Abstract
一种弹性体的密封垫(3),用以连接一个插接管和一个承插管,在该密封垫中配置以锁定元件(E),该锁定元件具有一端部意图用以支撑靠压在承插口的内部表面及具有另一端部意图穿入插接端的外部表面,该密封垫被提供以用以限定该锁定元件(E)穿入该插接端的外部表面的装置(21),该装置(21)则放置在意图穿入该插接端的外部表面的锁定元件的那一个端部上。应用于生产防漏的锁定接头。
Description
本发明涉及用弹性体密封垫置于插接管与承插管之间形成的锁定接头。更具体地说,本发明涉及用于套筒式锁定接头的密封垫,在这种接头中插接管之一的插接端进入另一管的承插口的同时,还径向压紧该密封垫。
当制成一种密封时,的确,必须要防止在其后可能发生的一个管相对于另一个管的轴向运动。
的确,这种轴向运动可能减弱接头的完好密封性或甚至将原先已连接好的管子完全扯脱开来。
当这种因轴向运动而致管子完全扯脱开的问题发生在输送加压流体的管道的情况下则特别危险。的确,流体的压力会形成导致构成接头的各元件具有分离趋向的实质性的力。
因此,其中插有规则分布的锁定元件的密封垫是已知的,该锁定元件位于在承插口的开口边密封垫的前部处。
这种密封垫已公开在法国专利第1,490,680号中,其中锁定元件由金属插入件构成,该锁定元件可通过滑动抵靠在承插口的内部表面上而转动。
该锁定元件通过其一端部抵靠于承插口的一个内部表面和另一端部抵靠于插接端的外部表面而受支撑,该锁定元件以其斜削的外形部分穿入该插接端的外部表面。
依赖于待连接的两条管子的插接端和承插口之制造误差,由金属插入件的尖部相对于其所穿入的插接端的外部表面形成的角度可以有所变
化。
为获得最佳的锁定状况,这角度须依赖于所需的锁定强度、待连接的管子的材质和这些管子的表面光洁度而限定于某种范围之间。
如果由插入件与插接端的外表面间形成的角度太小的话,该锁定插入件仅擦过所说的插接端而不能保证实际锁定功能。
如果该角度太大,平行于插接端的支撑力分量则变得太小,以至于不能保证有效的锁定功能。
在插接端相对于承插口的退后运动过程中,该金属锁定插入件往往具有继续穿入插接端的外部表面的趋向。
这导致人为地缩短插入件的长度,从而造成了该插入件的倾斜度继续增大以致超过该插入件必须遵守的倾斜度的极限,因此降低了其支撑效应。
这又进一步对插接端造成一种破坏性,这种破坏性随着该插接端被穿入或其内部涂层被剥离而越来越严重。
因此,本发明的目的在于克服这个问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用以连接一插接管和承插管的弹性体密封垫,该密封垫中配置以锁定元件,该锁定元件具有一个端部意图用以支撑抵靠在该承插口的内部表面,并且有另一个端部意图穿入插接端的外部表面,在意图用以穿入该插接端的外部表面的锁定元件的那个端部上提供以用以限定锁定元件穿入该插接端的外部表面的装置。
参照仅作为非限定性实例的附图便可从下述说明书中对本发明的特点和优点得到了解。其中:
图1示出提供以本发明的一种密封垫的密封接头的轴向截面视图;
图2示出本发明的密封垫的轴向截面视图;
图3示出本发明的密封垫的锁定元件的详细的截面视图。
如图1中所示,一密封接头由与X-X轴同轴的一条管T1的插接端1
和另一条管T2的承插口2及一个放置在该插接端1和承插口2之间的弹性体密封件3组成,这密封件3则提供以金属锁定元件E。
承插口2在其入口端一颈圈4之后有一个与该承插口2同轴的圆柱形槽5,其轴向长度为L。紧接在这槽5之后经过由一个肩部6形成的径向台阶有一个该承插口2的圆柱形壁7,该圆柱形壁7的直径小于该槽5的内部直径。
如图2所示,密封垫3在其外部表面上具有对应于承插口2的槽5的轴向长度而宽度为A的锚定顶部8。在图2所示的示例性实施例中,锚定顶部8的外部表面为环绕X-X轴的圆柱体形面。
这锚定顶部8由一个具有圆柱体形的环绕X-X轴的旋转外部表面10的密封体9沿X-X轴方向延伸。
该锚定顶部8由一纵向侧面11连接到表面10,该侧面11形成在锚定顶部8和该密封体9的周界表面之间的一个台阶。
锚定顶部8的外部直径对应于该承插口2的槽5的内部直径,由锚定顶部8、侧面11和表面10所形成的密封垫的外部表面具有一轮廓对应于由槽5、肩部6和壁7所形成的承插口的内部表面的轮廓。
如图2所示的实例中可知,该密封垫3在其内部表面呈一截头锥形表面12,该截头锥形表面12由曲面13连接到密封体9的表面10上。因此,该密封体9为表面10、12和13所限定。
该密封垫3在曲面13对侧的端部由一末端径向表面14所限定,该径向表面14由一个倒棱15连接到该锚定顶部8上。末端径向表面14和倒棱15意图用来与对应的承插口2的颈圈4的内部表面接触。
由密封体9的表面12和13所形成的棱边的直径小于表面12和14所形成的棱边的直径,管T1的插接端的直径的值介于上述两棱边的直径的值之间。
这密封垫3在其周界处提供以有规则分布的缝槽,在该缝槽中放置
着由锚定顶部8贯穿到密封垫3的截头锥形表面12的锁定元件E。
按照本发明的另一个实施例,该密封垫可模制在该锁定元件E之上。
因此,每个锁定元件E具有一个端部与该锚定顶部8齐平并具有另一端部由密封垫内的截头锥形表面12突伸出去。
如可从图2和3中看到的那样,由该表面12突伸出去的锁定元件E的那一个端部包含两个表面,即表面16和17,该两表面为相互平行的表面,终止于包含两平面19和20的斜削面。
平面19连接到表面16而平面20则经过表面21连接到表面17,而表面21则具有限制斜削面18穿入插接端1的外部表面的作用,表面16在密封垫3的末端径向表面14的一侧而表面17则在密封垫3的密封体9的曲面13的一侧。
按照本发明的另一个可供选择的实施例,图中未示出该实施例,表面19和16可融合在一起形成一个单一的表面。
按照图2和3中所示的实例,表面21为一个平坦表面,限定成当锁定元件E已达到相对于该插接端1的倾斜度极限时,该平坦表面将平行于插接端1。
现将叙述提供以本发明的密封垫的接头组合总装。
将密封垫3装入其在承插口2的装纳部位后,使锚定顶部8位于槽5中而密封体9的表面10与承插口2的表面7相接触,再将管T1的插接端1推入承插口2中。
将这插接端1推入时,该插接端使锁定元件E倾斜,使之与密封垫3的表面12相接触,并压缩密封体9。
当将插接端1第一次向后移动以退出承插口2时,每一个锁定元件E的该斜削面18由于与该插接端1的外部表面接触,则每个斜削面18将穿入插接端1的外部表面中。
这种穿入动作伴随着锁定元件E围绕其与承插口2的内部表面相接触的表面的稍许转动,使该斜削面18穿入该插接端1可能实现。
一旦该斜削面18穿入至一个点,而该点就是使这斜削面18的表面21处于与该插接端1的外部表面相接触的位置,这表面21恰似一把剑的护手盘般可防止该斜削面18继续穿入该插接端1内。
该锁定插入件的实用长度,即可使支撑作用得到实现的长度,因此而保持恒定。
该锁定插入件E的任何额外转动将变为不可能,因此获得有效的锁定作用。
Claims (4)
1、用以连接具插接端(1)的管T1和具承插口(2)的管T2的弹性体制成密封垫(3),在该密封垫(3)中配置以密封垫锁定元件(E),该锁定元件具有一端部用以抵靠于该承插口(2)的内部表面和另一端部用以穿入该插接端(1)的外部表面,其特征在于,在用以穿入该插接端(1)的外部表面的锁定元件(E)的那一个端部提供以用以限定该锁定元件(E)的穿入的装置(21)。
2、按照权利要求1的密封垫(3),其特征在于,该密封垫(3)在其一个外部表面上具有一个锚定顶部(8)意图用以将之装纳于在承插口的内部表面上提供的一个槽(5)中,并在其一个内部表面上具有一个表面(12)用以与该插接端(1)的外部表面接触,其所具有的每一个锁定元件(E)具有一端部与该锚定顶部(8)齐平而另一端部从密封垫(3)内边的表面(12)突伸出去。
3、按照前述各项权利要求中任意一项所述的密封垫(3),其特征在于,从密封垫(3)的表面(12)突伸出去的锁定元件(E)的那一个端部所包含的两个表面(16、17)终止于由该两表面(16、17)所形成的斜削面(18)。
4、按照权利要求3所述的密封垫(3),其特征在于,其中平坦表面(19)连接到表面(16)而表面(20)则经过起着起限制斜削面(18)穿入插接端(1)的外部表面作用的表面(21)连接到表面(17),表面(16)在密封垫(3)的末端径向表面(14)的一侧,而表面(17)则在密封垫(3)的密封体(9)的曲面(13)的一侧。
