现有的白酒多用高粱、玉米酿制,但没有以小米为主要原料酿制的,小米属阳性,用其酿酒比其他原料酿制的酒饮用后更有利于人体健康。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是研制一种用小米酿制的小米酒。
上述目的是这样实现的:将小米加入到其它制酒原料中,小米占全部制酒原料总重量的70%以上,然后一起粉碎,加水拌料,蒸熟,下窖发酵,蒸馏后即得到所需要的小米酒。
优点是小米营养含量高,性热,以它为主要原料生产的白酒适口性好,饮用后对人体健康有帮助。
