Abstract

本发明公开了一种石灰焖烧炉,上壳体固定于下壳体的上方,上壳体的上端口为落料口,该落料口的下方装有筛板,在所述上壳体的上部设置料饼出口,上壳体的下端设置出料口,其中料饼出口的上端口位于筛板的上方;在所述下壳体的底部装有回灰口,下壳体的侧部设有进风口,所述下壳体的内部通过模块架支撑有推料板,该推料板位于上下壳体的结合处,推料板的底部与油缸的活塞杆连接,所述油缸水平布置,且油缸的缸体固定于模块架上。本发明能够以贝壳为原料烧制石灰,扩展了石灰的原料供应,特别适合于贝壳资源丰富的沿海地区使用;并且可以采用程序控制卸料,卸料的多少根据焖烧的时间长短进行调控,具有设计合理、实施容易、操作简单、控制可靠等特点。

石灰焖烧炉
技术领域
本发明属于石灰烧制技术领域,具体地说,特别涉及一种石灰焖烧炉。
背景技术
    石灰是以碳酸钙为主要成分的天然岩石经煅烧等工艺烧制而成的,目前常用的石灰烧制原料为石灰岩、白垩、白云质石灰岩等。由于一些国家或地区含石灰岩很少,只能寻找其它含碳酸钙较高的物质来作为生产石灰的原料。经检测,贝壳的主要成分为95%的碳酸钙和少量的壳质素,并且靠海的地区贝壳的含量极其丰富,如何利用贝壳为原料来制备石灰是行业内正努力研究的课题,现有的公开出版物上还未有相关的报道,市面上也没有相应的设备出现。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够以贝壳为原料烧制石灰的焖烧炉。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种石灰焖烧炉,具有炉体(1),所述炉体(1)由上壳体(1a)和下壳体(1b)组成,上壳体(1a)固定于下壳体(1b)的上方,所述上壳体(1a)的上端口为落料口(2),该落料口(2)的下方装有筛板(3),在所述上壳体(1a)的上部设置料饼出口(4),上壳体(1a)的下端设置出料口(5),其中料饼出口(4)的上端口位于筛板(3)的上方;在所述下壳体(1b)的底部装有回灰口(6),下壳体(1b)的侧部设有进风口(9),所述下壳体(1b)的内部通过模块架(10)支撑有推料板(11),该推料板(11)位于上下壳体的结合处,推料板(11)的底部与油缸(12)的活塞杆连接,所述油缸(12)水平布置,且油缸(12)的缸体固定于模块架(10)上。
采用以上技术方案,回转窑将贝壳破碎后的高温物料卸入炉体的落料口,小颗粒物料经筛板的空隙落到推料板的上方,通过筛板筛选后的大块料和窑皮从料饼出口流出。物料需要在炉体内保温30分钟,形成成品料后,控制油缸运动,油缸的活塞杆不断伸缩,带动推料板做往复直线运动,将成品料推向出料口,使成品料从出料口卸出。冷风从进风口进入到下壳体内,冷却里面的装置。在卸料过程中落到模块架里面的细灰从回灰口收集。
为了使推料板运动更顺畅、可靠,并提高推料的效率,在所述模块架(10)的顶部固定有平行设置的滑轨,该滑轨与油缸(12)的活塞杆相平行,且滑轨上装有与之滑动配合的滑块,所述滑块固定在推料板(11)的底部。
为了增强自身结构强度,并提高每次推料的数量,所述推料板(11)的顶面为台阶结构,靠近出料口(5)的台阶最低。
在所述上壳体(1a)下端的壁上装有喷嘴(14),该喷嘴(14)和出料口(5)分居在上壳体(1a)轴心线的两侧,且喷嘴(14)通过管路与上壳体(1a)外安装的空气炮(13)连接。空气炮间歇地向炉体内的料层放炮,使料层酥松便于卸料。
为了防止高温物料烧坏炉体,在所述上壳体(1a)的表面设置有耐热水泥。
为了方便落料,所述落料口(2)为漏斗形。
在所述下壳体(1b)的底部装有四个按矩阵分布的回灰口(6),该回灰口(6)为漏斗形。以上结构布置及装配简单,有利于更好地收集细灰。
为了便于维修和检测,在所述下壳体(1b)上安装有走台(8)。
有益效果:本发明能够以贝壳为原料烧制石灰,扩展了石灰的原料供应,特别适合于贝壳资源丰富的沿海地区使用;并且可以采用程序控制卸料,卸料的多少根据焖烧的时间长短进行调控,具有设计合理、实施容易、操作简单、控制可靠等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示,一种石灰焖烧炉,具有炉体1,该炉体1由上壳体1a和下壳体1b组成,上壳体1a固定于下壳体1b的上方,在上壳体1a的表面设置有耐热水泥。所述上壳体1a的上端口为落料口2,该落料口2为扩口结构,本实施例中落料口2优选为漏斗形。在上壳体1a内靠近落料口2的位置安装有筛板3,该筛板3位于落料口2的下方。筛板3起筛选物料的作用,能够阻止大于筛板3空隙的粉料通过。在所述上壳体1a的上部设置有料饼出口4,该料饼出口4倾斜布置,并与落料口2相通,且料饼出口4的上端口位于筛板3的上方。
从图1、图2中可知,在上壳体1a的下端设置出料口5,该出料口5倾斜布置,并与上壳体1a 的内腔连通。所述上壳体1a下端的壁上还装有喷嘴14,该喷嘴14和出料口5分居在上壳体1a轴心线的两侧,且喷嘴14通过管路与上壳体1a外安装的空气炮13连接。在所述下壳体1b上安装有走台8,以便于维修和检测。下壳体1b的底部装有四个按矩阵分布的回灰口6,该回灰口6为漏斗形。所述下壳体1b的侧部设有进风口9,冷风经进风口9能够进入下壳体1b内,以冷却下壳体1b内的装置。
从图1、图2中还可知,在下壳体1b的内部固定有模块架10,该模块架10的顶部固定有平行设置的滑轨。在模块架10的上方设置推料板11,该推料板11位于上下壳体的结合处,且推料板11与出料口5的上端口基本处于同一高度。所述推料板11的底部装有滑块,滑块与模块架10上的滑轨一一对应,且滑块与滑轨之间滑动配合。所述推料板11的顶面为台阶结构,靠近出料口5的台阶最低,越远离出料口5,台阶越高。在推料板11的下方并排设置两个油缸12,该油缸12水平布置,油缸12的缸体固定于模块架10上,油缸12的活塞杆与推料板11的底部与连接,并且油缸12的活塞杆与滑轨相平行。
本发明的工作原理如下:
回转窑将贝壳破碎后的高温物料卸入炉体的落料口2,小颗粒物料经筛板3的空隙落到推料板11的上方,通过筛板3筛选后的大块料和窑皮从料饼出口4流出。物料需要在炉体内保温30分钟,形成成品料后,控制油缸12运动,油缸12的活塞杆不断伸缩,带动推料板11做往复直线运动,当油缸12的活塞杆伸长时,推料板11朝向出料口5的上端口运动,将成品料推向出料口5,使成品料从出料口5卸出。冷风从进风口9进入到下壳体1b内,冷却里面的装置。在卸料过程中落到模块架10里面的细灰从回灰口6收集。本发明中成品料的卸料采用程序控制,卸料的多少根据焖烧的时间长短进行调控。

Claims (8)

1.一种石灰焖烧炉,具有炉体(1),其特征在于:所述炉体(1)由上壳体(1a)和下壳体(1b)组成,上壳体(1a)固定于下壳体(1b)的上方,所述上壳体(1a)的上端口为落料口(2),该落料口(2)的下方装有筛板(3),在所述上壳体(1a)的上部设置料饼出口(4),上壳体(1a)的下端设置出料口(5),其中料饼出口(4)的上端口位于筛板(3)的上方;在所述下壳体(1b)的底部装有回灰口(6),下壳体(1b)的侧部设有进风口(9),所述下壳体(1b)的内部通过模块架(10)支撑有推料板(11),该推料板(11)位于上下壳体的结合处,推料板(11)的底部与油缸(12)的活塞杆连接,所述油缸(12)水平布置,且油缸(12)的缸体固定于模块架(10)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:在所述模块架(10)的顶部固定有平行设置的滑轨,该滑轨与油缸(12)的活塞杆相平行,且滑轨上装有与之滑动配合的滑块,所述滑块固定在推料板(11)的底部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:所述推料板(11)的顶面为台阶结构,靠近出料口(5)的台阶最低。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:在所述上壳体(1a)下端的壁上装有喷嘴(14),该喷嘴(14)和出料口(5)分居在上壳体(1a)轴心线的两侧,且喷嘴(14)通过管路与上壳体(1a)外安装的空气炮(13)连接。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:在所述上壳体(1a)的表面设置有耐热水泥。
6.根据权利要求1所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:所述落料口(2)为漏斗形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:在所述下壳体(1b)的底部装有四个按矩阵分布的回灰口(6),该回灰口(6)为漏斗形。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的石灰焖烧炉,其特征在于:在所述下壳体(1b)上安装有走台(8)。
