀部件7、清齿部件8、滚齿组件9和调刀组件10。
机架1包括架体11、右侧板12和左侧板13。
图3为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机分脂部件的结构示意图，如图所示，分脂部件4包括分脂件41、分脂转轴42、第一分脂支板43、第二分脂支板44和侧拉杆45。分脂件41与分脂转轴42平行，均设于第一分脂支板43和第二分脂支板44之间，侧拉杆45套设于分脂转轴42上，其上设有若干拉杆通孔与输出输送带2的侧面配合。分脂件41包括轴体411和与轴体垂直的若干支杆412，工作时，被分离的脂肪容易堆积，通过分脂轴小轴，可将堆积的脂肪分离，以便脂肪通过后输送带输送出。拉杆通孔与输出输送带2侧面配合，调节机壳翻转，以利于机器清洗。
图4为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机滚轮组件，如图所示，滚轮组件5包括滚轮51、第一滚轮调节转块52、第二滚轮调节转块53、滚轮链轮54、后轴55、换向链轮56、第一过轮57和第二过论58。其中，滚轮51和后轴55平行设于第一和第二滚轮调节转块52，53之间，换向链轮56、第一过轮57和第二过论58设于第一滚轮调节转块52外侧，滚轮链轮54与滚轮51共轴。
图5为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机滚轮调节部件，如图所示，滚轮调节部件6包括滚轮支架61、滚轮偏心调节轴62、定位轴63、第一滚轮连杆64和第二滚轮连杆65。定位轴63固定于滚轮支架61，并与架体11配合使滚轮部件固定于机架上。偏心调节轴62穿设并固定于滚轮支架，滚轮调节手柄设于偏心调节轴62一端，第一滚轮连杆64和第二滚轮连杆65分别套设于偏心调节轴62两端。
图6为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机去脂刀部件分解图，如图所示，去脂刀部件7包括刀片71、上压板72、下压板73和固定支架74，刀片71设于上压板72和下压板73之间。固定支架74上设有开口741。
图7为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机清齿部件，如图所示，清齿部件8包括清齿轴81、清齿片82和拆卸手柄83。若干清齿片82设于清齿轴81，拆卸手柄83设于清齿轴81一端。
图8为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机滚齿组件，如图所示，滚齿组件9包括滚齿本体91、设于滚齿本体91一端的第一链轮92和设于滚齿本体另一端的第二链轮93。
图9为本发明全自动肉皮剥离机调刀组件，如图所示，调刀组件10包括第一摆动架101、第二摆动架102、固定块103、调刀定轴104、调刀偏心调节轴105。第一摆动架101和第二摆动架102均通过弹簧分别设于调刀定轴104的两端，第一摆动架101和第二摆动架102均设有固定座106和滑轴107。滑轴107配合安装于开口741。

Claims (2)

1.一种全自动肉皮剥离机，其特征是包括
机架包括架体、右侧板和左侧板；
滚齿组件包括滚齿本体、设于滚齿本体一端的第一链轮和设于滚齿本体另一端的第二链轮；
滚轮组件包括滚轮、第一滚轮调节转块、第二滚轮调节转块、滚轮链轮、后轴、换向链轮、第一过轮和第二过轮，所述的滚轮和所述的后轴平行设于所述的第一和第二滚轮调节转块之间，所述的换向链轮、所述的第一过轮和所述的第二过轮设于所述的第一滚轮调节转块外侧，所述的换向链轮与所述的滚轮共轴；
分脂部件包括分脂件、分脂转轴、第一分脂支板、第二分脂支板和侧拉杆，所述的分脂件与所述的分脂转轴平行，均设于所述的第一分脂支板和所述的第二分脂支板之间，所述的侧拉杆套设于所述的分脂转轴上，其上设有若干拉杆通孔与输出输送带的侧面配合；
滚轮调节部件包括滚轮支架、滚轮偏心调节轴、定位轴、第一滚轮连杆和第二滚轮连杆，所述的定位轴固定于所述的滚轮支架，并与所述的架体配合使滚轮部件固定于机架上，所述的滚轮偏心调节轴穿设并固定于所述的滚轮支架，滚轮调节手柄设于所述的滚轮偏心调节轴一端，所述的第一滚轮连杆和所述的第二滚轮连杆分别套设于所述的偏心调节轴两端；
清齿部件包括清齿轴、清齿片和拆卸手柄，若干所述的清齿片设于所述的清齿轴，所述的拆卸手柄设于所述的清齿轴一端；
调刀组件包括固定块、调刀定轴、调刀偏心调节轴、第一摆动架和第二摆动架，所述的第一摆动架和所述的第二摆动架均通过弹簧分别设于所述的调刀定轴的两端，所述的第一摆动架和所述的第二摆动架均设有固定座和滑轴；
去脂刀部件包括刀片、上压板、下压板和固定支架，所述的刀片设于所述的上压板和所述的下压板之间，所述的固定支架上设有开口，与所述的第一摆动架和所述的第二摆动架上的所述的滑轴配合；
所述的滚齿组件由皮带与所述的输入输送带相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动肉皮剥离机，其特征是所述的分脂件包括轴体和与轴体垂直的若干支杆。
