Abstract

一种液晶显示器,包括框体、液晶显示单元、固定架、枢轴、滑动架及后盖,所述固定架锁固于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的一侧边固定于所述固定架,所述后盖扣合于所述框体,所述枢轴锁固于所述框体,所述滑动架可滑动地装设于所述枢轴和框体,所述液晶显示单元的另一侧边固定于所述滑动架,锁固元件将所述滑动架锁固于所述枢轴和框体。因所述滑动架可滑动地装设于所述枢轴和框体,从而易于锁固因公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示单元,使其不易损坏。

液晶显示器
技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种液晶显示器,特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的液晶显示器。
技术背景
传统笔记本电脑的液晶显示单元是以若干螺丝或装设架固定于笔记本电脑的后盖或框体,如中国台湾专利公告第478603号的液晶显示器,其包括一后盖、一框体、一液晶显示单元及若干装设架,所述装设架是以若干螺丝装设于所述后盖,所述液晶显示单元是装设于所述装设架。但是,这样的固定结构只能装设固定宽度的液晶显示单元,而实际生产中,液晶显示单元的宽度会因制造公差而略有不同,如用上述结构固定,所述液晶显示单元难免受到其他元件的拉伸或挤压,液晶显示单元为脆弱易碎的元件,这样的固定方式使其在使用过程中更易于损坏。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种固定结构可适应液晶显示单元公差的液晶显示器。
一种液晶显示器,包括框体、液晶显示单元、固定架、枢轴、滑动架及后盖,所述固定架锁固于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的一侧边固定于所述固定架,所述后盖扣合于所述框体,所述枢轴锁固于所述框体,所述滑动架可滑动地装设于所述枢轴和框体,所述液晶显示单元的另一侧边固定于所述滑动架,锁固元件将所述滑动架锁固于所述枢轴和框体。
相较现有技术,所述滑动架可滑动地装设于所述枢轴和框体,从而易于锁固因公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示单元,使其不易损坏。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,为本实用新型液晶显示器的较佳实施方式,其包括一个框体20、一个液晶显示单元60、一个后盖80及通过锁固元件装设于框体20的一个固定架24、一个枢轴28和一个滑动架32。
请继续参阅图2,框体20是由四个边框形成的近似长方形,其中的两个边框202、204为相对设置。边框202的两端设有两对固定柱206、208和一个定位柱210,邻近固定柱206设有一个定位销212,邻近固定柱208设有一个定位销214。边框204的两端分别设有一个固定销216、218。框体20的四角分别设有一个通孔220。边框202邻近其两端部分别开设有一个缺口222、224。四个边框的内边缘围成一个开口228,液晶显示单元60通过开口228外露于框体20,以便使用者观看液晶显示单元60。
固定架24的主体240为片状,其上设有一对穿孔242。主体240的一端设有一片固定片244,固定片244上设有一对固定孔246、一个销孔248,固定片244的边缘弯折设有一片定位片250,定位片250上设有一个通孔252。固定片244上设有一个枢转部254。主体240的另一端设有一片折片256,折片256上设有一个销孔258和一个通孔260。
请参阅图2和图3,枢轴28上包括一片固定片282和一个枢转部284,枢转部284和固定架24的枢转部254共同用于将液晶显示器枢转连接于笔记本电脑的主机。固定片282上设有一对固定孔286、一个定位孔288和一个销孔290。固定片282的边缘弯折设有一片定位片292,定位片292上设有一个通孔294。固定片282的另一边缘向下弯折设有一片垂片296,垂片296上设有一个狭槽298。
滑动架32的主体320为片状,呈“L”形,其长边上设有一对穿孔322。主体320的短边上弯折有一片固定片324,固定片324上设有一对长形的固定孔326及一个长形的销孔328。主体320的短边上还弯折有一片卡固片330,卡固片330位于固定片324下方且与之平行。滑动架32的长边端部设有一片折片332,折片332上设有一个长形的销孔334和一个长形的通孔336。滑动架32的短边靠近长边一端的下边缘处弯折有一片定位片338,定位片338上设有一个通孔340。
液晶显示单元60为薄形长方体,其两短侧边分别设有一对螺孔62。
请参阅图4,后盖80的内侧四角分别设有一个包括螺孔的锁固柱82。后盖80的一侧边84邻近其两端处分别设有一个缺口86、88。
请参阅图5及图6,安装时,首先将框体20的固定销216、定位销212分别穿入销孔258、248定位固定架24,以一对螺丝360分别穿过固定架24的固定孔246锁固于框体20的固定柱206,从而将固定架24锁固于框体20。将滑动架32的卡固片330插入枢轴28的狭槽298,之后将滑动架32和枢轴28同时装设于框体20,以一颗螺丝362穿过枢轴28的定位孔288锁固于框体20的定位柱210,将枢轴28锁固于框体20,此时,框体20的固定销218穿入滑动架32的销孔334,定位销214先后穿入枢轴28的销孔290和滑动架32的销孔328,滑动架32的垂直移动因枢轴28的固定片282压制于卡固片330而被限制。因滑动架32的销孔334、328为长形,枢轴28的狭槽298略长于卡固片330的宽度,滑动架32可相对于框体20有一定距离的滑动。将滑动架32滑动至与固定架24距离最大处,将液晶显示单元60收容于固定架24、滑动架32和框体20共同形成的收容空间内,以一对螺丝364穿过固定架24的穿孔242锁固于液晶显示单元60的对应螺孔62,将滑动架32向靠近固定架24的方向滑动,直至主体320的长边贴合于液晶显示单元60的对应侧边,以另一对螺丝364穿过滑动架32的穿孔322锁固于液晶显示单元60的对应螺孔62,将液晶显示单元60固定于框体20。以一对螺丝366先后穿过滑动架32的固定孔326和枢轴28的固定孔286,分别锁固于框体20的对应固定柱208,滑动架32即被固定,不可滑动。将后盖80扣合于框体20,以四颗螺丝穿过框体20的通孔220后,分别穿过固定架24的通孔252、枢轴28的通孔294和滑动架32的通孔340、滑动架32的通孔336、固定架24的通孔260,锁固于后盖80的对应锁固柱82。固定架24的枢转部254自框体20的缺口222和后盖80的缺口86所围成的收容孔穿出,枢轴28的枢转部284自框体20的缺口224和后盖80的缺口88所围成的收容孔穿出,枢转部254、284共同枢转连接于笔记本电脑的主机,将液晶显示器枢转装设于笔记本电脑。
拆卸液晶显示单元60时,仅需打开后盖80,松开螺丝366、364,即可取下液晶显示单元60,而无需自框体20上拆下滑动架32。再次安装液晶显示单元60时,只要重复上述安装过程,同样无需拆卸滑动架32。且滑动架32的销孔334、328、固定孔326和通孔336、340都为长形,可保证略存在制造公差的液晶显示单元60在锁固时不会受到拉伸或挤压,从而使液晶显示单元60不易被损坏。当然,液晶显示器中的后盖80也可以通过其他方式,如卡钩扣合等方式扣合于框体20,不超出本实用新型的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示器,包括框体、液晶显示单元、固定架及后盖,所述固定架锁固于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的一侧边固定于所述固定架,所述后盖扣合于所述框体,其特征在于:所述液晶显示器进一步包括枢轴和滑动架,所述枢轴锁固于所述框体,所述滑动架可滑动地装设于所述枢轴和框体,所述液晶显示单元的另一侧边固定于所述滑动架,锁固元件将所述滑动架锁固于所述枢轴和框体。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述滑动架的一端包括设有长形固定孔的固定片,所述枢轴包括设有固定孔的固定片,所述框体设有固定柱,所述锁固元件为螺丝,螺丝穿过所述滑动架和枢轴的固定孔,并锁固于框体的固定柱。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述枢轴设有狭槽,所述滑动架设有卡固片,所述卡固片插入所述狭槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述框体设有定位销,所述枢轴设有销孔,所述滑动架设有长形的销孔,所述定位销先后穿入所述枢轴和所述滑动架的销孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述滑动架的另一端设有包括长形销孔的折片,所述框体设有固定销,所述固定销插入所述销孔定位所述滑动架。
6.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述滑动架的另一端设有包括长形通孔的折片,所述框体设有对应的通孔,所述后盖设有锁固柱,以螺丝先后穿过所述框体和所述滑动架的通孔,并锁固于所述后盖的锁固柱。
7.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述框体设有定位柱,所述枢轴设有定位孔,以螺丝穿过所述枢轴的定位孔锁固于所述框体的定位柱,将所述枢轴锁固于所述框体。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述枢轴和所述固定架分别设有枢转部,所述框体和所述后盖设有对应的缺口,所述枢转部分别自所述框体和所述后盖的缺口所围成的收容孔中穿出。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述固定架包括设有固定孔的固定片,所述框体对应所述固定孔设有固定柱,以螺丝分别穿过所述固定孔锁固于对应的固定柱,将所述固定架锁固于所述框体。
10.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述固定架和所述滑动架分别包括主体,所述主体上分别设有穿孔,所述液晶显示单元的相应侧边设有螺孔,螺丝分别穿过所述穿孔锁固于对应的螺孔。
