注胚模热流道板,包括热流道板,所述热流道板包括主流道板和分流道板,在主流道板中间制有总注入口,总注入口连接上主流道,在分流道板中制有出胶孔,出胶孔与射嘴相连,其特征在于所述总注入口通过上主流道连接两端的分流孔,分流孔连接各个等距的上分流道,上分流道连接落口,落口与下端的分流道板相通,在分流道板中制有下主流道,下主流道连接各个下分流道,下分流道连接出胶孔。通过三级分流,将胶状塑料从总注入口到达各出胶孔的距离、压力相等,时间一致,使胶状塑料能同时注满模腔,实现一副模具同时对多个注胚模进行注胚,注胚均匀,保证制品的质量,降低产品的次品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及注胚模,特别是涉及注胚模热流道板,属于塑料机械技术领域。
背景技术
在注胚成型加工中,常用一个模具注塑出多个相同塑料制品,因此在注胚模中用到热流道板,热流道板的作用是恒温的将热融的胶状塑料均匀平衡的分配至各个相同的出胶孔,再通过出胶孔送到各个射嘴,以制造出多个相同的塑料制品。已有的热流道板(图3所示)通常是将热融的胶状塑料从总注入口1′注入,再从总注入口流到主流道2′,主流道连接分流口3′,最后从分流口直接流向两边分流道板4′的各个出胶孔5′,该类结构的流道板,往往因为出胶孔离总注入口越远,而胶状塑料到达的时间晚,从而发生离总注入口近的模腔被注满了胶状塑料,而较远的模腔未能注满,造成注胚不均匀,产生残次品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种从总注入口到各个分胶口距离相等,注胚均匀,保证制品质量的注胚模热流道板。
本发明注胚模热流道板的技术方案是:包括热流道板,所述热流道板包括主流道板和分流道板,在主流道板中间制有总注入口,总注入口连接上主流道,在分流道板中制有出胶孔,出胶孔与射嘴相连,其特征在于所述总注入口通过上主流道连接两端的分流孔,分流孔连接各个等距的上分流道,上分流道连接落口,落口与下端的分流道板相通,在分流道板中制有下主流道,下主流道连接各个下分流道,下分流道连接出胶孔。
本发明公开了一种注胚模热流道板,将热流道板分为上下两部分的主流道板和分流道板,胶状塑料通过上主流道和分流孔均匀分配到多个上分流道,再经过上分流道的落口向下流入各块分流道板中,最后经过分流道板的下主流道和下分流道均匀的流入各个出胶孔,通过三级分流,将热融的胶状塑料从总注入口到达各个出胶孔的距离、压力相等,时间一致,使胶状塑料能同时注满模腔,实现一副模具同时对多个注胚模进行注胚,并且注胚均匀,保证制品的质量,降低产品的次品率。
本发明注胚模热流道板,所述一个分流孔连接2-4个上分流道,每个上分流道通过落口连接一块分流道板。根据注胚数量的不同,所对应的上分流道和分流道板的数量也不同。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种注胚模热流道板,如图1-图2所示,包括热流道板,所述热流道板包括主流道板1和分流道板2,在主流道板1中间制有总注入口11,总注入口连接上主流道12,在分流道板2中制有出胶孔21,出胶孔与射嘴相连,其特征在于所述总注入口11通过上主流道12连接两端的分流孔13,分流孔连接各个等距的上分流道14,上分流道连接落口15,落口与下端的分流道板2相通,在分流道板中制有下主流道22,下主流道连接各个下分流道23,下分流道连接出胶孔21。将热流道板分为上下两部分的主流道板1和分流道板2,胶状塑料通过上主流道12和分流孔13均匀分配到多个上分流道14,再经过上分流道14的落口15向下流入各块分流道板2中,最后经过分流道板2的下主流道22和下分流道23均匀的流入各个出胶孔21,通过三级分流,将热融的胶状塑料从总注入口11到达各个出胶孔21的距离、压力相等,时间一致,使胶状塑料能同时注满模腔,实现一副模具同时对多个注胚模进行注胚,并且注胚均匀,保证制品的质量,降低产品的次品率。所述一个分流孔13连接2-4个上分流道14,每个上分流道14通过落口15连接一块分流道板2。根据注胚数量的不同,所对应的上分流道14和分流道板2的数量也不同。

1.注胚模热流道板,包括热流道板,所述热流道板包括主流道板(1)和分流道板(2),在主流道板(1)中间制有总注入口(11),总注入口连接上主流道(12),在分流道板(2)中制有出胶孔(21),出胶孔与射嘴相连,其特征在于所述总注入口(11)通过上主流道(12)连接两端的分流孔(13),分流孔连接各个等距的上分流道(14),上分流道连接落口(15),落口与下端的分流道板(2)相通,在分流道板中制有下主流道(22),下主流道连接各个下分流道(23),下分流道连接出胶孔(21),所述一个分流孔(13)连接2—4个上分流道(14),每个上分流道通过落口(15)连接一块分流道板(2)。
