本发明属于炉窑领域,提出一种能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑,主要特点是旋转窑体呈水平状,U形隔焰加热炉与U形煅烧腔相间邻设置在旋转窑体内,在隔焰加热炉内壁上和煅烧腔内壁上布设有叶片,还与煅烧腔连通经石灰石加料口设置有二氧化碳收集器,与现有隔焰旋转石灰窑相比,具有结构合理,节能减排,回收利用,产品质量提高等显著优点。

本发明创造属于炉窑技术领域,涉及一种隔陷旋转石灰窑,具体是一种能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑。
背景技术
现有的隔焰旋转石灰窑,包括旋转窑体,传动机构,其旋转窑体呈倾斜状,石灰石料经旋转窑体高端进料口落到煅烧腔,经窑体外一端的煤炉隔焰加热,石灰直接从低端出口排出,石灰携带着热量排出,大量的二氧化碳也排放空中,存在着余热不能得到利用,能源和资源浪费的缺陷。
发明内容
发明人在多年从事石灰烧制的实践活动中,发现现有的隔焰旋转石灰窑存在着一定缺陷,经过探索改进,目的在于提出一种能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑,不仅能够充分利用隔焰加热的热量和石灰排出携带的热量对生料石灰石隔焰煅烧,而且回收大量的纯净二氧化碳加以利用,做到充分利用能源和资源。
本发明创造所采取的技术方案是设计一种能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑,其结构包括:旋转窑体,传动机构,隔焰加热炉和加煤口、排渣口,煅烧腔和石灰石加料口,石灰产出口,其中旋转窑体呈水平状,隔陷加热炉炉腔呈U形,煅烧腔呈U形,U形隔焰加热炉炉腔与U形煅烧腔相间邻设置在旋转窑体内,在隔焰加热炉炉腔的内壁上布设有叶片,在煅烧腔的内壁上布设有叶片,还与煅烧腔连通经石灰石加料口设置有二氧化碳收集器管道。
本发明创造采用上述技术方案和措施,对现有的隔焰旋转石灰窑加以改进,由于旋转窑体呈水平状,并在水平状旋转窑体内,将煅烧腔呈U形,隔焰加热炉呈U形设置,能延长石灰石煅烧过程,延长燃煤燃烧和排渣过程 ,可以充分利用煤渣和石灰的余热在窑体内循环;隔陷加热炉采用内燃U形炉腔,并与U形煅烧腔相间邻布置,能使热量对石灰石均匀煅烧,不仅石灰无煤渣,还能提高石灰的质量;在U形隔焰加热炉的内壁上布设叶片,不仅能搅动燃煤在炉腔内移动,推动煤渣排出, 而且能使燃煤在炉腔内悬浮燃烧,燃烧更充分,节能降耗;在U形煅烧腔的内壁上布设叶片,不仅能搅动石灰石在煅烧腔内移动,不断被煅烧,推动石灰排出,而且能使石灰石在煅烧腔悬浮煅烧,煅烧更均匀,进一步提高石灰的质量;与煅烧腔连通经石灰石加料口连设二氧化碳收集器,不仅能回收大量的纯净二氧化碳,满足市场需求,而且减少污染物排放,还能利用二氧化碳携带的余热对石灰石料预热。
总之,本发明创造的这种能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑,比现有的隔焰旋转石灰窑相比,具有结构合理,设计新颖,节能减排,回收利用,产品质量提高等显著优点。

本发明创造能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑的实施例1,参见图1,其结构包括:旋转窑体4,传动机构7,隔焰加热炉5,加煤口1,鼓风口8,排渣口11,煅烧腔6,石灰石加料口2,石灰产出口12,其中,旋转窑体4呈水平状安装,隔焰加热炉5采用U形炉腔,与U型煅烧腔6相间邻设置在旋转窑体4内,隔焰加热炉5 的内壁上布设有叶片9,在煅烧腔6的内壁上布设有叶片10,还与煅烧腔6连通经石灰石加料口2设置有二氧化碳收集器管道3。
本发明创造能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑的实施例2,参见图1,其结构包括:在实施例1的结构中,采用煤粉燃烧器或燃气燃烧器设置在鼓风口8处,对煅烧腔6内的石灰石实施煅烧。

1.一种能回收CO2的U形内燃旋转石灰窑,包括:旋转窑体,传动机构,鼓风口,隔焰加热炉和加煤口、排渣口,煅烧腔和石灰石加料口,石灰产出口,其特征是旋转窑体呈水平状,并在水平状旋转窑体内,将煅烧腔呈U形,隔焰加热炉呈U形设置,能延长石灰石煅烧过程,延长燃煤燃烧和排渣过程 ,充分利用煤渣和石灰的余热在窑体内循环;隔陷加热炉采用内燃U形炉腔,并与U形煅烧腔相间邻布置,能使热量对石灰石均匀煅烧,不仅石灰无煤渣,还能提高石灰的质量;在U形隔焰加热炉的内壁上布设叶片,不仅能搅动燃煤在炉腔内移动,推动煤渣排出, 而且能使燃煤在炉腔内悬浮燃烧,燃烧更充分,节能降耗,还与煅烧腔连通设置有二氧化碳收集器管道。
