本发明涉及一种有机硅防水剂,该防水剂的制备原料重量百分组成为:有机硅橡胶乳液10~40%,凹凸棒粉5~15%,分散剂1~5%,水30~60%,乙酸乙烯酯5~25%,消泡剂1—2%,总组份为100%;该防水剂不仅具有普通有机硅防水剂所具备的防水、防潮功能外,而且提高混凝土和砂浆的塑化性,混凝土抗风化、抗渗压力进一步提高,施工工艺更加简单,可兑水喷涂建筑物表面,也可兑水搅拌混凝土和砂浆,其组成和施工符合国家环保所规定的要求,该抗渗早强防水剂制备工艺简单,便于大规模生产,产品可广泛用于防水混凝土和防水砂浆。

技术领域
本发明属于防水剂及其制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种能形成防水层的有机硅
防水剂。
背景技术
防水剂是常用的建筑防水施工材料,但所有水泥混凝土建筑普遍存在渗漏缺陷,为解决混凝土建筑渗漏问题,目前市场虽有多种防水剂,虽具有价廉等优点,但抗渗能力较差,施工复杂,对环境污染很大,难以广泛推广使用。
机硅防水剂是利用多种助剂反应而成的,其不仅在性能上优于其它有机硅防水剂,而且施工操作极为简单,抗渗能力明显提高,混凝土和砂浆早强度显著提高,对环境影响小,是目前较先进的防水材料。按一定比例兑水可喷在建筑物表面,抗风化、耐酸耐碱功能显著提高,而且抗渗压力可提高三倍以上 ;不仅可在建筑物表面喷涂,也可加入搅拌的混凝土和砂浆中,可广泛用于建筑物屋面、地下室、隧道、水塔、水池、外墙抹灰等工程。
发明内容
本发明提供一种有机硅防水剂,生产成本低,分散性快,防水能力强,使用范围广等特点。制备方法具有工艺简单,操作方便的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现 :
一种有机硅防水剂,该防水剂的制备原料重量百分组成为:
有机硅橡胶乳液10~40%
凹凸棒粉5~15%
分散剂1~5%
水30~60%
乙酸乙烯酯5~25%,
消泡剂1—2%,总组份为100% 。
优选地,该防水剂的制备原料重量百分组成为:
有机硅橡胶乳液20%
凹凸棒粉15%
分散剂3%
水53%
乙酸乙烯酯8%,
消泡剂1% 。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果 :该防水剂不仅具有普通有机硅防水剂所具备的防水、防潮功能外,而且提高混凝土和砂浆的塑化性,混凝土抗风化、抗渗压力进一步提高,施工工艺更加简单,可兑水喷涂建筑物表面,也可兑水搅拌混凝土和砂浆,其组成和施工符合国家环保所规定的要求,该抗渗早强防水剂制备工艺简单,便于大规模生产,产品可广泛用于防水混凝土和防水砂浆。
