链条驱动机构,所述链条驱动机构包括:

将链条放置在链轮周围以及在安装到最终驱动组件的另一链轮周围;
将具有固接到其上的行星齿轮组的齿圈构件的变速器壳体安装到保持好的行星架组件上;
移除夹具;以及
将马达/发电机的轴安装到行星齿轮组的太阳轮构件中;马达/发电机藉此可操作地连接,用于向最终驱动组件提供扭矩。
15. 根据方案14所述的方法,还包括:
在安装马达/发电机之前倒置安装好的变速器壳体。

具体实施方式
参考附图,在附图中相同的附图标记指代相同的部件,图1示出了具有混合动力动力系12的车辆10。动力系12包括发动机14、前轮驱动自动变速器16以及单个离轴马达/发电机18,它们均操作性地连接到最终驱动机构20,用于向车辆车轮提供推进动力,如本文进一步讨论的。
发动机14包括发动机输出构件22,该输出构件通过变矩器24连接到变速器输入构件26,该变矩器包括旁通离合器和阻尼机构25。变速器输入构件26通过变速器齿轮传动配置操作性地连接到同轴变速器输出构件28,该变速器齿轮传动配置包括三个行星齿轮组30、32、34、三个制动器B1、B2、B3、两个旋转式离合器C1和C2以及单向辊从动件F1,它们以不同的组合接合以在变速器输入构件26与变速器输出构件28之间建立倒档速度比和六个前进速度比。制动器B1、B2、B3可选择性地接合以将行星齿轮组30、32、34的不同构件固接到固定的变速器壳体36。变速器输入构件26和变速器输出构件28同轴地配置以围绕第一旋转轴线A1旋转并且建立该第一旋转轴线A1。
通过接合离合器C1和制动器B1建立倒档速度比。通过接合制动器B2建立第一前进速度比。通过接合制动器B3和制动器B2建立第二前进速度比。通过接合离合器C1和制动器B2建立第三前进速度比。通过接合离合器C2和制动器B2建立第四前进速度比。通过接合离合器C1和离合器C2建立第五前进速度比。通过接合制动器B3和离合器C2建立第六前进速度比。倒档速度比和六个前进速度比是在变速器输入构件26与变速器输出构件28之间的固定比。制动器和离合器的接合通过电气液压系统来实现,该电气液压系统包括根据车辆操作状况控制接合的变速器控制器(未示出)。
第一链轮40安装到变速器输出构件28用于一起旋转(即,以相同速度旋转)。第一链条42将链轮40与轴向分段的双链轮44的第一部分41连接,该双链轮44安装到最终驱动输入构件45用于一起旋转。双链轮44连接到最终驱动配置20的行星齿轮组46的太阳轮52,用于一起旋转。行星齿轮组46还包括行星架56,所述行星架旋转地支承小齿轮58。小齿轮58与太阳轮构件52和齿圈构件54啮合。齿圈构件54固接到变速器壳体36。行星架构件56连接到最终驱动输出构件60,该最终驱动输出构件通过最终驱动差动器向车辆车轮提供扭矩,该最终驱动差动器在图1未示出,但是这是本领域技术人员充分理解的。最终驱动输入构件45和最终驱动输出构件60建立第二旋转轴线A2。
马达/发电机18包括围绕转子64的定子62,如已知的那样。在控制器C根据车辆操作状况的控制下,存储在蓄电池B中的电能通过逆变器I输送到定子62上。当电功率被供应给定子62时,转子64和连接到其上的马达轴66旋转。相反地,当马达/发电机18被控制作为发电机操作时,定子62可将来自于转子64的扭矩转化为存储在蓄电池B中的电能。马达轴66连接到行星齿轮组70的太阳轮构件72。太阳轮构件72与马达轴66同心地安装。转子64、马达轴66以及可操作地连接到其上的行星齿轮组70建立第三旋转轴线A3。行星齿轮组70还包括行星架构件76,该行星架构件旋转地支承小齿轮78。小齿轮78与太阳轮构件72以及与固接到变速器壳体36的齿圈构件74啮合。第二链轮80与行星架构件76连接用于一起旋转。第二链条82将第二链轮80连接到轴向分段链轮44的第二部分84。第一链条42、第二链条82以及链轮40、80、44建立链条驱动机构。链条驱动机构允许扭矩在变速器16与最终驱动配置20之间、以及在马达/发电机18与最终驱动配置20之间传输。因此,链条驱动机构允许离轴马达/发电机18将扭矩传输给最终驱动配置20。
优选地,行星齿轮组70在马达/发电机18与最终驱动输出构件45之间提供减速齿轮传动,以通过较小的马达/发电机来向最终驱动配置20提供足够的扭矩。马达/发电机18“离轴”的定位(即,在与变速器输入构件26和变速器输出构件28不同的轴线上)允许常规自动变速器18转换为混合动力变速器而不影响动力系12的总长度。
在替代性实施例中,第一链条42和第二链条82可由单个链条来替换,该单个链条围绕第一链轮40、第二链轮80、以及安装成与最终驱动输入构件45一起旋转并且替换轴向分段链轮44的第三链轮,以在变速器输出构件28、马达/发电机18和最终驱动配置20之间传输扭矩。如果需要的话,在这种单链条实施例中可使用附加的链条引导器。本领域技术人员将理解在哪个位置放置这种链条引导器。
在其它实施例中,第一链条42和第二链条82可用其它类型的驱动系统(例如,传递齿轮)来置换,以将扭矩从一个旋转轴线传递至另一旋转轴线。在其它实施例中,马达/发电机可与输出构件或最终驱动输入构件同心(即,使得仅存在两个旋转轴线),在该情形中,具有链条或传递齿轮的驱动组件仅会在两个旋转轴线之间传递扭矩。在又另一替代性实施例中,例如在后轮驱动车辆中,输出构件、最终驱动输入构件和马达/发电机将会绕公共轴线旋转,在该情形中将不必要具有链条或传递齿轮。
可选的起动机马达90示出为通过带式交流起动机系统92可操作地连接到发动机输出构件22(即,曲轴)。起动机马达可以是12伏起动机系统,其可操作地连接到蓄电池B或连接到不同蓄电池。本领域技术人员已知这种起动机系统的许多实施例。
混合动力动力系12可操作在几种不同的操作模式中,取决于车辆操作状况。包括控制器C的一个或多个控制器控制离合器C1、C2和制动器B1、B2、B3的接合以及发动机14和马达/发电机18的操作,以建立各种操作模式。起动机马达90可用于将发动机14启动在“冷启动”(即,车辆已经被驱动一定时间段之后)、或在启动/停止情形(即,当车辆被操作时,或者在遇到红灯停止之后、或者从纯电动操作模式过渡至需要操作发动机14的模式时)。替代性地,通过将扭矩经过变速器16提供给发动机输出构件22以使得发动机14开动,马达/发电机18可被控制以启动发动机14。
混合动力动力系12可操作在上述六个前进速度比和倒档固定速度比中的任何一个中。此外,马达/发电机18可将扭矩通过行星齿轮组70和链条驱动机构添加到最终驱动配置20,以从仅发动机操作模式中的任一种变换,以建立混合动力操作模式,在该混合动力操作模式中,推进动力由发动机14和马达/发电机18两者提供。马达/发电机18可被控制作为发电机操作,以捕获车辆制动能量,以存储为蓄电池B中的电能。此外,混合动力动力系12可操作在纯电动操作模式,其中发动机14停止并且推进动力由马达/发电机18提供。在高速车辆巡航期间这可能是合适的。当需要车辆加速或当蓄电池B达到预定充电状态时,发动机14可由马达/发电机18再启动或由可选的起动机马达90再启动,如上所述。
参考图2,示出了混合动力动力系12的三个轴线配置。在图2中,移除了变速器壳体36的一部分、马达轴66、行星齿轮组70以及最终驱动配置20的一部分。在第二链条82通过变速器壳体36的位置使用密封件。在图2中示出了第一链轮40和轴向分段链轮44的一部分。
图3示出了包括行星架构件56和小齿轮58的最终驱动配置20。差动机构94将扭矩从最终驱动输出构件60分配到前驱车轴96A、96B,所述最终驱动输出构件60连接到行星架构件56用于一起旋转。在图3中移除了行星齿轮组70、链轮80和链条82以及齿圈构件54、链轮40和变速器输出构件28。
图4示出了包括马达壳体98的马达发电机18,所述马达壳体围绕定子62和转子64。还示出了具有连接到行星架76的链轮80的行星齿轮组70连同连接到链轮80的第二链条82。马达轴66花键连接到太阳轮构件72。齿圈构件74固接到变速器壳体36。
参考图5,示出了最终驱动配置20的一部分。示出了具有第一链轮部分41的轴向分段链轮44,该第一链轮部分与第二链轮部分84轴向间隔开。第二链条82示出为在第二链轮部分84上,第一链条42示出为在第一链轮部分41上。轴向分段链轮44与太阳轮构件52花键连接用于一起旋转。齿圈构件54固接到变速器壳体36。行星架构件56连接到最终驱动输出构件60用于一起旋转。差动机构94将来自于最终驱动输出构件60的扭矩分配到车辆车轮。
马达/发电机18的离轴定位允许马达/发电机18的容易安装以及马达/发电机18的移除,用于维护和/或维修。具体地,图6示出了组装混合动力变速器的方法100,和更具体地将具有链条驱动机构的离轴马达/发电机18组装到变速器16的其余部分上的方法的流程图。方法100在步骤102开始,其中在图4中以虚线示出的夹具99用于将行星齿轮组70的行星架组件保持在期望轴向和径向位置。更具体地,夹具99保持行星架构件76与小齿轮78和太阳轮构件72连同连接到行星架构件76的第二链轮80。在步骤102,齿圈构件74还未安装。在步骤104,第二链条84围绕链轮80以及围绕轴向分段链轮44放置,如图1和5所示。在步骤106,具有固接到其上的齿圈构件74的变速器壳体36的一部分被安装到保持好的行星架组件上,所述行星架组件包括行星架构件76。变速器壳体36的该部分可称为钟形壳体。更具体地,齿圈构件74花键连接到小齿轮78。变速器壳体36可在将齿圈构件74花键连接到小齿轮78的方向上移动。在步骤108,然后,夹具99通过轴向远离行星齿轮组70滑动(即,至图4的左侧)而被移除。现在变速器壳体36将组装后的行星齿轮组70保持到位。于是,变速器壳体36在步骤110倒置,并且在步骤112通过将马达轴66与太阳轮构件72对齐并且将马达壳体98引导到变速器壳体36上来安装马达/发电机18。对于修复和维护,通过将马达壳体98远离行星齿轮组70滑动而可容易地移除马达/发电机18。行星齿轮组70将通过由变速器壳体36固定而保持到位,直到马达/发电机18可被重新安装为止。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于车辆的混合动力动力系,包括:
发动机;
变速器,所述变速器具有配置成接收来自于发动机的动力的变速器输入构件、变速器输出构件、以及齿轮传动配置,所述齿轮传动配置将变速器输入构件可操作地连接到变速器输出构件;
最终驱动配置,所述最终驱动配置具有可操作地连接到变速器输出构件的最终驱动输入构件;和
马达/发电机,所述马达/发电机可操作地连接到位于变速器齿轮传动配置下游的最终驱动输入构件,使得用于推进车辆的驱动动力可在至少一种操作模式中由发动机通过变速器齿轮传动配置、在至少另一操作模式中由位于变速器齿轮传动配置下游的马达/发电机、以及在又一操作模式中由发动机和马达/发电机两者输送至最终驱动输入构件,
其中变速器输出构件围绕第一旋转轴线旋转;其中最终驱动输入构件围绕第二旋转轴线旋转;其中马达/发电机以第三旋转轴线旋转;并且
其中所述第一旋转轴线、第二旋转轴线以及第三旋转轴线相互偏置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力动力系,还包括:
驱动系统,所述驱动系统将变速器输出构件和马达/发电机可操作地连接到最终驱动输入构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力动力系,其中,驱动系统包括:
第一链条;
第二链条;
第一链轮,所述第一链轮连接到变速器输出构件用于一起旋转;和
双链轮,所述双链轮具有第一部分和连接到第一部分用于一起旋转的第二部分;其中所述双链轮可操作地连接到最终驱动配置并且可绕第二旋转轴线旋转;
其中,第一链条将第一链轮可操作地连接到双链轮的第一部分;以及
其中,第二链条将马达/发电机轴可操作地连接到双链轮的第二部分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力动力系,其中,变速器具有变速器壳体,且还包括:
行星齿轮组,所述行星齿轮组具有可操作地连接到马达/发电机用于一起旋转的第一构件、可操作地连接到驱动系统用于驱动所述驱动系统的第二构件、以及固接到变速器壳体的第三构件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力动力系,其中,第一构件是太阳轮构件,第二构件是行星架构件,第三构件是齿圈构件。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力动力系,其中,变速器具有变速器壳体,且还包括:
行星齿轮组,所述行星齿轮组具有由驱动系统驱动的第一构件、可操作地连接到最终驱动输出构件用于一起旋转的第二构件、以及固接到变速器壳体的第三构件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力动力系,其中,第一构件是太阳轮构件,第二构件是行星架构件,第三构件是齿圈构件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力动力系,还包括:
起动机马达,所述起动机马达可操作地连接到发动机,用于启动发动机。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力动力系,其中,马达/发电机可操作用于启动发动机。
10.一种混合动力动力系,包括:
发动机;
自动变速器,所述自动变速器具有:
变速器输入构件,所述变速器输入构件配置成接收来自于发动机的动力;
齿轮传动配置;
变速器输出构件,所述变速器输出构件经由齿轮传动配置可操作地连接到变速器输入构件;
其中,变速器输出构件围绕第一旋转轴线旋转;
具有最终驱动输入构件的最终驱动配置;其中,最终驱动输入构件围绕第二旋转轴线旋转;
马达/发电机,所述马达/发电机具有围绕第三旋转轴线旋转的马达轴,其中所述第一旋转轴线、第二旋转轴线以及第三旋转轴线相互偏置;
行星齿轮组,所述行星齿轮组具有太阳轮构件、行星架构件和齿圈构件;其中,太阳轮构件连接到马达轴用于一起旋转;
链条驱动机构,所述链条驱动机构包括:
第一链轮,所述第一链轮与变速器输出构件同心地安装并且配置成与变速器输出构件一起旋转;
第二链轮,所述第二链轮与马达轴同心地安装并且与行星架构件连接用于一起旋转;
轴向分段链轮,所述轴向分段链轮与最终驱动输入构件同心地安装并且配置成与最终驱动输入构件一起旋转;其中轴向分段链轮具有第一链轮部分和第二链轮部分,所述第二链轮部分与第一链轮部分轴向相邻并且配置成随其旋转;
第一链条,所述第一链条将第一链轮可操作地连接到第一链轮部分,以将来自于变速器输出构件的扭矩传递至最终驱动输入构件;和
第二链条,所述第二链条将第二链轮可操作地连接到第二链轮部分,以将来自于马达/发电机的扭矩传递至最终驱动输入构件,使得用于推进车辆的驱动动力可在至少一种操作模式中由发动机、在至少另一操作模式中由马达/发电机、以及在又一操作模式中由发动机和马达/发电机两者输送至最终驱动输入构件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的混合动力动力系,其中,马达/发电机可操作以在再生制动模式中经由链条驱动机构接收来自于最终驱动输入构件的扭矩。
12.根据权利要求11所述的混合动力动力系,还包括:
起动机马达,所述起动机马达可操作地连接到发动机,用于启动发动机。
