Abstract

本发明提供一种壳体,其包括一嵌入件及一注塑成型于该嵌入件上的成型件,该成型件二相对边缘上突设有若干凸棱,该嵌入件延伸有若干相互间隔的凸片,所述凸片贴合于该成型件二相对边缘上并与该凸棱相互交替设置。本发明的壳体通过在该嵌入件上设置与该成型件上的凸棱交替排列的凸片,以改善该壳体的结构强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体,尤其涉及一种具有较佳结构强度的壳体。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置已经广泛运用于人们的生活中。
便携式电子装置均包括一壳体,该壳体一般是由塑料等材料制成,其整体结构强度较弱。故为增强该壳体的整体结构强度,一般均会于该壳体成型前先嵌入一由铁或其他金属材料制成的嵌入件。然而,由于熔融的塑料,其温度一般在300摄氏度左右,如此高的温度使得将该壳体及嵌入件结合于一起后,其温度的迅速冷却会导致该壳体与该嵌入件的成型体结合不够稳固。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较佳结构强度的壳体。
一种壳体,其包括一嵌入件及一注塑成型于该嵌入件上的成型件,该成型件二相对边缘上突设有若干凸棱,该嵌入件延伸有若干相互间隔的凸片,所述凸片贴合于该成型件二相对边缘上并与该凸棱相互交替设置。
相较于现有技术,本发明的壳体通过设置一嵌入件,该嵌入件上设置有若干凸片,以实现成型该成型件后,该嵌入件上的凸片与该成型件上的凸棱相互交替设置,该凸片的设置有利于增加该成型件与嵌入件的结合面积,使得该壳体具有较佳的结合强度。避免了现有技术中的壳体与嵌入件之间容易出现松动、两者结合不够稳固等问题。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种壳体,其应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置中,在本较佳实施例中以将壳体应用于一移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例中的壳体100包括一成型件10及一嵌入件20,该嵌入件20设置于该成型件10上,且与该成型件10一体成型。
该成型件10为一注塑塑料体,其由聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)等塑胶材料中的任一种制成。该成型件10上二相对边缘上突设有若干凸棱12和相互间隔的若干凸点14,所述凸点14与凸棱12相互错开。
请一并参阅图2,该嵌入件20在成型件10注塑成型时与该成型件10结合为一体,以提高壳体100的结构强度。在本发明较佳实施例中,该嵌入件20由铁制成。该嵌入件20中部位置开设有一矩形孔22,所述矩形孔22贯通嵌入件20,以用于容置显示屏等电子器件。该嵌入件20二相对边缘向外延伸有若干大致呈矩形的凸片24。所述凸片24相互间隔设置,且相邻二凸片24之间均形成一收容口28,以收容该凸棱12。所述成型件10与嵌入件20形成壳体100后,所述凸片24贴合于成型件10的二相对边缘上,并与所述凸棱12相互交替地排列。
该嵌入件20设有靠近凸片24的若干通孔26。所述成型件10与嵌入件20形成该壳体100后,每一凸点14穿过与其相对应的通孔26并露出嵌入件20的一表面,以增强成型件10与嵌入件20的结合强度。
制造本发明较佳实施例的壳体100时,具体包括如下步骤:
提供一嵌入件20,所述嵌入件20上间隔设置有若干凸片24,且相邻二凸片24之间形成一收容口28。
提供一注塑模具(图未示),该注塑模具可对聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)等塑胶材料进行注塑成型。
将嵌入件20置入注塑模具内,并向该注塑模具内注射塑胶材料以在该嵌入件20上成型该成型件10。成型后,所述嵌入件20的凸片24贴合于成型件10的二相对边缘上,且该成型件10上形成的凸棱12与该嵌入件20上的凸片24相互交替地排列。
所述壳体100通过设置一嵌入件20,该嵌入件20上二相对边缘向外间隔的延伸有若干凸片24,且相邻二凸片24之间形成一收容口28,以实现成型该成型件10后,该嵌入件20上的凸片24与该成型件10上的凸棱12相互交替地排列,且该凸棱12落入该收容口28内。该凸片24有利于增加成型件10与嵌入件20的接触面积,使得该成型件10与嵌入件20可以更稳固的结合。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种壳体,包括一嵌入件及一注塑成型于所述嵌入件上的成型件,其特征在于:所述成型件二相对边缘上突设有若干凸棱,所述嵌入件延伸有若干相互间隔的凸片,所述凸片贴合于所述成型件二相对边缘上并与所述凸棱相互交替设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述相邻二凸片之间形成一收容口,所述每一凸棱位于其对应的收容口内。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述嵌入件上开设有若干通孔,所述成型件上突设有若干凸点,所述凸点与所述通孔一一对应卡持。
4.如权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述通孔靠近所述凸片设置,所述凸点与所述凸棱相互错开设置。
