Abstract

抗渗早强有机硅防水剂及其制备工艺,所述原料与组成的总重量百分比为硬脂酸1-3%、碳酸钠0.2-0.8%、甲基硅酸7-10%、水50-80%、烧碱11-15%、三乙醇胺0.4-0.7%、氨水0.5-2.5%。该防水剂由于采用以硬脂酸、甲基硅酸、烧碱为主要原料,并以三乙醇胺为辅料,使该防水剂不仅增加了混凝土和砂浆的早强性和塑化性,而且进一步提高了抗风化、抗渗压力的性能,同时具备方便施工的特点。不仅可直接喷涂在建筑物表面,也可作搅拌混凝土和砂浆防水使用。其组成和施工符合国家环保标准的要求。其制备工艺操作步骤简单,便于大规模生产,该防水剂可广泛用于建筑物表面、工程、地下室、隧道、水池的防水施工。

抗渗早强有机硅防水剂及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于防水剂及其制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种能形成防水层的有机硅防水剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
防水剂是常用的建筑防水施工材料,但所有水泥混凝土建筑普遍存在渗漏缺陷,为解决混凝土建筑渗漏问题,目前市场虽有多种防水剂,虽具有价廉等优点,但抗渗能力较差,施工复杂,对环境污染很大,难以广泛推广使用。
抗渗早强有机硅防水剂是利用多种助剂反应而成的,其不仅在性能上优于其它有机硅防水剂,而且施工操作极为简单,抗渗能力明显提高,混凝土和砂浆早强度显著提高,对环境影响小,是目前较先进的防水材料。按一定比例兑水可喷在建筑物表面,抗风化、耐酸耐碱功能显著提高,而且抗渗压力可提高三倍以上;不仅可在建筑物表面喷涂,也可加入搅拌的混凝土和砂浆中,可广泛用于建筑物屋面、地下室、隧道、水塔、水池、外墙抹灰等工程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以有机硅为主要防水成分,按一定比例兑水可喷在建筑物表面,也可加入混凝土和砂浆中搅拌使用,具有早强、高抗渗能力的防水剂,解决了市场上普通有机硅防水剂的缺陷,以及一般防水剂在施工中存在的问题。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种以有机硅为主要成分抗渗早强有机硅防水剂的制备工艺,制备工艺简单,可兑水直接涂喷建筑物表面;或按一定比例和水、混凝土、砂浆搅拌使用,具有防水、防潮,增加水泥砂浆的强度、塑化功能,改善混凝土的流动性、保水性。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗渗早强有机硅防水剂,其特征在于所述防水剂原料组成的总重量百分比为:

具体讲,抗渗早强防水剂的制备工艺,其特征在于所述的制备工艺为:
将硬脂酸、碳酸钠、甲基硅酸、水、烧碱在反应釜中加温80-95℃、搅拌2小时后,再加入三乙醇胺、氨水,并搅拌10分钟,然后用0.6mm筛孔的筛子过滤,除去块粒,将滤液装入密闭的塑料桶中,可得抗渗早强有机硅防水剂。
由甲基硅酸、烧碱生产的有机硅防水剂,虽然具有堵塞建筑物内部空隙、封闭毛细孔通道的功能,抗渗性还不够理想。但由于硬脂酸是生产防水剂的主要原料,加入硬脂酸、碳酸钠后,其防水、防潮、抗渗功能进一步提高,并具有塑化功能,混凝土及砂浆的抗渗标号提高3倍以上,并能提高混凝土和砂浆的流动性、保水性。
三乙醇胺是重要的早强剂,加入三乙醇胺后的防水剂对不同品种水泥的适应性较强,特别是能提高矿渣水泥的泌水性和黏带性,明显地提高其抗渗性,抗渗能力可提高三倍以上,从而进一步改进了该发明在防水抗渗漏中的性能。
本发明有益效果是,该抗渗早强有机硅防水剂采用硬脂酸、甲基硅酸、烧碱为主要原料,并辅以三乙醇胺为辅料,使该防水剂不仅具有普通有机硅防水剂所具备的防水、防潮功能外,而且提高混凝土和砂浆的塑化性,混凝土抗风化、抗渗压力进一步提高,施工工艺更加简单,可兑水喷涂建筑物表面,也可兑水搅拌混凝土和砂浆,其组成和施工符合国家环保所规定的要求,该抗渗早强防水剂制备工艺简单,便于大规模生产,产品可广泛用于防水混凝土和防水砂浆。
