Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的分配组件,所述分配组件包括注射器保持器和至少两个分开的注射器。在现有技术中,已知该类分配组件的各种设计,例如,根据本发明的申请人的WO-2007/098624,其中,注射器保持器适于容纳两个分开的储存容器以及例如,能够附连于它们的混合器,所述储存容器的活塞通过柱塞向前移动。该装置适于多种应用,但不适于传统注射器的使用,所述传统的注射器被用于以高混合精确度共同地分配。US-2007/005020公开了包括三个不同的互连部分的双注射器,所述三个不同的互连部分允许共同地分配的注射器。但是,在该简单构造中,注射器柱塞的引导并不精确。对于US-2006/116646以及WO-2008/001221来说同样如此。
发明内容
在该现有技术的背景下,本发明的目的是提供一种带有分开的注射器以及注射器保持器的分配组件,该分配组件设计简单且易于操作,更由于柱塞的平行且同步引导而允许精确计量,从而实现精确的混合比。
通过根据权利要求1的分配组件实现该目的。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的组件1的第一示例性实施方式,所述组件1包括:注射器保持器2、两个注射器3和4以及出口适配器5。在图2中,示意出分开的部件,在该示例性实施方式中的注射器3和4具有分配柱塞6和7,所述分配柱塞6和7带有止推板8和9以及未表示出的活塞。在当前情况下,出口适配器包括两个进入部10和11,所述两个进入部10和11装配到注射器出口3A和4A上并且通向混合器12,所述混合器12可以例如具有路厄锁定式(Luer-Lock)出口13。代替混合器,适配器上可以设置诸如,举例来说,喷头、套管等之类的另外的出口部。
图2中所示的注射器保持器2被制成一体且优选地由合成材料制成,并且其基本上包括两个功能性元件,即,紧固部14和致动部15。紧固部14具有凸缘16,在所述凸缘16的每侧设置相应的槽17,所述槽17用于容纳注射器的保持凸缘18和19。在出口侧,槽17在相应的具有越赤道(overequatorial)的圆周的卡扣导向件20和21的后面,使得相应的注射器容器3B和4B可以卡扣定位于其中。一方面通过用于注射器容器的轴向保持的槽17并且另一方面通过用于它们的横向保持的卡扣导向件,保证注射器的可靠保持。
在保持凸缘的另一侧设有致动部15,所述致动部15优选地由合成材料制成并且包括以类似铰链方式互连的五个部件。由紧固凸缘16可以看到,致动部包括两对相铰接的部件22和23以及24和25,所述两对相铰接的部件22和23以及24和25分别通过相应的铰链26和27彼此连接。相铰接的部件在一端通过相应的附加铰链28和29连接于拇指放置部30并且在另一端通过相应的铰链31和32连接于紧固凸缘16,在当前情况下,所述铰链是在相铰接的部件之间或相铰接的部件与紧固部之间的较薄的部分。在当前示例中,致动部被设计为平行四边形。
在图3中示意性地示出致动部15如何在压力P的作用下折叠。在这方面,要指出,通过致动部以下述方式引导通过拇指放置部作用到两个止推板8和9的压力,即,保证沿注射器的纵向轴线方向的均匀、同步并且基本上线性的排出,从而彼此平行地自动地引导柱塞。
在图4和图5中,示意出注射器保持器的实施方式变型,其中,注射器保持器33具有相同的相铰接的部件22至25和铰链26至29,31和32以及拇指放置部30,但是,紧固凸缘34具有较长的槽35,注射器的两个保持凸缘18和19都被容纳于所述较长的槽35中。同样,两个卡扣导向件36被设计为使得之前通过适配器连接的两个注射器可以接连地插入并且紧固。在图5中分开地示出两个部件,即,注射器保持器33以及组装的注射器3和4,而在图4中,这两个部件是插入的并且做好分配的准备。包括混合器在内的其他部件与在前述示例性实施方式中相同。
在根据图6和7的本发明的分配组件37的第二示例性实施方式中,除去下述区别,保持器38与根据图1和2的保持器相同,所述区别为,在拇指放置部39的内侧上设置两个柱塞40和41,所述两个柱塞40和41作用于注射器44和45的相应的活塞42和43。以此方式,在分配过程中,压力又从拇指放置部39均匀地作用到附连于拇指放置部的柱塞的端部46和47。注射器保持器的其它部件,即,紧固凸缘和相铰接的部件可以与根据图1或2或者根据图4或5的保持器相同。分配组件37的操作同样与在第一示例性实施方式中相同,柱塞被彼此平行地均匀并且安全地引导。
基于所公开的示例性实施方式,能够提供下述注射器保持器以及适配器,即,所述注射器保持器和适配器被设计用于不止两个注射器并且允许同时地且均匀地分配的所有注射器。还能够提供具有两个以上相应的相铰接的部件的致动部,所述两个相应的相铰接的部件也基本上起平行四边形的作用。

Claims (8)

1.分配组件,所述分配组件包括注射器保持器以及至少两个分开的注射器,其特征在于,一体式注射器保持器(2,33,38)适于容纳至少两个分开的注射器(3,4;44,45)并且具有拇指放置部(30,39),所述拇指放置部(30,39)作用于所述注射器的止推板(8,9)或柱塞端部(46,47)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述一体式注射器保持器包括具有相铰接的部件(22-25)的致动部(15),所述相铰接的部件(22-25)通过铰链(26-29,31,32)互连并且基本上形成平行四边形,以基本上同步且平行地致动所述注射器的所述止推板(8,9)或所述柱塞端部(46,47)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述注射器保持器(2,33,38)具有紧固凸缘(16,34),在所述紧固凸缘(16,34)的出口侧设置有紧固部(14),并且在所述紧固凸缘(16,34)的另一侧设置有致动部(15),所述致动部具有相铰接的部件(22-25),所述相铰接的部件(22-25)通过铰链(26-29,31,32)一方面连接于所述拇指放置部(30,39)并且另一方面连接于所述紧固凸缘。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述致动部(15)包括两对相铰接的部件(22,23;24,25)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述紧固凸缘(16,34)具有一个或多个槽(35,17),用于容纳所述注射器(3,4,44,45)的保持凸缘(18,19)。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述紧固凸缘(16,34)的所述紧固部(14)具有卡扣导向件(20,21;36),用于容纳注射器容器(3B,4B)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述注射器柱塞(40,41)设置在所述拇指放置部(39)的内侧上。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的分配组件,其特征在于,所述注射器的出口(3A,4A)连接于出口适配器(5),诸如混合器(12)、喷头或套管的分配组件能够附连于所述出口适配器(5)。
