技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来将某物充填并包装成容器内的饮料的包装和充填机器。
背景技术
在制造充填例如牛奶、矿泉水、茶、果汁、汤、酒等液体食品的包装容器时,使用幅材状层压包装材料。幅材状包装层压材料被叠接成随后的包装层压材料的接片。包装的容器因此经由热密封、超声密封或类似方式而连续密封包装层压材料来形成。例如在包装和充填机器内,包装层压材料被叠接成随后的包装层压材料的接片。条带在包装层压材料的边缘上连续结合。包装层压材料形成管状形状。包装材料的两个端侧彼此重叠以便形成重叠部。重叠部通过覆盖纵向密封的内边缘部分表面的条带压靠,并且重叠部沿着纵向通过纵向密封元件密封。在无菌室内的无菌覆盖气氛中,在管状包装成材料内充填液体食品并切割包装层压材料的同时,包装层压材料在横向上通过横向密封装置密封。形成枕形的初步容器。初步容器进一步被形成预定形状,并且包装容器得以完成。

展开的包装层压材料1通过输送装置的供应器连续输送,并且经由弯曲滚子和缓冲滚子输送到条带施加器3。通过随后条带的叠接,条带2通过条带施加器被连续施加到包装层压材料1的一个边缘上。

将液体食品从充填管充填到管状包装材料内的预定液位的实例在图5中表示。充填管7的垂直部分被插入管状包装材料1的内部下部。上游部分被连接到控制阀32。圆柱形浮体34围绕充填管7的垂直部分的周边布置。在液体食品中浮动并位于管状包装材料1和充填管7之间的浮体34以能够上下自由运动的方式围绕充填管7的垂直部分的外表面放置。待检测装置35(磁体、发送器、标签和类似物)被安装到浮体34上。检测器31被配置在管1的外侧。检测器31将来自待检测装置的信号的强弱变化转换成电流,并且检测器作为电信号进行输出。检测器分别在大于预定液位时向控制装置33输出停止信号,并且在小于预定液位时向控制装置33输出打开信号。流动控制阀32被装备在充填管7的上游部分内,并且流动控制阀32通过控制装置33进行控制。液体的液位被调节到预定液位(对比专利文件1)。
管状包装层压材料1被向下引导并且被承载到横向密封装置10,如图4所示。管状包装层压材料1通过压力机沿着横向热密封,并且形成容器形状。横向密封的包装层压材料通过刀切割,并且形成枕形的初步容器(预成形主体)13。
横向密封装置10的详细局部截面图在图6中表示。首先,在此实施例中,具有充填食品的管状包装材料1通过上部一对密封爪10a和相对爪11得到保持。在管状包装材料1被向下承载与唯一一个包装容器相对应的长度距离的同时,它通过一对上部成形翼片41和41得到保持,并且它被形成大致容器形状。两个横向密封区域通过横向密封横向地形成。被连接的枕形预成形主体的密封区域的中部通过刀42进行切割,并且形成分离的枕形预成形主体13。在图6所示的实施例中,为了高速横向密封、预成形和切割,装备两对密封爪和相对爪以及成形翼片,并且完成横向密封、预成形和切割步骤的第一对被撤离到一旁,并且它向上返回,重复下一个横向密封、预成形和切割步骤。
初步容器13被输送并通过最终成形装置15成形为最终形状,如图4所示,并且生产出充填液体食品的包装容器14。

本发明所要解决的问题
在上述包装和充填系统中,管内充填的液体食品的压力是与液体离开液位的深度相对应的正压。在包装材料通过成形翼片成形时,管内的液体食品的正压与成形翼片的外部压力结合,以便形成包装材料井池。另外,保持这种正压也保持了充填食品的良好卫生状态。即,即使包装材料具有微小的裂纹、裂缝和小孔,液体食品只从这些点泄漏到外侧,而没有任何外部环境物质侵入管,并且不会污染管内的液体食品。
本发明的目的在于提供一种包装和充填机器,该机器能够通过将管内的液体食品的压力保持正压而方便地通过成形翼片进行预成形,即使液体食品的压力由于液体食品压力的变化而降低也能够防止液体食品的压力降低到负压,并且能够防止外部环境材料侵入管。
解决问题的措施
在本发明的包装和充填机器中,幅材状包装层压材料被叠接成随后的幅材状包装层压材料的接片,幅材状包装材料被连续供应并成形为管状形状,在包装材料的两个端部重叠的管沿着纵向纵向密封,液体食品从充填管充填到连续和垂直向下输送的管状包装材料内,直到充填管的出口以上的预定位置的液位,同时管通过密封爪和相对爪沿着横向保持在该液位以下,并且被向下拉动,管被横向密封,同时管通过密封爪和相对爪沿着横向保持在该液位以下,并且管在通过成形翼片进行预成形的同时得到保持,管在横向密封区域内被切割,并且制成该包装容器,其特征在于:该包装和充填机器包括压力凸缘和正压保持装置,所述压力凸缘在管状包装材料内该液位以下围绕充填管的周边配置,所述压力凸缘控制管内充填的液体食品从下部到上部的自由流动,以便将压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力保持在正压,并且方便地通过成形翼片进行预成形,正压保持装置吸收压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力的波动,并且防止液体食品压力降低到负压,以便将压力凸缘以下的管内液体食品的压力保持在正压。
在本发明的优选实施例中,压力凸缘围绕充填管的周边配置,并且根据液体食品的流动具有上下自由运动的能力,其范围在上部极限和下部极限之间,在压力凸缘以上的液体食品的压力降低时,压力凸缘向上运动,在压力凸缘以下的液体食品的压力降低时,压力凸缘向下运动,并对液体食品压力降低到负压进行吸收,防止外部环境物质侵入管。
在本发明的优选实施例中,配置了在充填管的周边上且在液位上浮动的浮体,浮体的截面具有向上连续或步进增加的形状,并且对液体食品压力降低到负压进行吸收,防止外部环境物质侵入管。
在本发明的优选实施例中,装备了正压保持装置的添加调节装置,该装置在压力凸缘周围的下部位置或者上部和下部位置处将液体食品从充填管添加到管内,添加调节装置通过液体食品压力的周期波动而对液体食品压力降低到负压进行吸收,并且防止任何外部环境物质侵入管。

根据本发明,显示出以下的有益功能,并且提供有利效果。在本发明的包装和充填机器中,幅材状包装层压材料形成管状形状,在包装材料的两个端部重叠的管沿着纵向纵向密封,液体食品从充填管充填到连续和垂直向下输送的管状包装材料内,直到充填管的出口以上的预定位置的液位,同时管通过密封爪和相对爪沿着横向保持在该液位以下,并且被向下拉动,管被横向密封,同时管通过密封爪和相对爪沿着横向保持在该液位以下,并且管在通过成形翼片进行预成形的同时保持,管在横向密封区域内被切割,并且制成该包装容器。
由于幅材状包装层压材料被叠接成随后的幅材状包装层压材料的接片,在幅材状包装材料的剩余量低时,包装可以连续充填而不停止。
由于在充填液体食品的幅材状包装材料的液位以下横向密封,不需要的空气不停留在容器内,并且保持良好的质量。在包装和充填过程中,管内充填的液体食品的压力是与液体离开液位的深度相对应的正压。在包装材料形成成形翼片时,该材料可以在这种正压以下良好形成。
在本发明的特征中,压力凸缘在管状包装材料中在液位以下配置在充填管的周边上。在管状包装材料向下承载的同时,材料通过密封爪和相对爪快速夹持,并且另外材料通过一对成形翼片快速夹持。管状包装材料内的液体被推动,并且管内的液体食品的压力突然升高,并且正压可以是过压。过大的正压使得液位快速升高,并且形成不稳定的振动,并造成液位控制困难。即这种过大正压使得液位快速升高,使得液位不确定地振动。例如图5所示的浮体34大幅上下振动,因此控制装置33不能控制液位。
在本发明中,压力凸缘控制管内充填的液体食品从下部到上部的自由流动,以便将压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力保持在适当的正压,并且容易地通过成形翼片进行预成形。另外,即使液体食品从下部到上部反向流动,可以控制反向流动,并且可以控制液位的快速升高。例如压力凸缘36在管状包装材料1内在液体以下配置在充填管1的周边上,如图5所示。即使通过密封爪和相对爪快速保持在压力凸缘以下,并且通过一对成形翼片快速保持,液体食品从下部到上部反向流动,压力凸缘36可控制反向流动,并且控制液位的快速升高,并且将液体食品的压力保持在足够的正压。
由于液体食品压力的波动,管内充填的液体食品在围绕压力凸缘的管内的压力处于极低的正压或负压的危险中。图2表示液体食品从充填管7供应的总体实例以及液体食品在通过密封爪、相对爪和成形翼片进行横向密封的过程中的流动和运动。如图2(A)所示,在管状包装材料在箭头c的方向上被承载到下部时,管通过成形翼片、密封爪10a和相对爪11快速夹持,管状包装材料内的液体被推动,并且管内的液体食品的压力升高,并且液体在箭头(a)的方向上反向流动。压力凸缘36控制反向流动,并且保持成形所需的正压。
由于管内的液体食品的压力经过管内的整个液体食品,而不考虑压力凸缘36的存在,如图2(B)所示,管内的液体由于惯性在箭头(e)的方向上反向流动。但是,液体从凸缘下部到上部的运动由于压力凸缘36的存在而得到分布,并且在凸缘以上缺乏液体(在第二降低部分),并且形成短缺(d)。短缺(d)在图2(B)中表示成虚拟泡沫(virtual foam)。因此,管内充填的液体食品的压力处于极低正压或负压的危险中。升高的液体由于短缺而快速降低,并且因此液体食品的压力再次增加。以此方式,液位由于振动而重复。
在包装和充填机器的实例中,图3是其竖轴表示压力凸缘以上(第二降低部分)的液体食品的压力以及其横轴表示横向密封(通过密封爪和相对抓保持)、预成形和切割步骤的一个循环的时间的图表。管内的液体食品的压力在通过成形翼片、密封爪和相对爪快速保持时(在箭头指出的时间周期(j))快速升高。它们与图3的峰值(h)和(i)相对应。管内的液体食品的压力经过管内的整个液体食品,并且管内的液体由于惯性反向流动到上部。液体从凸缘下部到上部的运动由于压力凸缘36的存在而得到分布,并且凸缘以上(在第二降低部分)缺乏液体,压力凸缘以上(在第二降低部分)的液体食品的压力降低。它们对应于短缺的底部(g),因此,液体食品的压力再次升高。以此方式,液位由于振动而重复。
随后,如图2(C)所示,管状包装材料1在箭头(c)的方向上向下承载,并且压力凸缘36以下位置处(第一降低部分)的管状包装材料内的容积增加。压力凸缘36以上的液体在箭头(b)的方向上供应(图2(C)),除非与容积增加相对应的液体食品通过充填管出口7a供应。但是,压力凸缘36使得该供应得以分布。如图2(C)所示,压力凸缘36以下位置处(第一降低部分)的管状包装材料的容积在管状包装材料通过密封爪10a和相对爪11向下拉动时快速增加。缺乏液体食品的供应量,并形成短缺(d)。短缺在图2(C)中以虚拟泡沫表示。因此,管内充填的液体食品的压力处于极低正压或负压的危险中。
在包装和充填机器的实例中,图7是其竖轴表示压力凸缘(以下第一降低部分)的液体食品的压力以及其横轴表示横向密封(通过密封爪和相对抓保持)、预成形和切割步骤的一个循环的时间的图表。管内的液体食品的压力在通过成形翼片、密封爪和相对爪快速保持时(在箭头指出的时间周期(j))快速升高(见图7的峰值(h))。压力凸缘以下的位置处(第一降低部分)的管状包装材料的容积在管状包装材料通过密封爪和相对爪向下拉动时快速增加。缺乏液体食品的供应量。管内充填的液体食品的压力处于极低正压或负压的危险中(见图7的底部(g))。
在本发明的特征中,正压保持装置对压力凸缘以下的管内液体食品的压力的波动进行吸收,并且防止液体食品压力降低到负压,以便将压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力保持在正压。由于正压保持装置对液体食品的压力的波动进行吸收,并且防止液体食品压力降低到负压以便将液体食品压力保持在正压,成形翼片可容易地进行预成形,由于液体食品压力不降低到负压,可以防止外部环境物质侵入管。
在本发明的第一优选实施例中,压力凸缘围绕充填管的周边配置,根据液体食品的流动具有上下自由运动的能力,其范围在预定上部极限和下部极限之间。如图1(A)所示,在压力凸缘36以上的液体食品的压力降低时,液体向上运动,由于压力凸缘36的自由上下运动能力,压力凸缘36向上运动。通过此运动,压力凸缘36以上的管内的容积减小,并且液体食品的压力升高。由于运动的上部极限(H),防止压力凸缘36以下的液体食品的压力的任何过度降低。
如图1(B)所示,在压力凸缘36以下的液体食品的压力降低时,液体向下运动,由于压力凸缘36的自由上下运动能力,压力凸缘36向下运动。通过此运动,压力凸缘36以下的管内容积减小,并且液体食品压力升高。由于运动的下部极限(L),防止压力凸缘36以上的液体食品的压力的任何过度降低。所述的操作对液体食品压力降低到负压进行吸收,防止外部环境物质侵入管。
在本发明的第二优选实施例中,配置了在充填管的周边上且在液位上浮动的浮体,浮体的截面具有向上连续或步进增加的形状。由于浮体具有该形状,管内的浮体的容积从底部到顶部增加。通过这种增加,通过密封爪、相对爪和成形翼片快速保持造成管状包装材料内的液体的挤出得到控制,并且液体升高速度得以调节,并且可以控制液位的升高。液位的快速波动通过液位升高的控制而降低。另外,压力凸缘以下的液体食品压力的降低也可得到控制。因此,通过液体食品压力的波动,无菌室内的高压防止液体食品的压力降低到负压,并且防止外部环境物质侵入管。
在本发明的其它优选实施例中,装备了在压力凸缘的下部位置或者上部和下部位置处将液体食品从充填管添加到管内的正压保持装置的添加调节装置,添加调节装置通过液体食品压力的周期波动而对液体食品压力降低到负压进行吸收,并且防止任何外部环境物质侵入管。
如上所述,即使在纵向密封区域内具有出现在接片内的裂纹或可能的间隙,外部环境物质或任何污染物也不能从该裂纹和间隙侵入管,并且不围绕液体食品。保持食品的良好的卫生状态。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图详细说明本发明的工作模式。在此模式的包装和充填机器中,如图4所示,幅材状包装层压材料1被成形为管状形状,在包装材料的两端处重叠的管沿着纵向纵向密封,如图5所示,液体食品从充填管7充填到在无菌室40内垂直向下输送的管状包装材料内,直到充填管7的出口以上的预定位置的液位,同时该管通过密封爪10和相对爪11沿着横向得到保持,如图6所示,管1被横向密封,管通过成形翼片41、41在预成形的同时保持,管在横向密封区域内通过刀42切割,并且制成预成形的容器13。
[实例]
根据本发明的包装和充填机器的实例的流动控制装置的外观在图1和图5中表示。充填管7被插入管状包装材料1内。圆柱形浮体34被配置到充填管7的外侧的环绕部。在液体食品内浮动的浮体34位于管状包装材料1和充填管7之间,并且被放入充填管7内,且具有上下自由运动能力。管1外侧的检测器31检测浮体34的位置。
在此实例中,截面梯形的压力凸缘36在管状包装材料1内被装备在液位以下,并且配置在充填管7上。压力凸缘36可将压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力保持在适当的正压,并且容易地通过成形翼片进行预成形。另外,即使液体食品从下部到上部反向流动,也可以控制反向流动,并且可以控制液位的快速上升。
在该实施例中,压力凸缘36围绕充填管的周边配置,根据液体食品的流动具有上下自由运动的能力,其范围在预定上部极限(H)和下部极限(L)之间。如图1(A)所示,在压力凸缘36以上的液体食品的压力降低时,液体向上运动,由于压力凸缘36的自由上下运动能力,压力凸缘36向上运动。通过此运动,压力凸缘36以上的管内的容积减小,并且液体食品的压力升高。由于运动的上部极限(H),防止压力凸缘36以下的液体食品的压力的任何过度降低。在以上的实例1中,图3所示的液体食品压力的底部(g)通过实例1的压力凸缘在箭头的方向上得到改进。
如图1(B)所示,在压力凸缘36以下的液体食品的压力降低时,液体向下运动,由于压力凸缘36的自由上下运动能力,压力凸缘36向下运动。通过此运动,压力凸缘36以下的管内容积减小,并且液体食品压力升高。由于运动的下部极限(L),防止压力凸缘36以上的液体食品的压力的任何过度降低。因此,通过液体食品压力的周期波动,无菌室内的高压防止液体食品压力降低到负压,并且防止外部环境物质侵入管。在以上实例中,图7所示的底部(g)在箭头的方向上到改进,并且压力凸缘36以下(在第一降低部分)的液体食品压力升高18%。
根据本发明的包装和充填机器的实例的流动控制装置的外观在图8和图5中表示。充填管7被插入管状包装材料1内。圆柱形浮体34被配置到充填管7的外侧的环绕部。在液体食品内浮动的浮体34位于管状包装材料1和充填管7之间,并且被放入充填管7内,且具有上下自由运动能力。管1外侧的检测器31检测浮体34的位置。
在此实例中,截面梯形的压力凸缘36(见图8)在管状包装材料1内被装备在液位以下,并且配置在充填管7上。另外,如图5所示,它可以是截面板形的压力凸缘。压力凸缘可将压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力保持在适当的正压,并且通过成形翼片容易地进行预成形。另外,即使液体食品从下部到上部反向流动,也可以控制反向流动,并且可以控制液位的快速上升。
在图8所示的实施例中,配置了在充填管7的周边上且在液位37上浮动的浮体34,浮体34的截面具有向上连续或步进增加的形状.在截面为环圈形状的浮体34中,外侧直径从底部到顶部变宽。它具有手电筒形状的外侧形状。
如图8所示,由于浮体的形状,管内的浮体容积从底部到顶部增加。通过这种增加,通过密封爪、相对爪和成形翼片快速保持造成管状包装材料内的液体的挤出得到控制,并且液体升高速度得以调节,并且可以控制液位的升高。液位的快速波动通过液位升高的控制而降低。另外,压力凸缘以下的液体食品压力的降低也可得到控制。因此,通过液体食品压力的波动,无菌室内的高压防止液体食品的压力降低到负压,并且防止外部环境物质侵入管。在以上实例2中,图3所示的底部(g)在箭头的方向上得到改进。
出于示例和说明的目的进行以上描述,所述描述并不是旨在将本发明穷尽地局限于被披露的特定实施例。在以上的教导之下可以进行明显的变型或改型。
[工业实用性]
通过本发明的包装和充填机器,可以制造出用于例如牛奶、果汁、矿泉水、流体保健产品等液体食品的包装容器。

Claims (3)

1.一种包装和充填机器,其中幅材状包装层压材料被叠接成随后的幅材状包装层压材料的接片,所述幅材状包装材料被连续供应并成形为管状形状,在包装材料的两个端部重叠的管沿着纵向纵向密封,液体食品从充填管充填到连续和垂直向下输送的管状包装材料内,直到充填管的出口以上的预定位置的液位,同时所述管通过密封爪和相对爪沿着横向保持在该液位以下,并且被向下拉动,所述管被横向密封,同时所述管通过密封爪和相对爪沿着横向保持在该液位以下,并且所述管在通过成形翼片进行预成形的同时得到保持,所述管在横向密封区域内被切割,并且制成该包装容器,其特征在于:所述包装和充填机器包括压力凸缘和正压保持装置,所述压力凸缘在管状包装材料内该液位以下围绕充填管的周边配置,所述压力凸缘控制管内充填的液体食品从下部到上部的自由流动,以便将压力凸缘以下的管内的液体食品的压力保持在正压,并且方便地通过成形翼片进行预成形,所述正压保持装置吸收压力凸缘以上的管内的液体食品的压力的波动,并且防止液体食品压力降低到负压,以便将压力凸缘以下的管内液体食品的压力保持在正压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装和充填机器,其中所述压力凸缘围绕充填管的周边配置,并且根据液体食品的流动具有上下自由运动的能力,其范围在预定的上部极限与下部极限之间,在压力凸缘以上的液体食品的压力降低时,压力凸缘向上运动,在压力凸缘以下的液体食品的压力降低时,压力凸缘向下运动,并对液体食品压力降低到负压的减少量进行吸收,以防止外部环境物质侵入所述管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装和充填机器,其中配置了在充填管的周边上且在该液位上浮动的浮体,浮体的截面具有向上连续或步进增加的形状,并且对液体食品压力降低到负压的减少量进行吸收,以防止外部环境物质侵入所述管。
