本发明涉及一种同轴插接器,具有一插接壳体,该插接壳体在用于插接配对插头的端面敞开并且被一通道贯穿,在所述通道里面绝缘地设置一内导体触头,并具有用于将插接壳体与配对插头机械地连接的连接机构。
背景技术
这种公知的插接器例如在US 5,088,937、DE 3 117 320以及EP0 867 978 A2中所公开。这些插接器分别具有外螺纹,配对插头旋紧在该外螺纹上。通过这种螺纹连接使两个相互顶靠的外导体接触面相互压紧。这个压紧力必须达到一个最小的、以保证插接器与配对插头之间的外导体电接触的轴向力。这种插接器存在缺陷,即,装配相当费力并且必须在插头组的插头之间具有放置工具的最小距离。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种上述形式的插接器,该插接器能够更加简便而快速地装配并且功能可靠。
为此,本发明提供一种同轴插接器,具有一插接壳体,该插接壳体在用于插接配对插头的端面敞开并且被一通道贯穿,在所述通道里面绝缘地设置一内导体触头;并具有用于将插接壳体与配对插头机械地连接的连接机构,其特征在于,所述配对插头在插接时与连接机构卡锁并且连接机构这样设置,使得连接机构在配对插头上施加一个轴向压力,该压力使配对插头的外导体接触面相对于插接壳体的外导体接触面压紧,其中所述连接机构具有一个可径向扩张的紧固套,在进行上述插接时该紧固套可以与配对插头上的一个压紧面卡锁并且将所述压紧面上的一个径向力转变为一个轴向分力,该分力将外导体接触面相互压紧。
按照本发明,在插接时配对插头通过连接机构锁定且该连接机构这样设计,使得其在配对插头上施加轴向压力,该压力使配对插头的外导体接触面相对于插接器的外导体接触面压紧。所需的将两个外导体接触面相互压紧的轴向压力通过连接机构来保证。连接机构一方面能够实现非常快速且简便地连接插接器,同时保证最小的例如为300N的接触力。因此在配对插头插接之后,两个部件相互机械连接并无需附加措施地保证上述接触。
按照本发明,连接机构具有一个在径向可弹性扩张的外导体套(紧固套),该外导体套可以与配对插头卡锁。则配对插头可以通过其前端插进这个外导体套,其中这个外导体套卡在配对插头上。为此配对插头最好在外表面上具有环绕的凸肋,外导体套可以卡锁在所述凸肋上。为了产生所述轴向压紧,所述凸肋最好在背面具有倾斜的压紧面。在这个压紧面上外导体套的径向压紧力转变成轴向压紧力。这种结构具有特别的优点,即,轴向力基本上与尺寸误差无关,因为该轴向力基本上与作用在压紧面上的径向力的位置无关。
如果按照本发明的另一个结构,通过一锁紧套将外导体套(紧固套)包围,则尤其能够保证持久的压紧力。这个锁紧套最好可以轴向移动并在工作位置围卡外导体套。锁紧套最好施加给外导体套一个径向向内的力。外导体套将这个径向力至少部分地转变为所述的轴向压紧力。
有利地,锁紧套在拉回的备用位置轴向固定,特别是可拆卸地卡锁在拉回的备用位置。可以设想,锁紧套在工作位置与紧固套摩擦配合地连接。
插接器最好为SMA连接器。这种连接器被一个直径约为4.1mm的通道贯穿。对于这种相对来说较小的连接头,所需的轴向压紧力可以通过配对插头外表面上的上述凸肋来实现。按照本发明的插接器可以设计成角度插接器或直线插接器。作为角度插接器具有特别的优点,即,配对插头和插接器可以围绕公共的纵轴随意且连续地相对旋转。因此插接器的角度连接部件可以不妨碍连接地精确而随意地定向。

具体实施方式
插接器2具有一插接壳体5,在该插接壳体上形成角度连接部件26,所述角度连接部件伸进支座28里面。所述插接壳体5在一个端面上是敞口的并被一通道6贯穿。内导体触头7设置在所述通道6里面并通过一套筒状绝缘体14相对于插接壳体5绝缘。所述通道6在后端通过端盖25封闭。插接壳体5构成外导体并在端面上具有环状的接触面9。如图所示,绝缘的套筒14与这个接触面9齐平。
一固定体18安置在插接壳体5上并例如通过径向挤压与插接壳体5连接。在该固定体18上设置一紧固套11,该紧固套设有轴向缝隙24并构成多个弹性卡舌29。在这些卡舌29的前端形成径向向内的卡钩8。在外面分别通过轴肩22构成止挡。如图所示,紧固套11的端面4突出于外导体套30的接触面9。
一个锁紧套20在固定体18上可以受限地轴向移动。图1示出该锁紧套20在拉回的备用位置,在这个位置径向向内的边缘23卡在定位凸肋19上。图3示出锁紧套20的工作位置。在这个位置锁紧套20顶靠在轴肩22上并通过前端边缘21施加给紧固套11一个径向力。这样在图3中将锁紧套20推到紧固套11上。
配对插头3具有基本上为圆柱形外壳31形式的一个外导体。有一导体15位于这个外壳31的贯穿的通道32里面,在该导体里面设置一内导体触头16。外壳31在端面具有一个圆柱形缺口17,在该缺口里设置环状接触面10。可以看出,这个接触面10同样与绝缘体15齐平。与接触面10间隔一段距离地在外壳31外面设置径向突出的凸肋12。在这个凸肋12的背面为环绕的压紧面13,按照图2这个压紧面相对于配对插头3的纵轴线A成锐角倾斜。
配对插头3被插接到插接器5上,在插接器里面该配对插头以前端33轴向插进紧固套11中,直到两个接触面9和10接触。在此,紧固套11在端部弹性扩张并且在两个接触面9和10临近接触之前卡进凸肋12后面的卡钩8并靠放在压紧面13上。现在将锁紧套20推到图3所示的位置并在这个位置通过边缘21在外导体套11上施加一径向力。这个力通过卡钩8和压紧面13传递到配对插头3。由于压紧面13倾斜,因此在轴线A方向上产生一个分力。这个轴向接触力例如为300N。因为接触面9和10相对来说较小,因此在这些接触面上产生相对较大的表面压力。这尤其适用于SMA连接器,在这种连接器中通道6的内径d为约4.1mm。由此保证可靠的电接触。不仅保证插接器2与配对插头3的电连接而且保证相互间可靠的机械连接。如图3,锁紧套20可以设置在用点划线表示的连接部件27里面。
连接1可以设计成可拆卸或不可拆卸的。在不可拆卸的变型方案中,锁紧套20例如可以被径向挤压或者以其它方式防止移动。

Claims (11)

1.同轴插接器,具有一插接壳体(5),该插接壳体在用于插接配对插头(3)的端面(4)敞开并且被一通道(6)贯穿,在所述通道里面绝缘地设置一内导体触头(7);并具有用于将插接壳体(5)与配对插头(3)机械地连接的连接机构,其特征在于,所述配对插头(3)在插接时与连接机构卡锁并且连接机构这样设置,使得连接机构在配对插头(3)上施加一个轴向压力,该压力使配对插头(3)的外导体接触面(10)相对于插接壳体(5)的外导体接触面(9)压紧,其中所述连接机构具有一个可径向扩张的紧固套(11),在进行上述插接时该紧固套可以与配对插头(3)上的一个压紧面(13)卡锁并且将所述压紧面(13)上的一个径向力转变为一个轴向分力,该分力将外导体接触面(9,10)相互压紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述配对插头(3)具有一个在外面径向突出的凸肋(12)形式的定位装置。
3.如权利要求2所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述压紧面(13)构成在所述凸肋(12)上,并在凸肋上环绕地、倾斜于配对插头(3)纵轴(A)设置。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述紧固套(11)在端面具有卡接或定位装置(8),该装置从凸肋在配对插头(3)插入方向上靠后的一面卡接凸肋(12)。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述紧固套(11)设有径向缝隙(24)。
6.如权利要求1所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述连接机构还包括一个锁紧套(20),所述紧固套(11)被这个锁紧套(20)所包围。
7.如权利要求6所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述锁紧套(20)可轴向移动并在工作位置围卡紧固套(11)并在该紧固套上施加一径向向内的力。
8.如权利要求6所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述锁紧套(20)由塑料制成。
9.如权利要求6至8中任一项所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述锁紧套(20)在拉回的备用位置轴向固定。
10.如权利要求9所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述锁紧套(20)可拆卸地卡锁在拉回的备用位置。
11.如权利要求10所述的插接器,其特征在于,所述锁紧套(20)在工作位置与紧固套(11)摩擦配合地连接。
