本发明提供了一种带材镀膜机,包括至少一个镀膜真空室,置于镀膜真空室之外的卷材放卷机构和收卷机构,其特征在于在镀膜真空室与卷材放卷机构间有至少一个带材进出通过的真空通道,在镀膜真空与收卷机构间有至少一个带材进出通过的真空通道,真空通道由至少一组由两个弧形腔和位于两个弧形腔中的两根棍筒构成的弧形窄缝阻尼机构和有真空抽气室的真空锁构成。本发明带材镀膜机卷材放卷机构和收卷机构置于真空室之外,真空锁和窄缝阻尼通道密封可靠,寿命长,设备制造成本低,能进行连续生产,镀膜机能在塑料薄膜、金属板材表面进行单层或多层镀膜,且获得的镀膜表面微观结构非常致密,表面平滑。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种带材镀膜机,特别涉及的是一种具有弧形窄缝阻尼机构的带材镀膜机。
背景技术:
带材在镀膜真空室内镀功能膜,若将卷材放卷机构、收卷机构置于真空室之内,则必需在镀膜真空室与卷材放卷机构和收卷机构之间设置带材进出通过的真空通道,而传统的真空通道由直线型窄缝阻尼机构和真空抽气室组成,为了保证镀膜真空室内的真空度,要尽量增长直线型窄缝阻尼机构的长度,其长度很长,且效果不好,很难用少而且功率小的真空泵保证镀膜真空室内的真空度,不利真空泵经济的运行。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种生产效率高、设备成本低、卷材放卷机构和收卷机构置于真空室之外的窄缝阻尼效果很好的带材镀膜机。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明带材镀膜机,包括至少一个镀膜真空室,置于镀膜真空室之外的卷材放卷机构和收卷机构,其特征在于在镀膜真空室与卷材放卷机构间有至少一个带材进出通过的真空通道,在镀膜真空与收卷机构间有至少一个带材进出通过的真空通道,真空通道由至少一组由两个弧形腔和位于两个弧形腔中的两根棍筒构成的弧形窄缝阻尼机构和有真空抽气室的真空锁构成,两个弧形腔结构类似于双螺杆挤出机的螺筒,两根棍筒分别置于弧形腔内,带材从两根棍筒之中通过,由于两根棍筒将带材压紧,因此外界空气只能从弧形窄缝中窜入镀膜真空室,增加了空气窜入镀膜真空室的长度,将弧形窄缝制造得很小,就能很好的保证镀膜真空室内的真空度,使卷材放卷机构和收卷机构置于真空室之外的带材镀膜成为现实.
上述的带材镀膜机,棍筒和弧形腔构成的弧形窄缝在0.01~0.5mm之间。
上述的带材镀膜机,棍筒为主动转动棍筒或被动转动棍筒.采用主动转动棍筒可减少棍筒磨损.
上述的带材镀膜机,棍筒中一根为胶棍,另一根为钢棍,或者两根棍筒均为胶棍或钢棍。
本发明带材镀膜机改变了传统的镀膜机采用直线型窄缝阻尼机构形式,镀膜机卷材放卷机构和收卷机构置于真空室之外,真空锁和窄缝阻尼通道密封可靠,寿命长,设备制造成本低,镀膜机能在塑料薄膜、金属板材表面多层镀膜,且获得的镀膜表面微观结构非常致密,表面平滑。

具体实施方式:
图1~图6给出了本发明实施例图。参见图1~图6,本发明带材镀膜机中有位于镀膜真空室4之外的卷材放卷机构1和收卷机构5、钢带(或塑料薄膜)2、已镀的钢带成品卷材11。在镀膜真空室与卷材放卷机构间、和镀膜真空室与收卷机构之间共有八个带材进出通过的真空通道3。真空通道由阻尼座6中两个弧形腔12和位于弧形腔中的胶辊7和钢辊9两根棍筒构成的弧形窄缝阻尼机构10和真空抽气室8组成的真空锁构成。棍筒和弧形腔构成的弧形窄缝10-1在0.01~0.5mm之间。棍筒为主动转动棍筒(或被动转动棍筒、或者两根棍筒均为胶棍或钢棍。棍筒两端有磁流体动密封13(参见图5)。各部位的阻尼通道的弧形窄缝10(参见图6)组成了结构紧凑简便、密封性能可靠、寿命长的密封通道,阻隔了镀膜真空室与大气之间的联系,保证了镀膜真空室内2-4×10-2Pa的工作真空度,保证了卷材表面质量。将卷材放卷机构和收卷机构置于真空室之外,大大降低了设备制造成本,也减轻了抽真空难度,减少了真空泵负荷。
本发明带材镀膜机工作时,卷材放卷机构1与卷材收卷机构5分别设置在普通环境中,从放卷机1上放出的将要被镀的钢带(或塑料薄膜)2通过真空通道3进入镀膜室4,一面或者两面镀膜后再从镀膜室中出来进入真空通道3,经收卷机构5收卷后得到钢带成品11。
上述实施例是对本发明的上述内容作进一步的说明,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于上述实施例。凡基于上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

Claims (3)

1.带材镀膜机,包括至少一个镀膜真空室,置于镀膜真空室之外的卷材放卷机构和收卷机构,其特征在于在镀膜真空室与卷材放卷机构间有至少一个带材进出通过的真空通道,在镀膜真空室与收卷机构间有至少一个带材进出通过的真空通道,镀膜真空室与卷材放卷机构间的真空通道和镀膜真空室与收卷机构间的真空通道各自由至少一组由两个弧形腔和位于两个弧形腔中的两根棍筒构成的弧形窄缝阻尼机构以及真空抽气室组成的真空锁构成,棍筒和弧形腔间形成的弧形窄缝的宽度在0.01~0.5mm之间。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的带材镀膜机,其特征在于棍筒为主动转动棍筒或被动转动棍筒.
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带材镀膜机,其特征在于棍筒中一根为胶棍、另一根为钢棍,或者两根棍筒均为胶棍或钢棍。
