修补板式热交换器的方法
本发明涉及一种修补板式热交换器的方法,该板式热交换器是包括多个板的类型的,所述板与布置在所述板上的侧条共同限定流体流动路径。
板式热交换器通常由限定流体通道的一摞板构成。
为了改善流体之间的热交换,被称为翅片的波纹片可“夹”在形成热交换器的板之间。生成的通道在两侧通过侧条而被封闭。一旦热交换器被组装完成,就将该热交换器钎焊,以给予组件以机械强度以及改善的热接触。
现有技术的热交换器能够在多种流体之间交换热量。处理多于五种流体的板式热交换器是常见的。
然而,由于非常紧凑,板式热交换器也用在仅使用两种流体的工艺中。典型地,这类交换器相当于蒸发器-冷凝器。在这种构造中,一种流体通过从冷凝的第二流体吸收热量而被蒸发。
如果蒸发通道的侧条的钎焊质量差,则可在冷凝通道与蒸发通道之间产生漏点。这降低了待蒸发流体的纯度。在某些工艺中,这种纯度是至关重要的,这种漏点需要修补或更换板式热交换器。
一种选择是通过下列方式来修补热交换器:将泄漏的蒸发通道在入口和出口处封闭来封闭该泄漏的蒸发通道并且让这个泄漏的蒸发通道与直接邻接该泄漏的蒸发通道的冷凝通道接触。因此,这两个通道之间的压强将相等。
常规地,冷凝通道在高于蒸发通道压强的压强下工作。因此,板式热交换器必须设计成,使得蒸发通道和冷凝通道能够承受同样的压力。这种板式热交换器设计方案增加了成本,同时对于所述交换器的热性能没有任何改进。
本发明的目的是提供一种修补板式热交换器的方法,该方法不要求所述交换器具有特殊设计。

有利地,根据本发明的修补方法可以用于修补板式热交换器,而不必考虑该板式热交换器的几何结构。尤其是,在修补包括无翅片通道的热交换器的情况中,本发明将是特别有利的。因为,根据本发明的方法涉及使两个相邻通道处于相同的压强下,一般在0.5bar与1.5bar之间,从而在所述两个相邻路径之间产生微小的机械应力。

本发明包括将热交换器的两个相邻路径隔离,并且使这两个相邻路径之间的压强相等,以使这两个路径之间的机械应力减小。有利地,两个路径之间的平衡压强选择在0.5bar与1.5bar之间,从而进一步减小热交换器内的机械应力。
可以通过焊接在这两个路径的入口和出口处的板或者通过所属领域技术人员已知的任何其它手段来隔离所述两个相邻路径。
可安装在两个相邻路径的侧条上以便向两个路径中注入流体的集管可以采用设有流体入口装置的半圆柱体的形式。
有利地,集管可安装成跨骑在两个相邻路径上。
注入流体可以是化学惰性气体。
有利地,化学惰性气体的注入确保了这种气体与流过所述热交换器的其它流体不发生反应。
惰性气体优选地选择为具有低于热交换器的工作温度的冷凝温度。
例如,如果热交换器用作用于空分装置(ASU)的蒸发器-冷凝器,则可使用氮气作为惰性流体,因为氮的冷凝温度低于空分装置中的热交换器的工作温度。
本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式并且应被非限制地解释为包括所有等效的实施方式。尤其是,根据本发明的方法可应用于任何类型的板式热交换器,而不必考虑该板式热交换器的应用场合和尺寸,空分装置的蒸发器-冷凝器仅是板式热交换器的应用场合的一个重要示例。

Claims (5)

-将两个相邻路径隔离,以及
-向所述两个相邻路径中注入同一种压强在0.5bar与1.5bar之间的流体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述两个相邻路径被隔离之后,在所述两个相邻路径的侧条上布置集管,从而允许所述同一种流体注入所述相邻路径中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,注入所述两个相邻路径中的流体是惰性气体。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,注入所述两个相邻路径中的流体是氮气。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热交换器是空分装置的蒸发器-冷凝器。
